Abstract
Description
Automatic Cleaning Device
[0001] The present invention relates to an automatic cleaning device for automatically cleaning a cylindrical cooking vessel with a bottom.
[0002] Conventionally, an automatic cleaning device for automatically cleaning a cylindrical cooking container with a bottom has been known, which conveniently cleans the cooking container by spraying fresh water from a single water outlet head that is installed in a sink below the cooking container and has an upward water outlet direction, while the cooking container rotates (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] Registered Utility Model No. 3227512
[0004] The above-mentioned automatic washing device washes the cooking container with a single water outlet head, so there is a risk that the cooking container may not be washed sufficiently depending on the shape of the cooking container.
[0005] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, that is, an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic cleaning device that thoroughly cleans the inner surface of a cooking vessel.
[0006] The first aspect of the automatic cleaning device of the present invention is an automatic cleaning device that automatically cleans the inner surface of a bottomed cylindrical cooking container using a cleaning unit located in a sink that is positioned in front of the base of a container holding unit that holds the cooking container, and is characterized in that the cleaning unit is equipped with a peripheral cleaning nozzle that sprays rinsing water toward the inner peripheral surface of the cooking container, a bottom cleaning nozzle that sprays rinsing water toward the inner bottom surface of the cooking container, and an inclined surface cleaning nozzle that sprays rinsing water toward the inner inclined surface connecting the inner peripheral surface and inner bottom surface of the cooking container.
[0007] The second aspect of the automatic cleaning device of the present invention is characterized in that, in the automatic cleaning device of the first aspect, the container holding unit holds the cooking container in an upside-down position so that it can rotate freely, the peripheral cleaning nozzle and the inclined surface cleaning nozzle spray rinsing water in a fan-like manner in the vertical direction, and the direction in which rinsing water is sprayed by the peripheral cleaning nozzle, the bottom cleaning nozzle and the inclined surface cleaning nozzle intersects with the direction of rotation of the cooking container rotated by the container holding unit.
[0008] The automatic cleaning device of the third aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the automatic cleaning device of the first or second aspect, a scraper is arranged in the sink to remove dirt adhering to the rotating cooking container, and the dirt-adhering surface of the scraper is located within the rinsing water spray range of the bottom cleaning nozzle.
[0009] An automatic cleaning device according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the automatic cleaning device according to the third aspect, characterized in that the scraper is arranged in an area opposite to the direction in which the rinsing water is sprayed from the peripheral cleaning nozzle.
[0010] The fifth aspect of the automatic cleaning device of the present invention is characterized in that, in the automatic cleaning device of the first or second aspect, the container cleaning unit is provided with a cleaning liquid nozzle that sprays cleaning liquid toward the inner surface of the cooking container.
[0011] According to the first aspect of the automatic cleaning device of the present invention, the cleaning unit is equipped with a peripheral cleaning nozzle that sprays rinsing water toward the inner peripheral surface of the cooking container, a bottom cleaning nozzle that sprays rinsing water toward the inner bottom surface of the cooking container, and an inclined surface cleaning nozzle that sprays rinsing water toward the inner inclined surface connecting the inner peripheral surface and inner bottom surface of the cooking container. As a result, rinsing water is sprayed onto each of the inner bottom surface, inner inclined surface, and inner peripheral surface that make up the inner surface of the cooking container, so the inner surface of the cooking container can be cleaned evenly.
[0012] According to the second aspect of the automatic washing device of the present invention, the peripheral washing nozzle, bottom washing nozzle and inclined surface washing nozzle spray rinsing water in a fan shape, and the direction in which the rinsing water is sprayed from the peripheral washing nozzle and inclined surface washing nozzle intersects the direction in which the cooking container is rotated by the container holding unit. Therefore, by spraying the rinsing water while rotating the cooking container, the rinsing water is sprayed over the entire inner surface of the cooking container, so that the inner surface of the cooking container can be automatically washed more reliably and evenly. Not only that, because the peripheral washing nozzle, bottom washing nozzle and inclined surface washing nozzle spray rinsing water in a fan shape, the water pressure of the rinsing water sprayed from the peripheral washing nozzle, bottom washing nozzle and inclined surface washing nozzle can be increased compared to when the peripheral washing nozzle, bottom washing nozzle and inclined surface washing nozzle spray rinsing water in a cone shape, thereby further improving the cleaning effect on the inner surface of the cooking container.
