Description

Preparation method of silicate fiber density board for interior decoration TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of building refractory materials, in particular to a preparation method of silicate fiber density board for interior decoration. BACKGROUND

[0002] The decorative boards for interior use are mostly wood-based density boards, integrated boards and adhesive boards, which almost have no fire-retardant and fireproof performance and poor mechanical strength, and are prone to deformation. The silicate fiber board is made of natural minerals as the main raw material, and is formed by high-temperature melting, fiberization and pressing, and has excellent heat insulation, sound insulation and fireproof performance, and is widely used in the fields of building and industry.

[0003] At present, the silicate fiber boards on the market are mostly used as heat insulation materials. Based on the characteristics of heat insulation, the internal structure of the board is loose and porous, which leads to low density and mechanical strength that does not meet the requirements of interior decorative boards. In order to improve the problems of low density and insufficient mechanical strength of the existing silicate fiber boards and solve the problem of non-fireproof and non-fire-retardant of the existing interior decorative boards on the market, the density and mechanical properties of the silicate fiber board are improved by a multi-stage hot pressing process. SUMMARY

[0004] To solve the above problems, the present application provides a method for preparing a high-density interior decorative board with excellent mechanical strength by using silicate as the main raw material and waste slag as the auxiliary material through a three-stage hot pressing process.

[0005] The technical scheme adopted by the present application is as follows: a preparation method of a silicate fiber density board for interior decoration, the detailed steps of which include:

[0006] Preparation of raw materials: the production raw materials are mixed and dried, and then put into an electric furnace for melting;

[0007] Centrifugal fiberization: the melted slurry flows out of the furnace body and is spun into fibers by a centrifugal machine at high speed;

[0008] Tearing and packaging: the fibers are processed into primary cotton felt, and the primary cotton felt is torn into cotton strips, the cotton strips are granulated, weighed and packaged to form block-shaped cotton piles;

[0009] Unraveling and gluing: the block-shaped cotton piles are collected and re-dispersed into granular cotton particles, and the granular cotton particles are sprayed with adhesive;

[0010] Laying and pre-pressing: the fibrous material after gluing is cold-pressed to form a fiber board blank;

[0011] Cutting and detection: the fiber board blank after cold pressing enters the cutting equipment and is cut;

[0012] Three-stage hot pressing: the cut fiber board blanks are subjected to three-stage hot pressing, the first stage hot pressing temperature is 240-260℃, the hot pressing time is 8-12min, the second stage hot pressing temperature is 215-225℃, the hot pressing time is 15-20min, the third stage hot pressing temperature is 190-210℃, the hot pressing time is 15-20min;

[0013] Cooling and packaging: the hot-pressed fiber density board is transported by a belt to cool, and then stacked and packaged.

[0014] The pre-pressing of the laid cotton can improve the compactness of the fiber board blank and reduce the possibility of loose and edge collapse of the fiber board blank. In the three-stage hot pressing, the first stage hot pressing can preliminarily solidify the board blank and further improve the compactness of the fiber board blank. In this stage of hot pressing, the phenolic resin in the shallow layer of the fiber board blank rapidly solidifies at high temperature, and the short hot pressing time can avoid the phenolic resin in the shallow layer of the fiber board blank from being scorched, which is beneficial to improving the strength of the surface of the fiber board blank. The second stage hot pressing further promotes the internal solidification of the fiber board blank. In this stage of hot pressing, the hot pressing temperature is reduced and the hot pressing time is prolonged, which can ensure that the phenolic resin in the deep layer of the fiber board blank is fully reacted and solidified, and is beneficial to improving the strength of the internal fiber board blank. The third stage hot pressing further reduces the hot pressing temperature, which ensures the overall solidification of the fiber board blank and performs heat preservation on the fiber board blank. This is because there is stress in the fiber board blank during the rapid solidification and formation of the fiber board blank, and heat preservation can release and eliminate part of the internal stress, avoid its influence on the performance of the fiber board, thereby improving the mechanical strength of the fiber board blank and improving the product quality and qualification rate.

