Financial instrument for production capacity financing

Abstract

There is disclosed a financial instrument for production capacity financing comprising a Note with an associated Note Obligation, and being a bearer note which certifies to any recipient that it is owned by a Note Holder being a bearer of the Note with note attributes relating to the Note Obligation, a Production Asset and an Enterprise, Asset Productivity of the Production Asset, and a Note Factor, with the Note attributes stored in a repository which is accessible to an observer of the Note by accessing a Note verification service associated with the Note and the repository, to verify the Note attributes by inputting the Note identifier to data input means provided by the Note verification service and receiving data output comprising the Note attributes form the Note verification service.