[0013] According to the third aspect of the automatic cleaning device of the present invention, a scraper that removes dirt adhering to cooking containers is arranged inside the sink, and the dirty surface of the scraper is located within the range of the rinsing water spray from the bottom cleaning nozzle. As a result, the rinsing water sprayed from the bottom cleaning nozzle removes dirt not only from the inner bottom surface of the cooking container but also from the dirty surface of the scraper, thereby efficiently removing dirt adhering to the dirty surface of the scraper.
[0014] According to the fourth aspect of the automatic cleaning device of the present invention, the scraper is positioned in an area opposite to the direction in which the rinsing water is sprayed from the peripheral cleaning nozzle, so that when rinsing water is sprayed onto the inner surface of the cooking vessel, the rinsing water sprayed from the peripheral cleaning nozzle does not hit the scraper, and therefore the inner surface of the cooking vessel can be reliably cleaned even if the cleaning unit has a scraper.
[0015] According to the fifth aspect of the automatic cleaning device of the present invention, the cleaning unit is equipped with a cleaning liquid nozzle that sprays cleaning liquid toward the inner surface of the cooking container, so that the cooking container can be cleaned by spraying rinsing water after spraying cleaning liquid onto the cooking container, thereby allowing the cooking container to be cleaned to the same extent as in a typical automatic dishwasher.

[0017] Hereinafter, an automatic cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the embodiments shown below are merely examples of automatic cleaning devices for embodying the technical concept of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to these, and can be equally applied to other embodiments included in the scope of the claims. In the following description, for convenience, expressions such as up and down, front and back, left and right are used, but these are based on the directions shown in the corresponding drawings and are only descriptions of directions in the state shown in the corresponding drawings.
[0018] First Embodiment An automatic cleaning device according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1A to 6. FIG.
[0019] 1. Overview of Automatic Cooking Machine 10 First, an overview of an automatic cooking machine 10 equipped with an automatic cleaning device 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1A and 1B.
[0020] Referring to FIG. 1A, an automatic cooking machine 10 includes a removable cooking container 11, a container heating unit 12, a container holding unit 13, a dish stand 14, a control unit 15, a sink 16, and an automatic cleaning device 100.
[0021] The cooking container 11 is a cylindrical container with a bottom, and the inside of the cooking container 11 may be provided with a stirring member or the like for stirring the ingredients to be cooked.
[0022] The container heating unit 12 has a function of heating a container for cooking stir-fry dishes, etc. Behind the plate loading stand 14, there is provided an operation panel 15a which inputs cooking operations into the automatic cooking machine 10 and displays the operating status of the automatic cooking machine 10.
[0023] The container holding unit 13 holds the cooking container 11 so that it can rotate freely on its axis. The container holding unit 13 rotates the cooking container 11 around a cooking container rotation axis extending in the depth direction of the cooking container 11 to efficiently cook dishes such as stir-fries. The container holding unit 13 also has a handle 13c that a user of the automatic cooking machine 10 grasps to rotate the arm 13a of the container holding unit 13 relative to the base 13b of the container holding unit 13 in a direction that covers the top surface of the plate stand 14. Therefore, the arm 13a of the container holding unit 13 allows the user of the automatic cooking machine 10 to change the position of the cooking container 11 in the front-to-back and up-to-down directions.
[0024] 1A to the left so as to cover the opening of the sink 16, and a plate storage member 14b that stores the serving plate 14a. A serving plate is provided on the upper surface of the plate storage member 14. When cooking is finished, the user of the automatic cooking machine 10 rotates the arm 13a of the container holding unit 13 forward, and the user of the automatic cooking machine 10 serves the cooked food in the cooking container 11 onto the plate provided on the serving plate 14a, which now covers the opening of the sink 16.
