Abstract
Description
An installation assembly for a light pole and a head-mounted device for a near-infrared brain function imaging device TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of near-infrared brain function imaging, and in particular to an installation assembly for a light pole and a head-mounted device for a near-infrared brain function imaging device. BACKGROUND
[0002] With the in-depth development of medical, neuroscience and other fields, near-infrared brain function imaging technology (fNIRS) has been widely used in non-invasive monitoring and diagnosis. The light pole for near-infrared brain function imaging is the core component of this technology. In order to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of near-infrared data, the light pole should be stably installed on the head cap during use.
[0003] At present, the light pole fixer is mainly fixed in the accommodating cavity formed by the first clasp and the second clasp by deforming the first clasp under stress to be buckled to the second clasp installed on the head cap. This buckling method has high requirements for the material, machining process and other aspects of the first clasp and the second clasp. Once the material, machining process and other aspects deviate, the first clasp is easy to fall off and damage from the buckle, thereby causing the light pole to fall out of the accommodating cavity. In addition, the distance between each light pole is small (about 3cm), especially when a large number of light poles need to be installed on the head cap, the operator is easy to touch the surrounding light pole fixer when disassembling the light pole, causing the assembled light pole to fall off or shift position, which seriously affects the collection of near-infrared data. At present, there are some light pole fixers with complex structure design, for example, CN209863818U discloses a near-infrared spectrum and brain electricity combined acquisition device, which is assembled and cooperated by a plurality of components such as a clasp ring, a spring, a clamping ring, a wedge-shaped plate, a bracket and a threaded connection structure to fix the light pole on the head cap. The structure is complex and difficult to disassemble. SUMMARY
[0004] In view of the above technical problems existing in the prior art, the present application provides an installation assembly for a light pole and a head-mounted device for a near-infrared brain function imaging device, which can solve the problems of unstable and easy falling of the light pole.
[0005] In a first aspect, the embodiments of the present application provide an assembling assembly for an optical pole, comprising a first buckle, a second buckle and a cover. The first buckle is detachably buckled to the second buckle from a first side, and the second buckle is formed with a receiving cavity for receiving the optical pole. The cover is slidably arranged in the receiving cavity, and the cover comprises a body for covering the optical pole. When the body is in a first position, an outer wall of the body abuts against an inner wall of a lower edge of the first buckle. When the body is forced to move in a first direction away from the first position, the outer wall of the body is dislocated from the lower edge of the first buckle, and the first buckle can be deformed under force, so that the first buckle can be detached from the second buckle.
[0006] In a second aspect, the embodiments of the present application provide an assembling assembly for an optical pole, comprising a second buckle, an intermediate sheet-shaped member and an adapter. The second buckle is provided with a third through hole and a plurality of protruding columns on one side. The intermediate sheet-shaped member is provided with a fourth through hole with a smaller aperture than the third through hole, and a flange is arranged around the fourth through hole. A plurality of first matching holes are arranged around the flange corresponding to the plurality of protruding columns. The adapter is provided with a fifth through hole, and a plurality of second matching holes are arranged around the fifth through hole corresponding to the plurality of protruding columns and the plurality of first matching holes. When the second buckle, the intermediate sheet-shaped member and the adapter are matched to assemble an optical pole for a magnetic field environment, the plurality of protruding columns of the second buckle are sequentially inserted into the corresponding first matching holes of the intermediate sheet-shaped member, the corresponding second matching holes of the adapter, the flange is inserted into the third through hole and abuts against the peripheral wall of the third through hole.
[0007] In a third aspect, the embodiments of the present application provide a head-mounted device for a near-infrared brain function imaging device, comprising the assembling assembly for an optical pole of each of the above-mentioned embodiments and a bearing part. The bearing part is provided with a sixth through hole for inserting an end of the optical pole, and a plurality of third matching holes are arranged around the sixth through hole. The positioning feet for connecting the adapter and the second buckle are inserted into the third matching holes, and the bearing part is arranged between the adapter and the second buckle.
[0008] Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that: through the detachable first and second buckling members, the interacting cover body and the light pole can be stably placed in the accommodating cavity formed by the first and second buckling members, and when the body of the cover body is in the first position in the accommodating cavity, the outer wall of the body of the cover body abuts against the inner wall of the lower edge of the first buckling member, at this time, the lower edge of the first buckling member cannot be deformed under the action of the body of the cover body, so that the first and second buckling members are in a detachable state, to ensure the firmness of the light pole, and prevent the light pole from being fixed insecurely and easily falling off due to unstable connection of the first and second buckling members, and to facilitate the collection of more stable near-infrared signals. In addition, when the body of the cover body is forced to move in the first direction away from the first position in the accommodating cavity, and the first buckling member is deformed, the second buckling member can be detached from the first buckling member, to meet the demand of detaching the light pole, and the structure is simple, and the above-mentioned detaching method is also relatively simple and convenient to operate. [0030] FIG. 1 shows a structural schematic diagram of a mounting assembly for a light pole according to an embodiment of the present application. FIG. 2 shows an exploded view of the mounting assembly for the light pole according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mounting assembly includes a first clamping member 1 and a second clamping member 2, and a cover 4. The first clamping member 1 is detachably clamped to the second clamping member 2 from a first side, and the second clamping member 2 forms a receiving cavity 3 for receiving the light pole 5. The cover 4 is slidably arranged in the receiving cavity 3, and includes a body 42 for covering the light pole 5. When the body 42 is in a first position, an outer wall of the body 42 abuts an inner wall of a lower edge of the first clamping member 1. When the body 42 is forced to move in a first direction away from the first position, the outer wall of the body 42 is dislocated from the lower edge of the first clamping member 1, and the first clamping member 1 can be deformed by force, so that the first clamping member 1 can be detached from the second clamping member 2.
[0031] In some embodiments, the accommodating cavity 3 described above can be partially or entirely located in the first buckle 1. For example, part of the accommodating cavity 3 is located in the first buckle 1, and another part of the accommodating cavity 3 is located in the second buckle 2. For another example, all of the accommodating cavity 3 is located in the first buckle 1, and the second buckle 2 can be understood as being connected to the lower edge of the first buckle 1.
[0032] In some embodiments, the second buckle 2 described above can be understood as being detachably connected to the lower edge of the first buckle 1 when the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are disassembled.
[0033] It can be understood that the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 described above have a detachable state and an undetachable state. When the body 42 of the cover 4 is in the first position, the outer wall of the body 42 abuts against the inner wall of the lower edge of the first buckle 1. At this time, the lower edge of the first buckle 1 cannot be deformed under the action of the body 42 of the cover 4, so that the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are in an undetachable state, which ensures the connection stability of the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2, thereby ensuring the installation firmness of the light pole 5.
