[0001] DESCRIPTION AUDIBLE AND AUTOMATIC DROPPER DEVICE FOR USE FOR BABIES OF VISUALLY IMPAIRED PARENTS OR GUARDIANS Technical Field The invention relates to an audible and automatic dropper device that allows visually impaired parents or guardians to administer the correct number of drops of liquid medicines or supplements that babies need to take at certain intervals and in appropriate doses, especially vitamin D. Said dropper device enables visually impaired parents or guardians to administer the correct dose of medicine to their babies and provides ease of use by means of the Braille instructions on it. State of the Art Babies need certain vitamin supplements or medicines from the moment they are born. Newborn babies are given many medicine supplements according to their needs. These supplements are in liquid form and are given orally in certain doses according to the baby's development and blood values. The most needed supplement for babies is vitamin D. This vitamin is given to newborn babies immediately after birth. Taking vitamin D in the wrong doses or insufficient doses causes many orthopaedic diseases, including rickets, which manifests itself with symptoms of softening and weakening of bones [1]. In addition to these orthopaedic diseases, vitamin D is involved in important mechanisms for body health such as fighting infections, protecting heart health and strengthening the immune system. In addition to vitamin supplements, antibiotics etc. are also given to babies orally in liquid form. While these drugs are given to babies by hospital staff when they are in the hospital, the drugs are given to babies who are receiving treatment at home, i.e. who do not need to stay in the hospital, by their parents. Although giving medicine to babies is an easy process for people without any disabilities, it is much more challenging for visually impaired individuals. It is extremely difficult for visually impaired parents to adjust the dosage of medicines that should be given to babies as drops. The dose of medicine that babies should take according to their blood values, in other words the number of drops of medicine, varies for each baby. In addition, administering too few or too many drops may cause the medicine to be insufficient for the baby or to accumulate in the body. For this reason, the biggest concern of visually impaired parents or guardians is whether they are administering the correct number of drops to their babies. Visually impaired parents or guardians cannot follow the number of drops coming out of the dropper, and this leads to serious problems such as babies receiving the wrong dose of medicine. In the utility model application numbered ES1298472U in the state of the art, a device used in the dosage setting of liquid medicines is described. Said device comprises information written in Braille alphabet to facilitate the use of visually impaired people. However, the device structure does not have any audible warning system. Therefore, it is difficult for visually impaired individuals to follow whether the drip process is completed or not. In addition, the design of the device is limited to a single dose. In other words, in cases where more than one drop needs to be given, it does not seem possible for visually impaired individuals to follow whether the correct number of drops are dripped. Due to the limitations and inadequacies of the solutions in the state of the art, the lack of a structure that facilitates the use of medicines given to babies as drops by the visually impaired, the inability of visually impaired individuals to follow the number of drops coming out of the dropper and the volume of the drops, the inability of visually impaired individuals to follow whether the drip is finished or not due to the lack of any warning system such as an audible warning, etc., it has become necessary to make developments in this area. Brief Description and Aims of the Invention The invention describes a device that allows visually impaired parents or guardians to administer the correct dose and number of drops of medication to be given to babies as drops. Said device is to be used by visually impaired individuals without needing any assistance with its audio warning system and Braille alphabet explanations. The main aim of the invention is to provide a device that allows visually impaired parents or guardians to administer liquid medications to their babies in the correct dose and number of drops. The number of drops and when the dripping will start can be easily controlled by means of the explanations written in Braille alphabet on the keys of said device. In addition, when the key is pressed to start the dripping, the device indicates that the dripping has started with 2 short and 1 long warning sounds and that the dripping has ended with 1 long warning sound. In this way, visually impaired individuals can easily administer the correct dose of drops to their babies. In addition, the installation and removal process is facilitated by means of the reservoir / tank written in Braille alphabet and the device being attached to the device by turning it clockwise like a cover. Another aim of the invention is to provide a device that allows different drugs to be given to babies as drops. By means of the spare-hot-plug-fill tank / reservoir of said device, a single device can be used for different drugs. By means of the washable feature of the hot-plug-and-wash dropper tip of said device, different drugs are prevented from leaving dirt behind. In addition, disposable storage systems can also be used. Working method of the dropper device (1) which is the subject of the invention comprises the process steps of: - putting the liquid form of the medicine into the spare-hot-plug-fill tank / reservoir (2) and placing it into the process / transfer-accumulation chamber (7), - setting the number of drops with the drop number setting key (4) that controls the dose / drop setting system (6), - placing the hot-plug-and-wash dropper tip (8) into baby's mouth, - pressing the start key (3) to start dripping, and after hearing 2 short and 1 long warning sounds from the warning speaker (5), dripping beginning from the hot- plug-and-wash dropper tip (8), and - after the set number of drops have dripped from the hot-plug-and-wash dropper tip (8), the dropper device (1) indicating that the dripping is finished by 1 long warning sound from the warning speaker (5). On one side of the dropper device (1) there is the dropper tip device cover (11) and immediately after it the hot-plug-and-wash dropper tip (8). The device body (12) which has two slots connected to the hot-plug-and-wash dropper tip (8) follows. Both slots of the body are separated from each other by turning them clockwise and counterclockwise in order to open / close them. The first slot of the body following this hot-plug-and-wash dropper tip (8) comprises the process / transfer-accumulation chamber (7) which will continue the dripping process and the warning speaker (5) behind it.