[0025] After the user of the automatic cooking machine 10 places the food cooked by the automatic cooking machine 10 onto the dish provided on the serving plate 14a, the user of the automatic cooking machine 10 places the dish on the plate housing member 14b. The user of the automatic cooking machine 10 then returns the serving plate 14a to the position shown in FIG. 1A.
[0026] 1B, the user of the automatic cooking machine 10 further rotates the arm 13a of the container holding unit 13 forward, moving it so that the cooking container 11 is inserted into the opening of the sink 16 located in front of the base 13b of the container holding unit 13. The cleaning unit 110 of the automatic dishwashing device 100 is then placed in the sink 16 and automatically cleans the inner surfaces of the cooking containers 11 after cooking, as described below. Note that automatic cleaning of the cooking containers 11 by the cleaning unit 110 may be initiated by detecting that the cooking containers 11 have been inserted into the opening of the sink 16, or may be initiated based on an input to the operation panel 15a.
[0027] 2. Description of the Automatic Cleaning Device 100 Next, the cleaning unit 110 of the automatic cleaning device 100 will be described with reference to Figures 2 to 6. Figure 2 is a diagram showing the top surfaces of the cooking vessel 11 and sink 16 as viewed from above the automatic cooking machine 10 in Figure 1A, with the III-III cross section shown in Figure 3 and the V-V cross section shown in Figure 5.
[0028] 3, when cleaning in the cleaning unit 110, the cooking vessel 11 is placed in the sink 16 with the opening facing downwards and upside down (i.e., with the opening of the cooking vessel 11 facing downwards) so as not to come into contact with the sides or bottom of the sink 16. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11 is formed by an inner circumferential surface 11a, an inner bottom surface 11b, and an inner inclined surface 11c connecting the inner circumferential surface 11a and the inner bottom surface 11b.
[0029] The washing unit 110 has a columnar nozzle guide 111 extending upward from the bottom surface of the sink 16 so as to face the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11. The washing unit 110 also has peripheral washing nozzles 112 (upper peripheral washing nozzle 112u, lower peripheral washing nozzle 112d) at positions facing the inner peripheral surface 11a of the cooking vessel 11, a bottom washing nozzle 113 at a position facing the inner bottom surface 11b of the cooking vessel 11, and an inclined surface washing nozzle 114 at a position facing the inner inclined surface 11c of the cooking vessel 11. These washing nozzles are arranged in the nozzle guide 111 as shown in FIG. 3 .
[0030] The nozzle guide 111 is provided with pipes (not shown) inside for supplying rinsing water to the peripheral cleaning nozzle 112, the bottom cleaning nozzle 113, and the inclined surface cleaning nozzle 114. In Fig. 3, the nozzle guide 111 is shown as a rectangular parallelepiped column, but is not limited to this shape and may be, for example, curved to fit the inner surface shape of the cooking vessel 11.
[0031] The peripheral cleaning nozzle 112, bottom cleaning nozzle 113, and inclined surface cleaning nozzle 114 respectively spray rinsing water toward the inner peripheral surface 11a, inner bottom surface 11b, and inner inclined surface 11c of the cooking vessel 11. In this way, since rinsing water is sprayed toward the inner peripheral surface 11a, inner bottom surface 11b, and inner inclined surface 11c that make up the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11, the cleaning unit 110 can thoroughly clean the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11.
[0032] When the peripheral washing nozzle 112, bottom washing nozzle 113, and inclined surface washing nozzle 114 spray rinsing water toward the inner peripheral surface 11a, inner bottom surface 11b, and inner inclined surface 11c of the cooking vessel 11, respectively, the container holding unit 13 can rotate the upside-down cooking vessel 11 in the circumferential direction (see FIG. 2 ) R. By positioning the direction in which the rinsing water is sprayed by the peripheral washing nozzle 112, bottom washing nozzle 113, and inclined surface washing nozzle 114 and the direction in which the cooking vessel 11 is rotated by the container holding unit 13 so as to intersect with each other, the rinsing water is sprayed over the entire inner surface of the cooking vessel 11, thereby more reliably and automatically cleaning the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11 evenly.
