Abstract
Description
[0001] A FLOOR OR WALL COVERING
[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The invention relates to a covering element developed as a wall or floor covering in the same or different colours, single colour or complex colour, various shapes, and various surface textures.
[0004] In particular, the invention relates to a floor or wall covering comprising a textile surface that forms a base plate by using it as a base; polyurethane chemical, which has been specially developed to make the textile surface sound proofing , noise cancelling, acoustic, flame retardant and fire resistant, resistant to heat, sound, moisture, water and chemicals, and ensures that the decorative surface on top adheres to the textile surface below; and a decorative surface that is fixed to the textile surface with polyurethane chemical in various shapes, sizes, directions, repeatedly or non- repetitively.
[0005] STATE OF THE ART
[0006] Indoor and outdoor environments are covered with different materials in terms of decoration. These coverings provide both visual appeal and insulation benefits.
[0007] Nowadays, it is carried out by gluing the manufactured products, which are cut to various sizes or ready-made, to the ground or wall with various construction mortars or adhesives. In addition, it is achieved by arranging the sheets in pieces or as a whole, glued with different adhesives on nets made of different materials, by gluing the materials formed by arranging them to the ground or wall surfaces with different mortars and adhesives. In the same way, it is applied by gluing the ready-made products in the form of sheets over the edges without a joint gap between them and gluing the ready-made products, which are turned into a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional large plate, to the floor or wall with different mortars and adhesives.
[0008] In these embodiments used in the state of the art, there is basically no surface that breaks the contact between the main material and the adhered surface on the back. In this case, a surface with sound / acoustic / thermal / chemical / water permeability is formed and a covering in which the sound / acoustic / thermal / chemical / water permeability of the main material is created only by the adhesive mortar or adhesive chemical between the rear bonding surface is formed and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no gaps and therefore sound / acoustic / thermal / chemical / water impermeability cannot be provided. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a performance beyond the performance of existing coverings in terms of sound proofing, noise cancellation, acoustic,, water insulation, chemical insulation, and thermal insulation, and due to this situation, protection may not be provided on the rear surfaces depending on the type and structure of the material on the front surface.
[0009] As a result, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the state of the art, the need for a new, economical, useful, insulating covering and the insufficiency of existing solutions have made it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field.
[0010] THE AIM OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The present invention is related to the covering element developed as a wall or floor covering in the same or different colours, single colour or complex colour, various shapes, and various surface textures, which was developed to eliminate the above- mentioned disadvantages and bring new advantages to the relevant technical field. The most important aim of the invention is to provide sound proofing, noise cancellation, acoustic, flame retardancy and fire resistance, as well as to provide high protection on the rear surface to which the covering will be adhered by providing chemical / thermal / sound / noise / acoustic / water insulation. In this way, long-term protection is achieved and at the same time, the life of the existing structure is extended by protecting the background against external influences. In addition, it provides additional thermal insulation, especially when applied on the exterior, and provides heat and energy savings by creating a thermally impermeable surface between the interior and exterior surfaces.
[0012] The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written with references to these figures, and therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and the detailed explanation into consideration.

[0020] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0021] In this detailed description, preferred embodiments of the wall or floor covering that is the subject of the invention are explained only for a better understanding of the subject and without any limiting effect.
[0022] Figures 1-3 show the wall or floor covering and its details that are the subject of the invention. Said invention comprises a textile surface (10), which forms a base to bring sheet materials together, a specially developed polyurethane chemical (20) that makes the textile surface (10) sound proofing, noise cancelling, acoustic, flame retardant and fire resistant, resistant to heat, sound, moisture, water and chemicals, and enables the decorative surface (30) on top to adhere to the textile surface (10) below, and a decorative surface (30) consisting of different types of materials, in various shapes, sizes, directions, repeatedly or non-repetitively, which is connected to the textile surface (10) with the polyurethane chemical (20) and adds visual quality to the decorative surface (30).
[0023] In the invention, polyurethane chemical (20), which provides single or double component flame retardant, fire resistance, heat / sound / chemical / water impermeability and resistance, is applied to the textile surface (10), which provides sound proofing, noise cancellation, acoustic and has various thickness, size and shape, is applied by applying with a brush / roller or by pouring or spraying in liquid form. The decorative surface (30), which is produced in pieces of natural stone, brick, ceramic, glass, plastic, wood, cement or similar materials and adds visual appeal, is adhered to the textile surface (10) with polyurethane chemical (20). Wherein, the decorative surface (30) can be of various sizes, shapes, colours or thickness and is adhered to form a series or not.
[0024] In alternative embodiments of the invention, the wall or floor covering of the invention can be made anti-bacterial and resistant to moss growth.
[0025] The scope of protection of this application has been determined in the claims section and cannot be limited to what is explained above definitely for exemplary purposes. It is clear that a person skilled in the art can demonstrate the innovation set forth in the invention by using similar embodiments and / or can apply this embodiment to other similar purposes used in the related art. Therefore, it is obvious that such constructions will lack the criteria of innovation and especially going beyond the state of the art.
