Abstract

The object is to provide a novel nonflammable cleaning agent composition having excellent cleaning effect and safety. Provided is a nonflammable cleaning agent composition containing hexafluorobutane and a hydrocarbon having five or more carbons or glycol ether having a saturated vapor pressure of less than 80 kPa at 20°C and a solubility in hexafluorobutane of 5% or greater and a method for cleaning an article using such.