[0034] When the body 42 of the cover 4 is forced to move in the first direction away from the first position, the outer wall of the body 42 is misaligned with the lower edge of the first buckle 1, and the first buckle 1 can be deformed under force. The first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are in a detachable state, that is, the first buckle 1 can be deformed under force (for example, under the action of an external force) to realize connection or disconnection with the second buckle 2, complete the disassembly of the first buckle 1, and especially detach the first buckle 1 from the second buckle 2, so that the light pole 5 can be moved away from the accommodating cavity 3. Specifically, the cover 4 shown in FIG. 1 is in the first position, and the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are in an undetachable state at this time.
[0035] In some embodiments, the cover 4 described above can make linear sliding motion in the accommodating cavity 3. The accommodating cavity 3 can be cylindrical, and the cover 4 can slide along the axis direction of the accommodating cavity 3. In other embodiments, the cover 4 described above can also make non-linear sliding motion in the accommodating cavity 3, as long as it can slide in the accommodating cavity 3 under force.
[0036] The movement in the first direction can be understood as movement towards the direction away from the head, or as the cover 4 being forced to move in the direction away from the second buckle 2. At this time, compared with the cover 4 in the first position, the cover 4 is away from the lower edge of the first buckle 1. That is, the outer wall of the body 42 of the cover 4 is misaligned with the lower edge of the first buckle 1, so that the cover 4 does not affect the first buckle 1 to be deformed under force. At this time, when an external force acts on the first buckle 1, the first buckle 1 will be deformed under force to cooperate with the second buckle 2 for disassembly.
[0037] The first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are detachably connected, so that the interacting cover 4 and the light pole 5 can be stably placed in the accommodating cavity 3 formed by the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2. When the body 42 of the cover 4 is in the first position in the accommodating cavity 3, the outer wall of the body 42 abuts against the inner wall of the lower edge of the first buckle 1, at this time, the lower edge of the first buckle 1 cannot be deformed even under stress due to the action of the body 42 of the cover 4, so that the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are in a state of being unable to be detached, so as to ensure the firmness of the installation of the light pole 5 and prevent the light pole 5 from being fixed insecurely and easily falling off due to unstable connection of the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2, and to facilitate the collection of more stable near-infrared signals. In addition, when the body 42 of the cover 4 is forced to move in the first direction away from the first position, the first buckle 1 can be deformed under stress, so that the second buckle 2 can be detached from the first buckle 1, so as to meet the needs of detaching the light pole 5 and the cover 4, and the structure is simple, and the above-mentioned detaching method is also relatively simple and convenient to operate.
[0038] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the accommodating cavity 3 is provided with a biasing member 6, which is used to apply an action force to the cover 4 to make it move in the first direction. By providing the biasing member 6, the action force applied to the light pole 5 can be stabilized during the use of the installation assembly, so that the light pole 5 can be kept in abutment with the scalp of the subject, so as to ensure the effectiveness of the near-infrared signals collected by the light pole 5.
[0039] It can be understood that the biasing member 6 has a first length when the body 42 of the cover 4 is in the first position, and has a second length when the body 42 of the cover 4 is forced to move in the first direction away from the first position, the first length being greater than the second length, that is, the cover 4 away from the first position will apply a pressing force to the biasing member 6, so that the biasing member 6 is in a compressed state.
[0040] In some embodiments, the biasing member 6 has opposite two ends, one end of which abuts against the inner wall of the first buckle 1, and the other end abuts against the top of the body 42 of the cover 4. In some embodiments, the biasing member 6 can be specifically a compression spring, for example, a cylindrical spring or a tower-shaped spring. Exemplarily, the tower-shaped spring can apply more sufficient elastic force to the body 42 of the cover 4, so that the tower-shaped spring can stably act on the body 42 of the cover 4. Of course, other shapes of compression springs can also be used, which are not limited in the present application.
[0041] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the cover 4 has a guide column 41, the biasing member 6 is sleeved outside the guide column 41, the side of the first clasp 1 away from the second clasp 2 is provided with a first through hole 11 capable of allowing one end of the guide column 41 to protrude, and the other end of the guide column 41 is connected to the body of the cover 4. In this way, the body 42 can stably act on the light pole 5, and the biasing member 6 can stably apply force to the cover 4 and the light pole 5 under the action of the body 42.
[0042] By arranging the biasing member 6, when the light pole assembly is worn on the head of the subject and the light pole 5 is pressed by the head, the light pole 5 can be self-adaptively adjusted according to the shape of the head of the subject, which increases the fitting degree of the light pole 5 and the scalp of the subject, thereby adjusting the quality of the near-infrared signal. Of course, when the light pole 5 is pressed by the head, the force applied by the light pole 5 to the cover 4 will not cause the cover 4 to be too separated from the first clasp 1, and the cover 4 can remain in a stable state of abutting against the inner wall of the lower edge of the first clasp 1.
[0043] It can be understood that, in the case of stable installation of the first clasp 1 and the second clasp 2, even if the light pole 5 is pressed by the head and drives the body 42 of the cover 4 to move in the first direction and away from the first position, or the cover 4 is affected by other external forces and moves in the first direction and away from the first position, as long as the first clasp 1 does not gather (for example, the lower edge of the first clasp 1 does not gather) under force, the first clasp 1 and the second clasp 2 can still be stably installed, and it is ensured that the light pole 5 will not move out of the accommodating cavity 3.
[0044] In some embodiments, the diameter of the first through hole 11 can be equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the guide column 41, so that the guide column 41 can smoothly protrude out of the first clasp 1 through the first through hole 11, and at the same time, the swing amplitude of the guide column 41 can be reduced, so that the light pole 5 can more stably collect near-infrared signals in the direction perpendicular to the head of the subject, which is conducive to collecting better near-infrared signals.
[0045] In the case that the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 are in the undismountable state, i.e. the cover 4 is in the first position, force can be applied to the protruding part of the light pole 5, which is equivalent to applying force to the light pole 5. In this way, the cover 4 in the first position moves in the direction of the interior of the first buckle 1 (the direction away from the second buckle 2) under the action of the light pole 5, and when the first buckle 1 deforms under the force, the dismountable state of the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 can be switched. In other embodiments, in the case that the cover 4 is connected or fixed with the light pole 5, force can also be directly applied to the cover 4 to move the light pole 5 in the first direction away from the first position, and the dismountable state of the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 can also be switched when the first buckle 1 deforms under the force.
[0046] In some embodiments, a gap can not be formed between the body 42 and the light pole 5, or a small gap is formed, so that the light pole 5 can be stably installed while avoiding excessive swinging of the light pole 5 in the cover 4, which affects the accuracy of the detected near-infrared signal.
