CLAIMS1. Magnetic holder (1) for an electronic cigarette comprising : a first connecting portion (2) configured to be attached to a wireless charging device at a charging coil thereof; a second connecting portion (3) configured to be magnetically and removably connected to the first connecting portion (2) and comprising holding means (4) configured to hold an electronic cigarette (E) ; wherein the first connecting portion (2) is ring-shaped.

2. Magnetic holder (1) according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion (2) comprises a magnetic element (5) and the second connecting portion (3) comprises a ferromagnetic-material-containing element (6) .

3. Magnetic holder (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the second connecting portion (2) is shaped such that it overlaps at least in part the first connecting portion (2) .

Magnetic holder (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second connecting portion (3) comprises at least a flexible element (7) connected to the ferromagnetic- material-containing element (6) to define the holding means (4) and configured to push the electronic cigarette (E) towards the first connecting portion (2) .

Magnetic holder (1) according to claim 4, wherein the ferromagnetic-material-containing element (6) comprises an annular-shaped element and the flexible element (7) comprises at least a flexible band (8) shaped as an arc of circumference to overlap at least in part the ferromagnetic- material-containing element (6) .

Magnetic holder (1) according to claim 4, wherein the ferromagnetic-material-containing element (6) comprises atleast an arc-shaped element and the flexible element (7) comprises at least a flexible band (8) shaped as an arc of circumference connected to the ferromagnetic-material- containing element (6) defining, in combination, a ring shape .

7. Magnetic holder (1) according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the flexible element (7) comprises two flexible bands (8) arranged on diametrically opposed positions of the ringshaped second connecting portion (3) .

8. Magnetic holder (1) according to claim 6 or 7, wherein each flexible band (8) comprises a rubber tape (8a) or a flexible textile tape (8b) with rubber fiber.

9. Magnetic holder (1) according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the holding means (4) further comprises a stop member (9) arranged between the flexible band (8) and the second connecting portion (3) configured to limit the position of the electronic cigarette (E) .

10. Magnetic holder (1) according to claim 9, wherein the stop member (9) comprises a stripe (10) connected between the flexible band (8) and the second connecting portion (3) .

11. Magnetic holder (1) according to claim 10, wherein the stripe (10) is flexible.

12. Magnetic holder (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the ferromagnetic-material-containing element (6) comprises rubber steel.

13. Magnetic holder (1) according to claim 12, wherein the ferromagnetic-material-containing element (6) is entirely made of rubber steel.

14. Magnetic holder (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the holding means (4) comprises a housing (11) connected to the second connecting portion (3) configured to house the electronic cigarette (E) , and retaining means (12) configured to keep the electronic cigarette (E) in the housing (11) .
