Abstract

[Problem] To provide an order reception / issuance system with which it is possible to promote order reception / issuance for commodities at a time preceding a delivery date by a prescribed period or greater and to reduce loss. [Solution] Provided is an order reception / issuance system comprising: a first commodity display processing unit that proposes sale of a commodity; a first order reception processing unit that accepts information relating to decision making pertaining to purchase of the commodity, which is displayed on a user terminal by the first commodity display processing unit and for which a delivery date or a shipping date selected from among candidate dates is designated; a cancellation acceptance processing unit for the commodity; a cancellation time restoration processing unit that imparts, to a user related to cancellation of the purchase of the commodity, a point or a discount coupon that can be used as compensation during a future purchase of the commodity; and a second commodity display processing unit that, for the commodity accepted by the cancellation acceptance processing unit, displays, on the user terminal, cancellation commodity information including the delivery date or the shipping date designated upon acceptance by the first order reception processing unit and proposes sale of the commodity for which the delivery date or the shipping date is specified.
