Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] Hairbrush with dispenser

[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The invention, as the title of this specification indicates, is a hairbrush with a dispenser. This innovation offers advantages previously unknown within current techniques.

[0005] TECHNICAL SECTOR

[0006] The present invention falls within the scope of everyday life needs, in the brush classification, especially in brushes with reservoirs or other systems that allow the application of products, for example, paints, creams, water.

[0007] STATE OF THE ART

[0008] The present invention arises from the tedious task of combing and caring for curly or wavy hair.

[0009] This is because, when styling curly hair, it's crucial to apply detangling creams, even when hair is damp, to untangle it. This process becomes cumbersome due to the number of knots that form, which doesn't guarantee that the treatment is distributed evenly throughout all hair strands.

[0010] Accordingly, this invention presents a hair detangling brush with dispensers that offers multiple benefits, as it not only allows for comfortable combing of the hair, but also enables the precise application of hair products, ensuring even distribution, which contributes to detangling the hair and improves the effectiveness of the treatment.

[0011] Currently, the existence of any hairbrush is unknown, which has structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal to or similar to those described in this specification, as claimed. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0012] The object of the present invention is a hairbrush that provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.

[0013] The present invention relates to a hairbrush comprising at least one compartment connected to a dispenser configured to dispense the fluid housed in each compartment when the user activates an activation means. The hairbrush is equipped with a head having a front base with prongs that slide through the hair, while any fluid emerges from the at least one compartment through holes provided in said front base.

[0014] These prongs will gently comb and detangle the hair, while the dispensers will apply the product, reaching all the hair strands.

[0015] The fluid can be a capillary product or water.

[0016] This innovative design not only detangles hair, but also offers the added benefit of allowing for the application of a variety of hair products, such as moisturizer, mask, conditioner, hair gel, or any other formula designed to detangle and care for hair.

[0017] This invention is highly useful, as it features a holistic design approach that not only simplifies the styling process but also ensures that hair products are distributed evenly and effectively, thus maximizing their benefits to hair health and appearance.

[0018] This head may have side indentations that serve to channel the strands of hair effectively and neatly.

[0019] This handle is generally of a suitable length and ergonomically shaped for a comfortable grip, and may have a compartment where water or another fluid can be added to the hair for dosing. Furthermore, when the brush includes a water reservoir, water can also be sprayed through the various perforations, even using a vaporization or atomization system, depending on the user's needs and requirements. For example, it can be a spray nozzle at the pressure supplied by the dispenser.

[0020] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES

[0021] To complete the description being made and in order to help better understand the characteristics of the invention, this specification is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by some figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented.

[0022] Figure 1 illustrates a perspective view of a first embodiment of the brush where a compartment in the head and the removable reservoir can be seen.

[0023] Figure 2 illustrates the front part of the anterior brush in perspective.

[0024] Figure 3 illustrates a side view of the anterior brush.

[0025] Figure 4 shows a view of a second example of a brush.

[0026] Figure 5 shows the interior of the second brush example.

[0027] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.

[0028] The hairbrush with dispenser shown in figures 1-5 comprises at least one compartment (1 ) that is connected to a dispenser configured to dispense the fluid housed in each compartment (1 ) when the user activates an activation means (10) that can be a trigger, button (3), a bulb, etc. The fluid will generally be a hair product or water. The brush has a front base with spikes (9) and holes (7) for the fluid to exit from the compartment (1 ) or from the compartments (1 ).

[0029] In one embodiment, a compartment (1 ) is arranged in the handle (6), which also has a filling hole with a removable lid (2.2) for refilling the compartment (1 ) with the fluid. The dispenser can be a motorized means, using a pump (5) that communicates the corresponding compartment (1 ) with the hole (7). It must be considered that the pump (5) is activated by the actuation of an activation means (10) that can be one per compartment (1 ), a common activation means (10) with a selector (4) to choose from which compartment (1 ) the fluid comes out or an activation means (10) that causes the coordinated exit of fluids from two or more compartments (1 ). The proportion can be varied with a multi-way valve. The actuation means (10) can also be a manual means, such as a deformable wall of the corresponding compartment (1 ) by means of pressure from the user to cause the fluid to exit.

[0030] The hole (7) may have an atomizing or spray nozzle.

[0031] In another embodiment, the brush has at least one compartment (1 ) arranged in the brush head, and the compartment (1 ) is connected to the dispenser. In Figures 4 and 5, the brush head has two compartments (1 ), in this case removable for refilling, and the handle (6) has one. Batteries, not noticeable, power any built-in pump (5) and, where appropriate, any electronic element such as the previously indicated selector.

[0032] The compartment (1 ) in figures 1 to 3 has a removable tank (2) with a filling hole and a removable lid (2.2), and the compartment (1 ) has a hinged lid (2.3). To fill the removable tank (2), it must be removed and refilled with the desired hair product.

[0033] The brush head may have lateral grooves (8) on its edges to separate strands of hair.

[0034] In one embodiment, the handle (6) ends in a fine pointed end (11) on the side opposite the head, which facilitates the separation of a lock of hair.

[0035] In one embodiment, the bristles are arranged in a removable body, which is removably attached to the brush head. This facilitates cleaning the assembly.

[0036] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to explain it further so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages derived from it, stating that, within its essence, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
