The thickness and extrusion cross-sectional structure shape of the longitudinal luggage rack are the main factors affecting the overall structural strength. The thicker the wall thickness of the longitudinal luggage rack, the more complex the extrusion cross-sectional structure shape, which not only results in heavier weight of the luggage rack assembly and increases the manufacturing and processing difficulty, resulting in further increase of the product cost, but also does not meet the current design concept of automobile lightweight and energy saving and emission reduction.