[0015] Further, the raw materials of the silicate fiber density board include main raw materials and mixtures; the main raw materials are silicates, and the mixtures are dolomite, nickel-iron slag and blast furnace slag. The parts of each component in the raw materials are respectively 40-50 parts of silicate, 25-30 parts of dolomite, 10-15 parts of nickel-iron slag and 10-15 parts of blast furnace slag.

[0016] Further, the adhesive in the cotton opening and sizing step includes phenolic resin, silane water repellent and dust-proof oil, and the mass ratio of the phenolic resin, silane water repellent and dust-proof oil is 70:10:1.

[0017] Further, the material preparation and melting step is specifically as follows: the raw materials are sent into the feeding hopper by the self-unloading vehicle and are transported to the daily use bin for temporary storage. Before starting the melting, the main raw materials and the mixtures are weighed, and then are subjected to forced mixing. After drying and dedusting, the mixed materials are transported to the kiln head material bin for temporary storage, and then are weighed and put into the melting furnace for melting in the next operation.

[0018] Further, the centrifugal fiberizing step is specifically: the mixed melt flowed out from the smelting furnace is guided to the centrifuge through the movable chute, the melt is spun at high speed through the centrifuge and drawn into fibers under the action of the blowing fan, and the dustproof oil is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the fibers, wherein the rotating speed of the centrifuge is not less than 4000r / min.

[0019] Further, the cotton tearing and packing step is completed by a cotton processing system, and the cotton processing system is composed of a cotton collecting drum, a cotton tearing machine, a cotton suction machine, a cyclone drum, a rotating shaft sieve, a slag remover, a belt conveyor and a packing machine.

[0020] Further, the cotton collecting drum of the cotton processing system processes the fibers sent out by the centrifuge into primary cotton felt, and tears the primary cotton felt into cotton strips through the cotton tearing machine, and the cotton strips fall onto the belt conveyor, and the cotton strips are sucked into the cyclone drum through the suction conveying pipeline by the cotton suction machine, and the cotton strips are granulated by the rotating shaft sieve and deslagged by the slag remover, and then the cotton strips are weighed by the weighing belt machine and sent to the packing machine, and then the granular cotton is packed to form blocky cotton piles.

[0021] The granular cotton is processed into blocky cotton piles, and the blocky cotton piles can be more conveniently transported and stored.

[0022] Further, in the cotton opening and sizing step, the blocky cotton piles after being packed are re-dispersed into granular cotton particles by vibration and pressure, and then the granular cotton particles are entrained by airflow into the cyclone mixing bin, and the sizing device sprays the adhesive through the airflow to make the adhesive uniformly adhere to the granular cotton particles, and then the mixture of the granular cotton particles and the adhesive spirally sinks to the bottom of the bin wall of the cyclone drum, and the granular cotton particles and the adhesive are mixed again by the stirrer.

[0023] Further, the cotton laying and pre-pressing step is specifically: the granular cotton particles after being sized are thrown and scattered from the center to both sides by the material distributing machine, and the granular cotton particles after being sized are uniformly laid and stacked on the throwing and scattering roller in the settling forming chamber by the distributing machine, and then the granular cotton particles after being sized are sent into the hydraulic cold press for pre-pressing to form a fiber board blank.

[0024] Further, in the cotton laying and pre-pressing step, the pre-pressing pressure is 0.8-1.3MPa, and the pre-pressing time is 1-3min.

[0025] The beneficial effects of the present application are:

[0026] The present application provides a preparation method of a silicate fiber density board for indoor decoration, which recycles waste slag, reduces production cost to a certain extent, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly; the prepared fiber density board has excellent performance in terms of tensile strength, compressive strength, shear strength and shear modulus, improves the problems of low density and insufficient mechanical strength of the existing silicate fiber board, and improves the product quality and the qualification rate of the fiber density board.
