The method comprises the following steps: (1), preparing powder of elements in nominal chemical components of titanium alloy according to the mass proportion of all the elements, then carrying out vacuum induction melting; (2), milling titanium alloy formed by melting by adopting a gas atomization milling method; (3), establishing a part three-dimensional model, and importing the part three-dimensional model into selective laser melting rapid formation equipment; (4), placing powder into the selective laser melting rapid formation equipment, and carrying out part forming on a substrate; (5), separating the formed part from the substrate by adopting a wire cutting process, annealing the part, so as to improve the plasticity and the toughness of titanium alloy; (6), performing a high temperature oxidation test on the part, so as to determine the high temperature oxidation resistance of the novel titanium alloy. According to the method for preparing high temperature titanium alloy by adopting the selective laser melting rapid formation technique, provided by the invention, a high temperature titanium alloy part with a complex structural shape is quickly formed, and the characteristics of rapid manufacturing, accurate manufacturing and reduction of manufacturing cost and the like are achieved.

The invention relates to a conformal active phased array antenna unit. An antenna radiator (1) is provided with a conformal curved thin-wall cavity whose structural shape is matched with a placing environment of an outer slat cavity of an aircraft wing; a transmitting/receiving circuit board is fixedly connected with the inner part of the conformal curved thin-wall cavity of the antenna radiator;the outer radiating surface of the conformal curved thin-wall cavity is provided with a radiating slot (2); the slot cavity of the radiating slot is fixedly connected with a feed mechanism (3); the feed mechanism (3) is connected with a transmitting/receiving circuit (4) and is used for finishing the radiation and the reception of electromagnetic waves; and input and output signals facing to a receiving machine and a power supply interface of the transmitting/receiving circuit (4) are arranged on an interface seat (5) of a back wall plate of the antenna radiator. The structural body of the slot cavity matched with the structural shape of an antenna placing environment is used as an array antenna radiation unit as well as a packaging box of the transmitting/receiving circuit. The inventionsolves the problems of mutual separation, cascaded dispersion, large occupation space, heavy weight, non-compact structure and high manufacturing cost of the antenna radiation unit and a transmitting/receiving assembly in the prior art.

The repair method comprises the following steps of: on the surface of the press roll, pre-treating the roll surface by carbon arc air explosion, and gouging off the wear-resistant layer of the roll surface; performing a flaw detection by using a dye flaw detection agent to check whether cracks exist, performing a pit excavation treatment on the cracks partially occurring on the roll surface, and filling the excavated pits via manual welding; after determining that the roll surface is qualified, warming the whole press roll to 120-145 DEG C, and surfacing the first backing layer of the roll surface in a manner of open arc welding by using YB-01 welding wires; when the first backing layer is surfaced to a place which is 8 mm away from the radial direction of the standard roll surface by using the YB-01 welding wires, surfacing the second wear-resistant layer by using YB-02 welding wires; surfacing the third special wear-resistant layer by using YB-03 welding wires; surfacing the fourth pattern layer having a structural shape which is an in-line shape, a diamond, a diamond with a point at the centre, a wave shape or a herringbone shape by using the YB-03 welding wires; surfacing the two end surfaces of the press roll by using the YB-02 welding wires; and after the two end surfaces are grinded levelly, surfacing a layer by using the YB-03 welding wires.
