The flywheel mechanism comprises a flywheel that drives a drive block with a hammer for driving, in particular shooting, driving fasteners.
[0007] Disclosure of the invention
[0008] The invention relates to a driving tool, in particular a nail gun, comprising a housing in which a driving unit with a flywheel mechanism is arranged, wherein the flywheel mechanism has a flywheel which drives a drive block with a hammer for driving, in particular shooting, driving means. The drive block is movably connected to the hammer, wherein the hammer is movable linearly along an associated firing axis during a shot, and wherein a longitudinal extension of the drive block is arranged at a predetermined angle to the firing axis during retraction of the drive block and the hammer after the shot. The invention thus enables the provision of a driving tool in which a simple design with a comparatively low weight can be achieved due to the movable connection of the drive block to the hammer.
[0009] Preferably, the drive block has an internal receptacle on its end face facing the hammer, and the hammer has a pin on its end face facing the drive block, wherein the pin is displaceably mounted in the internal receptacle to enable the movable connection of the drive block to the hammer.
[0010] This allows the movable connection between the drive block and the hammer to be formed in a simple manner.
[0011] Preferably, the inner receptacle has a longitudinal extension which is arranged at a predetermined angle to the longitudinal extension of the drive block.
[0012] This makes it easy and uncomplicated to move the drive block towards the hammer.
[0013] Preferably, the drive block can be pivoted around the pin.
[0014] This allows a safe and reliable movable connection between the drive block and the hammer to be formed.
[0015] The longitudinal extension of the drive block is preferably arranged parallel to the firing axis after the retraction is completed.
[0016] Thus, a suitable arrangement of the drive block relative to the hammer for a subsequent shot can be easily formed.
[0017] Preferably, the longitudinal extension of the drive block is arranged parallel to the firing axis during firing. This allows for easy and uncomplicated positioning of the drive block relative to the hammer for a shot.
[0018] An outer circumference of the flywheel is preferably connected to the drive block during firing to accelerate the drive block.
[0019] This allows for a safe and reliable drive for a shot.
[0020] Preferably, the flywheel and the drive block are spaced apart from each other during retraction.
[0021] This makes it easy to retract the drive block and the hammer without reversing the direction of rotation of the flywheel.
[0022] According to one embodiment, a battery pack is provided for the mains-independent power supply of the driving unit.
[0023] This makes mobile use of the driving tool easy and uncomplicated.
[0024] Preferably, the driving unit comprises a drive motor, wherein the flywheel has an internal receptacle arranged on an outer circumference of a drive shaft of the drive motor.
[0025] This enables a compact arrangement of the drive motor and the flywheel in the driving unit.

For this purpose, the drive block 230 has an internal receptacle 232 on its end face 234 facing the hammer 220, and the hammer 220 has a pin 222 on its end face 224 facing the drive block 230. The pin 222 is preferably displaceably mounted in the internal receptacle 232 to enable the movable connection of the drive block 230 to the hammer 220.
[0040] When the drive block 230 and the hammer 220 are retracted, as illustrated in Fig. 2 and designated by reference numeral 200, the pin 222 is preferably arranged at an end of the internal receptacle 232 facing the hammer 220. The internal receptacle 232 has a longitudinal extension 239, which is preferably arranged at a predetermined angle 206 to the longitudinal extension 231 of the drive block 230. The drive block 230 is preferably pivotable about the pin 222. The hammer 220 is movable linearly along an associated shot axis 201 during a shot (400 in Fig. 3), ie, when driving a driving agent into a workpiece. A longitudinal extension 231 of the drive block 230 is arranged at a predetermined angle 205 to the firing axis 201 during a retraction 200 of the drive block 230 and the hammer 220 after the shot. The flywheel 210 and the drive block 230 are preferably spaced apart from each other during the retraction 200.
[0041] Fig. 3 shows the flywheel mechanism 125 of Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 during a pivoting movement, designated by the reference numeral 300, after the retraction 200 according to Fig. 2.