[0047] In some embodiments, the shape of the body 42 can be cylindrical, or other shapes that are suitable for the outer contour of the light pole 5, which is not limited in the present application, as long as the light pole 5 can be stably installed.
[0048] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the end of the first buckle 1 close to the second buckle 2 is configured as an open end, so that the light pole 5 can be installed in the accommodating cavity 3 through the open end. The open end of the first buckle 1 has a release state and a gathering state, and the body 42 of the cover 4 keeps the open end of the first buckle 1 in the release state when the body 42 is in the first position, and the open end of the first buckle 1 can be in the gathering state when the body 42 moves in the first direction away from the first position under the force.
[0049] In this way, the position of the cover 4 can be switched to switch the open end of the first buckle 1 between the release state and the gathering state, so that the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 can be dismounted when the open end of the first buckle 1 is in the gathering state, and the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 can stably abut when the open end of the first buckle 1 is in the release state, avoiding the second buckle 2 from being forced out of the first buckle 1.
[0050] It can be understood that the first buckle 1 is in a released state under no external force, and at this time, the first buckle 1 can interact with the cover 4 in the first position, so that the first buckle 1 cannot be switched from the released state to the gathered state, thereby enabling the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 to be stably abutted, and realizing the dismountable state between the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2. The deformation of the first buckle 1 under force can be understood as that when the body 42 of the cover 4 is forced to move in the first direction away from the first position, the first buckle 1 can be forced to switch the open end of the first buckle 1 from the released state to the gathered state, thereby realizing the dismountable state between the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2.
[0051] In some embodiments, the first buckle 1 can be made of an elastic material to enable it to switch between the released state and the gathered state. In other embodiments, the first buckle 1 can also be configured as an elastic structure as long as it can switch between the released state and the gathered state.
[0052] In some embodiments, a slot can be formed in the first buckle 1 to the open end thereof, and in use, the first buckle 1 can be forced to be in the gathered state by lifting the protruding part of the light pole 5, thereby enabling the open end of the first buckle 1 to smoothly switch between the released state and the gathered state.
[0053] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the second buckle 2 has a first through cavity 21 for the light pole 5 to pass through, and the inner wall of the first through cavity 21 is clamped with the outer wall of the first buckle 1, so that the first buckle 1 is mounted on the second buckle 2. In this way, the second buckle 2 and the first buckle 1 can be detachably connected by sleeving the second buckle 2 outside the first buckle 1, and the above connection method is stable and simple, and easy to process and install. Of course, the second buckle 2 and the first buckle 1 can also be detachably connected in other ways, which are not limited in the present application.
[0054] In some embodiments, the shape of the first through cavity 21 can be annular, and the first through cavity 21 can include a first cavity and a second cavity passing through up and down, and the diameter of the first cavity is greater than that of the second cavity, wherein the first cavity is used to clamp with the outer wall of the first buckle 1, and the second cavity is sleeved outside the light pole 5 and can be adapted to the outer contour size of the light pole 5.
[0055] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the inner wall of the first through cavity 21 of the second buckle 2 is provided with a groove, and the outer wall of the first buckle 1 is provided with a protruding part 12 matched with the groove. Through the cooperation between the groove of the second buckle 2 and the protruding part 12 on the first buckle 1, the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2 can be stably installed, and the structural stability is improved.
[0056] In some embodiments, the groove can be configured in a ring shape, and the protrusion 12 can be configured in an arc shape, and the protrusion 12 can be inserted into the groove when the first buckle 1 is in the gathering state, so as to realize the installation between the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2.
[0057] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the outer wall of the cover 4 is provided with a sliding part 43, and the first buckle 1 is provided with a sliding groove 13 matched with the sliding part 43. The sliding groove 13 can be multiple. The sliding groove 13 can also be matched with the protrusion provided on the light pole 5. Specifically, the light pole 5 can be driven to move in the first direction by applying force to the protrusion of the light pole 5, and in other embodiments, when the cover 4 and the light pole 5 are buckled or fixed together, force can be applied to the sliding part 43 on the cover 4 or directly to the cover 4, so that the cover 4 drives the light pole 5 to move in the first direction. In this way, through the cooperation between the sliding part 43 of the first buckle 1 or the protrusion of the light pole 5 and the sliding groove 13, the cover 4 can be stably slid in the accommodation cavity 3 between the detachable position and the non-detachable position.
[0058] For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the protrusion of the light pole 5 can protrude outward from the sliding groove of the first buckle 1, so as to facilitate the operator to apply force to the protrusion. In some embodiments, the protrusion can be the cable end of the light pole 5, or other protrusions provided on the light pole 5, as long as it is convenient for the operator to apply force.
[0059] In some embodiments, the sliding groove 13 can be configured in a strip shape, and the length direction of the sliding groove 13 can be the same as the axial direction of the first buckle 1.
[0060] In some embodiments, the sliding part 43 can be at least two, and multiple sliding parts 43 are arranged around the cover 4. The sliding groove 13 and the sliding part 43 are arranged one by one, so as to further realize the stable sliding of the cover 4 in the first buckle 1.
[0061] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the lower edge outer wall of the first buckle 1 is formed with a flange 14, and the flange 14 is used to force the open end of the first buckle 1 to switch from the released state to the gathering state. By providing the flange 14, it is convenient for the operator to apply force to the lower edge of the first buckle 1, and it is convenient to switch the open end of the first buckle 1 from the released state to the gathering state. In other embodiments, the operator can also directly apply force to the lower edge of the first buckle 1 to realize the state switching of the open end of the first buckle 1.
[0062] In some embodiments, the flange 14 can be configured in an arc shape, and the flange 14 can be formed with a notch at the groove on the first buckle 1.
[0063] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the body 42 is provided with a through slot 44 which is adapted to the outer contour of the light pole 5. In this way, the light pole 5 can be stably positioned while being installed, ensuring the installation stability of the light pole 5, and the protruding end of the light pole 5 can be exposed outside the cover 4.
[0064] In some embodiments, the through slot 44 on the body 42 can be correspondingly provided with a slot on the first buckle 1 for passing the light pole 5.
[0065] In some embodiments, the first buckle 1 further comprises a cover (not shown in the figure) for positioning, which is attached to the first buckle 1 from the first side. In some embodiments, the cover can also be attached to the guide column 41 of the cover 4 from the first side and fixed with the guide column 41. For example, the cover can be installed on the end of the guide column 41 protruding from the first through hole 11, and the cover can be used to position the light pole 5 installed in each installation assembly, so as to determine the position of the brain area measured by each light pole 5. In a specific embodiment, the cover can be a sheet-shaped member which can be installed on the end of the guide column 41 protruding from the first through hole 11 by screws, and the structure is simple and stable.