[0033] Here, the rinsing water sprayed from the peripheral cleaning nozzle 112, bottom cleaning nozzle 113, and inclined surface cleaning nozzle 114 can be sprayed in a fan-shaped spray pattern, with two overlapping fans, as shown in Figure 4A. This spray pattern achieves a flow rate distribution with a high center and a wide base, as shown in Figure 4B. Areas with a high flow rate distribution (areas with high flow rates) also have high pressure, resulting in high detergency and making it easy to wipe away stubborn dirt. The wiped dirt can then be washed away in areas with slightly lower pressure and flow rates.
[0034] Generally, spray patterns include flat patterns, straight patterns, full cone patterns, hollow cone patterns, etc., and it is possible to select an appropriate pattern depending on the state of dirt on the cooking vessel 11, etc.
[0035] In addition, in the cross-sectional view of Figure 3, four nozzles are shown: the peripheral surface cleaning nozzle 112 (upper peripheral surface cleaning nozzle 112u, lower peripheral surface cleaning nozzle 112d), the bottom surface cleaning nozzle 113, and the inclined surface cleaning nozzle 114. However, the number of nozzles is not limited to four. For example, by providing multiple nozzles in the front and rear directions of each nozzle, it is possible to achieve even more uniform cleaning power.
[0036] The piping that supplies the rinsing water within the nozzle guide 111 may be provided for each nozzle, or may branch off from a single pipe. The diameter of the pipe may be changed or an orifice may be provided along the way so that the pressure and flow rate sprayed from each nozzle can be changed depending on the degree of dirt.
[0037] By providing multiple nozzles and piping for supplying cleaning liquid to the nozzles, it is possible to spray cleaning liquid from some nozzles in addition to the nozzles that spray rinsing water. By spraying rinsing water after spraying cleaning liquid, it is possible to achieve more reliable cleaning of the interior surface of the cooking vessel 11, comparable to that of a typical automatic dishwasher.
[0038] 5 and 6, similar to FIG. 3, the automatic cleaning device 100 further includes a scraper 120 disposed on the front face of the cleaning unit 110.
[0039] Dirt and other particles that adhere to the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11 during cooking may be difficult to remove simply by fluid cleaning, such as spraying rinsing water. In such cases, it is effective to mechanically scrape off the dirt and other particles from the inner surface using a spatula-shaped blade or the like. Note that, since the dirt and other particles do not usually adhere firmly to the inner surface, repeated mechanical contact with a blade or the like from the outside can break up the accumulated dirt and the particles or partially peel off.
[0040] The scraper 120 is arranged in the sink 16 to achieve this function, and as shown in Figure 5, the blade 121 along a portion of the inner inclined surface 11c of the cooking vessel 11, which is particularly prone to adhesion of dirt, etc., comes into contact with the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11.
[0041] The contact condition of the blade 121 of the scraper 120 with the cooking vessel 11 (i.e., the force pressing the blade 121 against the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11 so as not to damage the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11) can be adjusted by applying a link mechanism 122, for example, as shown in Figure 5. The link mechanism 122 of the scraper 120 has a closed-loop structure comprising: a substantially T-shaped support plate 122b fixed to the nozzle guide 111 by a bolt 122a; a joint 122c that rotatably supports the spatula-shaped blade 121 on the left side of the support plate 122b; a link A 122e that rotatably supports the right side of the support plate 122b by a joint 122d; a link B 122g that rotatably supports both the blade 121 and the link A 122e by a joint 122f; and a spring 122h that connects the free end of link A 122e opposite the joint 122f and the free end of link B 122g opposite the left joint 122f.
[0042] In the link mechanism 122 configured in this manner, the tension of the spring 122h is set so that the blade 121 abuts against the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11 in the initial position. That is, the spring 122h is arranged in a tensioned state, and the spring 122h urges the blade 121, which scrapes away dirt, toward the inner inclined surface 11c of the cooking vessel 11, thereby mechanically wiping away the dirt. However, when dirt or the like adheres to the cooking vessel 11 and there is a risk of a load being generated that could damage the inner surface, the elasticity of the spring 122h is adjusted so that the load becomes greater than the urging force of the spring 122h, and the blade 121 moves away from the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11.
