[0011] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings 1 to 9. Not all of the configurations described below are essential requirements for the present invention.

[0012] As shown in Figure 1, draining vessel 1, which is a cooking vessel, has a cylindrical main body 2 that is open at the top and has a bottom, and a pair of left and right handles 3A, 3B attached to main body 2. Claims

1. A cooking container comprising: a cylindrical body with an open top and a closed bottom; and a pair of handles attached to the body, the handles having gripping portions which are inclined relative to the upper edge of the body in a side view.

2. A cooking vessel as described in claim 1, characterized in that the angle formed between the grip portion and the upper edge portion in a side view is within the range of 15 to 50 degrees.

3. The cooking vessel according to claim 1, wherein the gripping portions are substantially cylindrical and are provided opposite each other.

4. The cooking vessel according to claim 1, wherein the gripping portion is curved so that the opposing sides are concave and the opposite sides are convex.

5. The cooking container described in claim 1, characterized in that the handle has a first support portion and a second support portion that connect the gripping portion to the main body, the gripping portion is connected to the upper end of the first support portion and the upper end of the second support portion, and the position of the upper end of the first support portion is lower than the position of the upper end of the second support portion.

6. The cooking container according to claim 1, characterized in that when the handle is placed on a flat surface, one point of the upper edge abuts on the surface.

7. A cooking vessel according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the main body has a cylindrical main body portion and a draining portion connected to the underside of the main body portion.