[0066] The cover can be made of metal material, or a metal layer can be coated on the outer side of the cover. The cover made of metal material can facilitate the collection of positioning data of each light pole by other positioning systems. In some other embodiments, the numbers and properties of each light pole can also be marked on the outer side of the cover, for example, whether the light pole installed in the installation assembly is a transmitting light pole or a receiving light pole, so that the user can distinguish each light pole through the marks on the cover.
[0067] The following exemplary specific introduction to a method for using the installation assembly of the light pole of the present application: when the light pole 5 and the cover body 4 are placed in the accommodating cavity 3, the protruding end of the light pole 5 can be lifted up, that is, force is applied to the light pole 5, the light pole 5 drives the cover body 4 to move away from the first position in the first direction, the cover body 4 extrudes the biasing member 6, at this time, the flange 14 on the first buckle member 1 can be pressed to switch the open end of the first buckle member 1 from the released state to the converging state, the recess provided on the inner wall of the first through cavity 21 of the second buckle member 2 is out of the protruding part 12 on the outer wall of the first buckle member 1, and the second buckle member 2 and the first buckle member 1 are in a disengaged state, at this time, the light pole 5 can be moved away from the accommodating cavity 3, and the light pole 5 is disassembled. When assembling the light pole 5, the light pole 5 is first placed in the accommodating cavity 3, the protruding end of the light pole 5 is lifted up, the light pole 5 drives the cover body 4 to extrude the biasing member 6, at this time, the body 42 of the cover body 4 is forced to move away from the first position in the first direction, the flange 14 on the first buckle member 1 is pressed to switch the open end of the first buckle member 1 from the released state to the converging state, the protruding part 12 on the outer wall of the first buckle member 1 is clamped into the recess provided on the inner wall of the first through cavity 21 of the second buckle member 2, and then the open end of the first buckle member 1 is released, and the light pole 5 is installed. At this time, the outer wall of the body 42 of the cover body 4 corresponding to the force point of the first buckle member 1 abuts against the inner wall of the lower edge of the first buckle member 1, in the case where no force is applied to the light pole 5, that is, the body 42 of the cover body 4 is in the first position, even if the flange 14 on the first buckle member 1 is pressed, the open end of the first buckle member 1 cannot be switched from the released state to the converging state, that is, the open end of the first buckle member 1 remains in the released state when the body 42 of the cover body 4 is in the first position, the first buckle member 1 and the second buckle member 2 are in a disassembled state, and the installation firmness of the light pole 5 is effectively ensured, and the problems of unstable connection between the first buckle member 1 and the second buckle member 2, loose fixing of the light pole 5 and easy falling off of the light pole 5 are avoided.
[0068] It can be understood that in the case where the cover body 4 and the light pole 5 are connected or fixed together, force can also be directly applied to the cover body 4, for example, force is applied to the sliding part 43 of the cover body 4, the cover body 4 drives the light pole 5 to move away from the first position in the first direction, and the switchable disassembled state of the first buckle member 1 and the second buckle member 2 can also be realized when the first buckle member 1 is deformed under force.
[0069] Near-infrared brain function imaging (fNIRS) equipment and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment are two brain imaging technologies with different physical principles, and the brain information obtained can complement each other in many aspects, thereby providing more comprehensive diagnostic information for doctors.
[0070] Since the operation environment of the MRI device is special, the subject needs to continuously lie on the coil and be placed on the treatment bed for examination. When combining the MRI image and the fNIRS image for diagnosis, the information of the occiput of the subject is often required, so that the head of the subject wearing the light pole provided with the occiput needs to be propped on the end of the protrusion of the light pole, and the outer side of the light pole directly abuts against the treatment bed. During the MRI imaging process lasting for tens of minutes, the occiput of the subject is in unbearable pain, and since the outer side of the light pole directly abuts against the treatment bed, if the subject slightly moves during the MRI imaging process, the movement of the light pole is caused, and the end of the emitted near-infrared light may be separated from the contact and abutment with the scalp, resulting in poor signal. Moreover, the light pole currently contains metal materials, which cannot meet the electromagnetic requirements of the MRI device. Therefore, there is currently a lack of light poles that can be used synchronously with the MRI imaging device, and the existing light poles cannot meet the special requirements of the MRI imaging environment.
[0071] As shown in FIGS. 3-5, the mounting assembly for the light pole can further include an adapter 7 provided on the second side of the second buckle 2 and forming a gap accommodating the bearing portion with the second buckle 2. The adapter 7 has a second through cavity 72 for the light pole 5 to pass through, so as to form a sliding path for the light pole 5 with the first buckle 1 and the second buckle 2. A flat portion 71 is further provided on the second side of the adapter 7, so that in the case that the end of the light pole 5 is abutted by the scalp, the end is retracted inwardly via the sliding path, and the head around the scalp is supported on the flat portion 71. The design of the mounting assembly for the light pole is particularly suitable for the scenario of the combination of the above-mentioned near-infrared brain function imaging (fNIRS) device and the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) device.
[0072] The flat portion 71 can be understood as a part for contacting the head of the subject. The side surface of the flat portion 71 facing the head of the subject can be configured as an arc surface matching the outer contour of the head of the subject, so as to increase the contact area of the flat portion 71 with the head of the subject, thereby increasing the friction force of the adapter 7 contacting the head of the subject, and avoiding the problem of the adapter 7 being deviated relative to the head of the subject during detection.
[0073] In some embodiments, the end of the light pole 5 protrudes a first distance out of the flat portion 71 via the sliding passage in the empty condition. The empty condition can be understood as the condition that the light pole 5 is not in abutment with the scalp, at this time, the end of the light pole 5 is biased by the biasing force of the biasing member 6 in the first clamping member 1, and will protrude out of the flat portion 71 and protrude a first distance relative to the flat portion 71. Specifically, in combination with FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the end of the light pole 5 shown in FIG. 11 is in the empty condition, the end of the light pole 5 protrudes out of the flat portion 71 and protrudes a first distance relative to the flat portion 71. That is, the end of the light pole 5 is protruding without being subjected to a force opposite to the biasing force, and the end is passively retracted by abutment with an external convexly shaped object, such as the scalp, and the retraction distance is self-adapting to the difference between the scalp and the surrounding head, so as to continuously and sufficiently abut the scalp, thereby directly transmitting near-infrared light to the scalp.