[0043] In this way, the scraper 120 is provided with a closed-loop link mechanism 122 that keeps the blade 121 constantly pressing against the inner inclined surface 11c of the cooking vessel 11, preventing damage to the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11.
[0044] However, dirt scraped off by the scraper 120 accumulates on the surface (dirt-adhering surface) 121a of the blade 121, and this dirt may adhere or stick to the blade 121. For this reason, in this embodiment, a configuration is added to fluidly wipe and wash away this dirt, as shown in Figure 6. Figure 6 is an explanatory view taken from VI in Figure 5, showing the sink 16 from above with no cooking vessel 11 inserted. Note that Figure 6 shows a configuration with multiple nozzles in the front-to-rear direction.
[0045] When the rinsing water sprayed from the bottom cleaning nozzles 113 (bottom cleaning nozzle 113f closer to the scraper 120 and bottom cleaning nozzle 113r farther from the scraper 120) is sprayed in a fan-shaped spray pattern with two overlapping fans as shown in Figure 4A, the area from which the rinsing water is sprayed becomes the spray area SA.
[0046] The spray area SA extends to a range covering the blade 121, and the rinsing water sprayed from the bottom cleaning nozzle 113 hits the inner bottom surface 11b and inner inclined surface 11c of the cooking vessel 11 and then flows along the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11 toward the blade 121, so that the blade 121 is washed directly and indirectly by the rinsing water.
[0047] In this way, dirt scraped off by the blade 121 of the scraper 120 from the cooking vessel 11 rotating upside down in the sink 16 can be washed away, along with any dirt remaining on the blade 121 of the scraper 120, by the rinsing water sprayed from each nozzle, particularly the bottom cleaning nozzle 113 positioned facing the inner bottom surface 11b of the cooking vessel 11. This prevents any deposits that could damage the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11 from remaining on the blade 121 of the scraper 120.
[0048] Furthermore, it is preferable that the blades 121 of the scraper 120 are arranged on the opposite side in the circumferential direction of the cooking vessel 11 to the direction in which rinsing water is sprayed onto the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11 from the respective nozzles as shown in FIG.
[0049] By arranging the blade 121 of the scraper 120 in this position, the rinsing water sprayed from the inclined surface cleaning nozzle 114 when spraying the rinsing water onto the inner surface of the cooking vessel 11 does not hit the blade 121 of the scraper 120. With this configuration, the inner circumferential surface 11a of the cooking vessel 11 can be reliably cleaned regardless of whether the scraper 120 is present or not.
[0050] [Second embodiment] Next, an automatic cleaning device according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 7 and 8. Figure 7 is a plan view of the automatic cleaning device 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line VIII-VIII in Figure 7. Note that the cooking vessel 11 is omitted from Figure 7.
[0051] The automatic cleaning device of the second embodiment is a modified version of the cleaning unit 110 in the automatic cleaning device 100 of the first embodiment, and since many elements are common to the automatic cooking machine 10 and automatic cleaning device 100 of the first embodiment, detailed explanations of the common points will be omitted.
[0052] The peripheral cleaning nozzle 112 in the cleaning unit 110 of the automatic cleaning device 100 of the second embodiment does not protrude approximately horizontally from the nozzle guide 111 as in the first embodiment, but protrudes upward and rearward as shown in Figures 7 and 8.
[0053] 7 and 8, the cleaning unit 110 of the automatic cleaning device 100 of the second embodiment has a scraper cleaning nozzle 115 that sprays rinsing water toward the blade 121 of the scraper 120, in addition to the peripheral surface cleaning nozzle 112, the bottom surface cleaning nozzle 113, and the inclined surface cleaning nozzle 114. The scraper cleaning nozzle 115 is disposed at a position facing the blade 121 of the scraper 120, and is a cleaning nozzle whose main function is to clean the blade 121.
[0054] Therefore, in this embodiment, the blade 121 is cleaned by the rinsing water sprayed not only from the bottom cleaning nozzle 113 but also from the scraper cleaning nozzle 115 .
