A men's one-piece dress of a size specified for the expected physique of the user, with no protruding chest, a chest circumference that is 100% to 120% of the expected chest circumference of the user, a waist circumference that is narrower than the chest circumference, and equipped with a zipper for men to urinate while standing, the zipper being openable and closable all the way to the bottom of the hem, and configured so that when the zipper is opened it is slid from top to bottom, and when it is slid to the bottom it separates into left and right halves that open.