[0074] The end of the light pole 5 is abutted by the convexly shaped scalp, and the flat portion 71 can be understood as supporting the head around the scalp, for example, for the area with more hair, the flat portion 71 can be supported on the hair around the scalp, and for example, for the area with less hair or without hair (such as the forehead area without hair), the flat portion 71 can be directly supported on the scalp. The flat portion 71 acts to increase the contact area of the adaptor 7 with the head of the subject, thereby effectively avoiding the problem of the displacement of the adaptor 7 relative to the head of the subject during detection. Moreover, part of the pressure between the head of the subject and the light pole 5 can be borne by the flat portion 71, so that the pressure pain experienced by the subject during detection can be significantly alleviated. The inventor has found that in the case where the subject wears such a near-infrared light pole assembly, in combination with the elastic and soft cushion assembly laid on the lower seat of the nuclear magnetic coil, the subject can continuously lie on the nuclear magnetic coil with the cushion assembly as a pillow for up to 20 minutes, or even 30 minutes, without significant pain. The flat portion 71 increases the stability of the head of the subject being supported, and the subject almost does not feel pain, so the head displacement caused by pain is eliminated, thereby increasing the stability and accuracy of the detection of the near-infrared signal.
[0075] The inward retraction of the end of the light pole 5 via the sliding passage can be understood as the end of the light pole 5 being retracted a distance in the first direction while maintaining the state of protruding out of the flat portion 71, at this time, the flat portion 71 is supported on the hair spaced from the scalp, or the end of the light pole 5 is flush with the end face of the flat portion 71, that is, the flat portion 71 can be supported on the head around the scalp while the end of the light pole 5 abuts the scalp.
[0076] In some embodiments, the mounting assembly described above can be used in conjunction with devices having a magnetic field environment, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) devices, transcranial magnetic stimulation devices, etc. A biasing member 6 made of a magnetic field compatible material can be arranged in the accommodating cavity to apply a biasing force to the optical pole 5 towards the inside of the bearing portion. Specifically, when applied in a scenario of being used in conjunction with a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) device, the biasing member 6 is made of a nuclear magnetic compatible material. Illustratively, the biasing member 6 described above can be made of a non-metallic material, such as plastic, including but not limited to PEEK (polyether ether ketone), POM (polyoxymethylene), etc., and for example, nylon material. The material described above has certain anti-static properties, and a nuclear magnetic compatible anti-static agent can also be added for modification in order to have better anti-static effect, so as to minimize the adverse effects of static electricity on MRI detection.
[0077] The first and second clamping members 1 and 2 and the adapter 7 in the mounting assembly described above can be made of a magnetic field compatible material, which can be made of the same material as the biasing member 6 or a different material from the biasing member 6, which is not specifically limited in the present application. When applied in a scenario of being used in conjunction with a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) device, the first and second clamping members 1 and 2 and the adapter 7 are made of a nuclear magnetic compatible material, which can further avoid interference of the mounting assembly for the optical pole on the MRI detection results, and ensure the accuracy and safety of MRI detection.
[0078] The accommodating cavity 3 formed by the first and second clamping members 1 and 2 accommodates the optical pole 5 in a slidable manner, and the biasing member 6 made of a nuclear magnetic compatible material arranged in the accommodating cavity 3 can make the biasing member 6 have better anti-static effect, so as to minimize the adverse effects of static electricity on MRI detection, to be used safely in an MRI operating environment, and to avoid interference of the mounting assembly for the optical pole on the MRI detection results, and ensure the accuracy and safety of MRI detection. Moreover, in the case that the end of the optical pole 5 is abutted by the convex-shaped scalp, the end of the optical pole 5 can be retracted inwardly via the sliding passage, so that the head around the scalp is supported on the flat portion 71. The retraction of the optical pole 5 can reduce the pressure on the scalp, thereby reducing the pain of the subject, so that the retracted optical pole 5 and the flat portion 71 can effectively improve the comfort of the head of the subject when used in conjunction, so that the subject feels comfortable under the continuous supine position for tens of minutes. In addition, the flat portion 71 can increase the contact area between the mounting assembly for the optical pole and the head, so that the friction between the mounting assembly for the optical pole and the head is increased, so as to achieve the purpose that the mounting assembly for the optical pole is not easy to be deviated due to external disturbance, and to ensure the good abutting relationship between the subject and the optical pole 5, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the near-infrared data detected by the mounting assembly for the optical pole.
[0079] Preferably, the biasing member 6 can be a tower spring, one end of which abuts against the inner wall of the first clamping member 1, and the other end of which abuts against the top of the body 42 of the cover 4. The tower spring can have a large-diameter end and a small-diameter end, the large-diameter end of which can abut against the top of the body 42 of the cover 4, and the small-diameter end of which can abut against the inner wall of the first clamping member 1. In particular, in the case of application to a nuclear magnetic field, by using the tower spring, a more sufficient elastic force can be applied to the body 42 of the cover 4, so that the tower spring can stably act on the body 42 of the cover 4.
[0080] In some embodiments, in the case that the end of the light pole 5 is abutted by the convex-shaped scalp, the end is retracted inwardly via the sliding passage, so that the head around the scalp is supported on the flat portion 71, and the biasing force of the end to the inside of the bearing portion under the action of the biasing member 6 is less than the first threshold value.
[0081] In this way, by setting the biasing force applied to the light pole 5 by the biasing member 6 to be less than the first threshold value, it can be ensured that the light pole 5 stably abuts against the scalp while the biasing member 6 applies a suitable force to the scalp of the subject via the light pole 5, thereby avoiding the problem of the scalp of the subject being excessively pressed by the light pole 5, causing discomfort of the subject.
[0082] The biasing force applied by the biasing member 6 can be adjusted to a suitable size by adjusting one or more of the size, shape, material, etc. of the biasing member 6, which is not limited in the present application.
[0083] The first threshold value can be set according to the age stage of the subject, for example, the tolerance of an older subject is poorer, and a lower first threshold value can be set, and the tolerance of a younger subject is stronger, and a higher first threshold value can be set.
[0084] In some embodiments, in the case that the end of the light pole 5 is abutted by the scalp, the end is retracted inwardly via the sliding passage but still protrudes out of the flat portion 71 by a second distance, the second distance being associated with the thickness of the hair abutting against the scalp, to ensure that the end of the light pole 5 abuts against the scalp through the thickness of the hair.
[0085] In this way, by controlling the second distance by which the end of the light pole 5 protrudes out of the flat portion 71 after being retracted, it can be ensured that the end of the light pole 5 can abut against the scalp, and the flat portion 71 can support the head around the scalp.
[0086] It can be understood that the second distance is associated with the thickness of the hair against the scalp. For the region with thicker hair, such as the occipital region, the second distance can be larger so that the end of the light pole 5 protrudes more from the flat portion 71. For the region with thinner hair, such as the forehead region, the second distance can be smaller so that the end of the light pole 5 protrudes less from the flat portion 71, or even flush with the flat portion 71, so as to ensure that the end of the light pole 5 can pass through the hair against the scalp and minimize the pain of the subject. Further, for the forehead region, there is no buffering of the hair, and the protrusion of the end from the flat portion 71 will be more obvious to the subject, and the subject will be more sensitive to pain. Setting the second distance to be smaller can significantly improve the pain of the subject.
[0087] The end of the light pole 5 protruding out of the flat portion 71 by the second distance can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the flat portion 71, so as to support the scalp with a convex shape while ensuring that the end of the light pole 5 stably contacts the scalp.
[0088] The second distance can be in the range of 2mm to 4mm, especially for the region with thick hair such as the occipital region, the superposition of the flat portion 71 and the hair can sufficiently bear the pressure, and the end of the light pole 5 can sufficiently abut against the scalp to achieve better near-infrared signals.
[0089] In some embodiments, the flat portion 71 is provided with a flexible layer or is made of an elastic material on the supporting side. In this way, the flexible layer or the flat portion 71 made of an elastic material can increase the comfort of the subject's head when contacting the flat portion 71, and avoid discomfort of the subject's head caused by a too hard flat portion 71.
[0090] The flexible layer can be made of a flexible material, such as silicone, which can increase the comfort of the subject's head when abutting against the flat portion 71. For example, for the elderly, children or infants who are more sensitive to contact, the use of a flexible and comfortable flat portion 71 can significantly improve their body feeling and detection compliance.
[0091] In some embodiments, the second buckle 2 and the adapter 7 are screwed to each other. The screwing can avoid the shaking between the second buckle 2 and the adapter 7, that is, the screw connection can ensure the fixing strength, especially when the material is repeatedly used and deformed, the fixing strength can still be ensured by adjusting the rotation screwing strength.
[0092] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3-5, the second buckle 2 includes a first annular flange 23 around the third through hole 22, and the first annular flange 23 is formed with external threads. The second annular flange 73 of the adapter 7 is formed with internal threads, so that the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2 are screwed to each other via the external threads and the internal threads.
[0093] Thus, through the outer thread of the first annular flange 23 and the inner thread of the second annular flange 73, the second buckle 2 and the adapter 7 can be stably mounted on the bearing part 8, so as to effectively fix the light pole 5.
[0094] In the process of collecting near-infrared data of the brain of the subject by using the near-infrared brain function imaging device, the subject needs to wear a headgear to fix the position of the light pole. Preferably, the inner side wall of the headgear is provided with a gasket to constrain the light pole, so that the emission / reception signal port of the light pole is arranged vertically to the skin and the distance between the emission light pole and the receiving light pole is ensured within a certain range, and the contour of the headgear can be supported by the gasket to reduce the pressure value at the contact position of the light pole and the skin when the headgear fixes the light pole, thereby improving the wearing comfort of the subject. The existing headgear fixes the gasket by abutting the gasket on both sides of the clamping body, and the light pole is arranged in the through hole of the clamping body and the gasket to realize installation and positioning. In the case of slightly pulling, the gasket is easily separated from the clamping body, and the light pole is easily pulled out, thereby affecting the normal use of the headgear and prolonging the operation time of normal collection of near-infrared data.
[0095] In view of the above problems existing in the prior art, the embodiment of the present application also provides a mounting assembly for a light pole, which can improve the constraint on the gasket, so that the gasket is not easily separated from the buckle under the action of external force, and the light pole is not easily pulled out, thereby improving the stability of the structure installation during the use of the headgear and further improving the use experience of the headgear. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6-8, the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2 can be connected by the positioning feet 74 to realize installation and positioning. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the positioning feet 74 can be protruded on the first side of the adapter 7, but the present application is not limited thereto, as long as the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2 can be connected. In some other embodiments, the positioning feet 74 can also be protruded on the second side of the second buckle 2.
[0096] In some embodiments, the above-mentioned positioning feet 74 can be multiple. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, multiple positioning feet 74 are arranged around the second through cavity 72 of the adapter 7. The second buckle 2 has a first through cavity 21 for the light pole 5 to pass through, and a second through hole (not shown) cooperating with the multiple positioning feet 74 is arranged around the first through cavity 21. In the case that the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2 are mounted on the bearing part 8, the positioning feet 74 are inserted into the second through hole through the positioning hole 82 on the bearing part 8.
[0097] In this embodiment, by positioning the positioning feet 74 inserted into the second through holes on the second buckle 2 through the positioning holes 82 on the bearing part 8, the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2 are respectively located on different sides of the bearing part 8 and connected with each other, so that the bearing part 8 can be limited, and the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2 can be stably installed on the bearing part 8, thereby ensuring the installation stability of the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2.
[0098] In this way, in the case of force pulling, such as when installing the light pole or when wearing the bearing part 8 on the examinee, the bearing part 8 is not easy to be separated from the second buckle 2 under the limitation of the positioning feet 74, which not only facilitates the installation of the light pole, but also avoids the light pole from being pulled out, so that the bearing part 8 can be normally used and is beneficial to the normal collection of near-infrared data. Further, the positioning feet 74 and the second through holes are respectively provided with a plurality of positioning feet and second through holes, so that the bearing part 8 can be limited by a plurality of positioning feet at different positions, thereby further improving the resistance of the bearing part 8 to external force pulling.
[0099] When the fNIRS device is used in combination with the TMS device, in order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the light pole on the head cap, a limiting groove and a corresponding limiting piece are usually arranged on the light pole. When assembling, the cap body of the head cap is clamped into the limiting groove, and the limiting piece is used to ensure that the light pole does not fall off. However, although this design is convenient for quick installation, it is not stable. When the examinee moves the head or the examinee performs daily activities, the light pole is easy to fall off from the head cap, which seriously affects the accuracy and reliability of the near-infrared data. In addition, this structure cannot adapt to frequent disassembly and assembly operations and the movement and friction of the light pole. After a long time, the head cap will be worn and aged, which not only affects the stability of the light pole, but also shortens the service life of the head cap and increases the use cost.
[0100] In view of the above problems existing in the prior art, an embodiment of the present application provides another assembly component for a light pole. As shown in FIG. 9, the assembly component includes a second buckle 2, an intermediate sheet 9 and an adapter 7. The second buckle 2 is provided with a third through hole 22 and a plurality of protruding columns 24 on one side. The intermediate sheet 9 is provided with a fourth through hole 91 with a smaller aperture than the third through hole 22, and the periphery of the fourth through hole 91 is provided with a flange 92. The periphery of the flange 92 is provided with a plurality of first matching holes 93 corresponding to the plurality of protruding columns 24. The adapter 7 is provided with a fifth through hole 75, and the periphery of the fifth through hole 75 is provided with a plurality of second matching holes 76 corresponding to the plurality of protruding columns 24 and the plurality of first matching holes 93. In the case of assembling the light pole by matching the second buckle 2, the intermediate sheet 9 and the adapter 7, the plurality of protruding columns 24 of the second buckle 2 are sequentially inserted into the corresponding first matching holes 93 of the intermediate sheet 9, the corresponding second matching holes 76 of the adapter 7, the flange 92 is inserted into the third through hole 22 and abuts against the peripheral wall of the third through hole 22.
[0101] Thus, the second buckle member 2 passes through the plurality of first matching holes 93 on the intermediate sheet member 9 through the plurality of protruding columns 24 provided on one side of the second buckle member 2, and the flange 92 is inserted into the third through hole 22, and the flange 92 protrudes at least a first preset distance from the third through hole 22 and firmly abuts against the peripheral wall of the third through hole 22. Through the insertion of the plurality of protruding columns 24 into the matching holes 93 and the abutment of the flange 92 against the peripheral wall, the second buckle member 2 and the intermediate sheet member 9 are firmly assembled.
[0102] Preferably, the assembly for the light pole shown in FIG. 9 is particularly suitable for assembling a light pole for use with a TMS device.
[0103] The assembly for the light pole of the present embodiment adopts a split structure design. When assembling the light pole, the plurality of protruding columns of the second buckle member are sequentially inserted into the corresponding first matching holes of the intermediate sheet member, the corresponding second matching holes of the adapter, and the flange is inserted into the third through hole and abuts against the peripheral wall of the third through hole. This can conveniently and firmly assemble the light pole of the configuration for use with the TMS and fix it to the headgear, preventing accidental falling of the light pole. Moreover, the sequential stacking of the second buckle member, the intermediate sheet member, and the adapter of the assembly and the protruding column-through hole insertion assembly method are simple and efficient to disassemble and assemble. Even if the headgear is frequently disassembled and assembled, the wear and tear on the headgear is less, prolonging the service life of the headgear.
[0104] Further, in the case of assembling the assembly for the light pole of the present embodiment to the carrier, the carrier is arranged between the intermediate sheet member 9 and the adapter 7. The plurality of protruding columns 24 are inserted into the plurality of second matching holes 76 provided on the adapter 7 from the outside of the carrier to the inside of the carrier, and the plurality of protruding columns 24 are inserted into the plurality of second matching holes 76. The plurality of protruding columns 24 protrude at least a second preset distance from the plurality of second matching holes 76, so that the protruding portions of the plurality of protruding columns 24 can be firmly fixed to the inside of the plurality of second matching holes 76 in various ways, such as but not limited to hot riveting.
[0105] As shown in FIG. 9, the second buckle member 2, the intermediate sheet member 9, and the adapter 7 are all structures with a flat shape, and after assembly, they still maintain a relatively flat configuration, which is particularly suitable for assembling the light pole of the flat configuration for use with the TMS. The light pole can be firmly assembled to the carrier. In some embodiments, the shapes of the second buckle member 2, the intermediate sheet member 9, and the adapter 7 can be any of the flat shapes, such as a circular ring, a cuboid, a square, etc. In some preferred embodiments, the thicknesses of the second buckle member 2, the intermediate sheet member 9, and the adapter 7 are uniform, and they are all circular ring shapes.
[0106] In some embodiments, the first preset distance and the second preset distance can be determined according to the actual application scene requirement, and the distance value can not only ensure that the light pole mounting assembly can firmly mount the light pole and prevent the light pole from loosening or falling during use, but also make the light pole mounting assembly applicable to the head of a subject with different shapes and sizes.
[0107] FIGS. 10-11 show structural schematic diagrams of a head-mounted device for a near-infrared brain function imaging device according to an embodiment of the present application. FIG. 10 shows the inner side of the bearing part, and FIG. 11 shows the outer side of the bearing part. The head-mounted device comprises the light pole mounting assembly for the light pole according to the above embodiments, and a bearing part 8. The bearing part 8 is provided with a sixth through hole (not shown) for the end of the light pole 5 to pass through, and a plurality of third matching holes (not shown) are arranged around the sixth through hole. The positioning feet 74 connecting the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2 pass through the third matching holes, and the bearing part 8 is assembled between the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2.
[0108] In this embodiment, by passing the positioning feet 74 connecting the adapter 7 and the second buckle 2 through the third matching holes on the bearing part 8, the light pole mounting assembly for the light pole can be stably mounted on the bearing part 8. In this way, under the condition of pulling force, the bearing part 8 is not easy to be separated from the mounting assembly under the limitation of the positioning feet 74, which not only facilitates the installation of the light pole, but also avoids the light pole from being pulled out, so that the head-mounted device can be normally used, which is beneficial to the normal collection of near-infrared data. Further, the positioning feet 74 and the second through hole are respectively provided with a plurality of positioning feet 74, so that the bearing part 8 can be limited by the positioning feet 74 at different positions, further improving the effect of resisting external pulling force of the bearing part 8.
[0109] In some embodiments, the bearing part 8 can be any carrier capable of carrying the light pole mounting assembly for mounting the light pole and the light pole, which can be worn on the head, so that the light pole can be used to detect the near-infrared data of the brain. For example, the bearing part 8 can be a bracket, a head cap, a helmet, etc., which can also be formed by combining several carriers, and the present application does not make specific limitations thereon, for example, a cap body and a cushion cooperate to form a head cap for mounting the light pole mounting assembly for mounting the light pole and the light pole.
[0110] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 12, the above bearing part 8 comprises a cap body 10 and a cushion assembly 110. The cushion assembly 110 is arranged on the inner side (the side close to the head) of the cap body 10, and the elasticity of the cushion assembly 110 is smaller than that of the cap body 10.
[0111] In this way, the spacer assembly 110 can define the spatial relationship between the various mounting assemblies, so that the spacing between adjacent mounting assemblies can be maintained at a predetermined interval, thereby ensuring the spacing between the emitting and receiving electrodes, and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the detected near-infrared data. In addition, the elasticity of the spacer assembly 110 described above is less than that of the cap 10, so that the inner layer spacer assembly 110 can be pressed more tightly against the head under the elastic wrapping of the outer layer cap 10 with greater elasticity, thereby improving the fit of the headgear to the scalp, and better fitting the heads of users of different head sizes to ensure better measurement results.
[0112] The spacer assembly 100 described above includes at least one spacer. For example, it can include only a single spacer, or it can include multiple spacers. The selection and combination can be selected according to actual needs, which are not specifically limited here.
[0113] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 13, the spacer assembly 110 described above can include a first spacer. The first spacer is adapted to abut around the forehead of the subject to extend to both sides, and at least two rows of seventh through holes 111 are formed therein. At least one carrier 112 is formed in the middle of the first row, and a corresponding connecting neck 113 is formed. The carrier 112 is connected to the main body 114 of the first spacer only via the connecting neck 113, and a single seventh through hole 111 is formed in each carrier 112. Among them, the seventh through holes 111 formed in the main body 114 of the first spacer form a quadrilateral array with a predetermined side length, and a third matching hole (not shown) for positioning the foot 74 is formed around the periphery of each seventh through hole 111.
[0114] Through the long strip shape of the first spacer and the quadrilateral through hole array formed thereon, not only can more forehead and temporal lobe areas be covered to form more detection channels (one emitting electrode and one receiving electrode can form one detection channel), but also the first spacer can be tightly fitted to the head of the subject, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the obtained near-infrared data.
[0115] Specifically, the width of the carrier 112 in the horizontal direction is greater than the width of the connecting neck 113 in the horizontal direction, so that the carrier 112 has a certain flexibility relative to the main body 114. Since the lower part of the forehead of each patient's head is also different, the carrier 112 can have a certain degree of freedom through the connecting neck 113 to adapt to the lower part of the forehead of different patient's heads. Under the elastic wrapping of the cap 10 with greater elasticity, the electrodes mounted on the seventh through holes 111 on the carrier 112 can be tightly fitted to the patient's head, so that the first spacer can adapt to the head size of different patients, and further fit the lower part of the forehead.
[0116] In some embodiments, the first cushion described above, the periphery of the carrier 112, except for the connecting neck 113, has a predetermined spacing so as not to interfere with each other when the carrier 112 is fitted to the patient's head, and has a certain degree of freedom, which can be suitable for patients with different head shapes and head circumference sizes, and can ensure the distance between the light pole assembly installed on the adjacent carrier 112, so as to achieve more accurate measurement results.
[0117] In some embodiments, at least between the first row and the second row of the middle two sides of the seventh through hole 111, a small hole 115 is arranged in a longitudinal offset manner with the seventh through hole 111. By arranging the small hole, the weight of the cushion can be reduced while the air permeability is enhanced.
[0118] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 13, in the first row of the seventh through hole 111 away from the first row in the middle of the first cushion, each seventh through hole 111 has an annular segment 119 on the outside and a connecting segment 120 on both sides, the connecting segment 120 is used to interconnect adjacent seventh through holes 111, and the width of the connecting segment 120 is greater than the width of the annular segment 119, so as to facilitate maintaining the spacing between the adjacent emitting light pole and the receiving light pole, so as to be able to collect more ideal near-infrared data.
[0119] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 13, in the case where the first cushion includes at least three rows of seventh through holes 111, the upper middle part of the first cushion is inwardly recessed to form a recess 116, and the length range of the recess 116 in the flattened state can be 12-20 cm. It can be understood that the recess 116 is arranged corresponding to the forehead upper part of the head, and a plurality of seventh through holes 111 can be arranged on the main body 114 on both sides of the recess 116, so that the seventh through hole 111 can be arranged corresponding to the temporal lobe of the head.
[0120] In combination with FIG. 12, the installation assembly for the light pole can be installed only at the position of the cap body 10 corresponding to the recess 116, that is, the installation assembly at this position is directly assembled on the cap body 10 without penetrating the cushion assembly. Since this position corresponds to the forehead upper part of the head close to the top of the head, the curvature of the head at this position is large, and the head shapes of different subjects at this position also differ greatly. Since the cushion itself is relatively hard, it is difficult to fit well to the scalp at this position, therefore, the installation assembly arranged corresponding to the forehead upper part of the head is arranged only on the cap body 10, and the cap body 10 has a large elasticity and can better drive the installation assembly thereon to fit to the scalp, so that the head-mounted device can be suitable for patients with different head shapes and head circumference sizes.
[0121] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 14(a)-14(c), the above-mentioned cushion assembly 110 can comprise a second cushion. The second cushion is adapted to be bent against the space of the head of the subject other than the forehead, and a plurality of seventh through-holes 111 are arranged in an array on the second cushion to form a grid of triangular through-holes, each grid having a predetermined side length, and the width of the connecting branch of the periphery of each seventh through-hole 111 is within a predetermined range, wherein the periphery of each seventh through-hole 111 is provided with a third matching hole 117 for positioning the foot 74.
[0122] In some embodiments, the central hole 118 of the grid of through-holes of the second cushion is triangular, and in the outermost circle of seventh through-holes 111, each seventh through-hole 111 has an outer annular segment 119 and two side connecting segments 120 for interconnecting the adjacent seventh through-holes 111 in the outer circle. In some embodiments, when the width of the connecting segment 120 is greater than the width of the annular segment 119, at least one side connecting segment 120 is centrally provided with a small hole 115.
[0123] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 14(a)-14(c), the shape of the above-mentioned second cushion can be configured as at least one of a heart shape, a hexagon, and a butterfly shape. Of course, the shape of the second cushion is not limited thereto, and can be designed or selected according to the location, shape, etc. of the target detection brain area, for example, the heart-shaped second cushion is particularly suitable for detecting near-infrared data of the primary motor area.
[0124] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 14(b), in the heart-shaped second cushion, each seventh through-hole 111 in the outermost circle of seventh through-holes 111 is centrally provided with a small hole 115 between the connecting segments 120 of the adjacent seventh through-holes 111 in the outer circle; as shown in FIGS. 14(a) and 14(c), in the hexagonal or butterfly-shaped second cushion, in the outermost circle of seventh through-holes 111, only the connecting segments 120 between the adjacent seventh through-holes 111 in the outer circle of adjacent rows are provided with small holes 115, while the connecting segments 120 between the adjacent seventh through-holes 111 in the outer circle of the same row are not provided with small holes 115; and the circumferential distance between adjacent small holes in the group of small holes 115 provided on the periphery of each seventh through-hole 111 is the same.
[0125] In some embodiments, the first cushion and the second cushion can each be made of dark-colored silicone or molded from dark-colored silicone and then punched. The dark-colored silicone can block external light sources from entering the light pole and reduce the influence of external light sources on the light pole.
[0126] In the above embodiments, by opening a triangular grid of through holes on the second pad and designing the central hole 118 of the grid of through holes as a triangle, the second pad can be made to closely fit the scalp at the curved part of the space other than the forehead of the head of the subject, prevent the second pad from warping, and thus ensure the treatment effect. The grid-like design can also impart greater elasticity to the pad while limiting the spacing of the light poles 5, so that it can better adapt to the head shape of the corresponding position and make the subject wear more comfortable. In addition, the opening of the triangular central hole 118 can also greatly reduce the weight of the pad, thereby reducing the burden of the subject to wear.
[0127] In some embodiments, one of the above first pads and a pair of the above second pads can constitute a basic configuration of the above pad assembly 110, wherein one first pad and a pair of second pads are respectively used to attach to the forehead area, the temporal lobe area and the two sides of the large motor area of the head of the subject.
