Beacon optical axis precision positioning system in atmosphere laser communication system

The invention relates to a beacon optical axis precision positioning system in an atmosphere laser communication system, which is characterized by comprising an optical receiving antenna (1), a vibrating mirror (2), a dispersion prism (3), a Hartmann sensor optical axis precision positioning unit (4), a vibrating mirror controller (5), a lens (6) and a common CCD camera (7). To realize the real-time correction of the pointing direction of a beacon optical axis, the beacon optical axis precision positioning system detects a beacon light beam by a Schack Hartmann sensor with microlenses array and reconstructs a real-time wavefront image by a Zernike Polynomial mode method, thereby resolving the real pointing direction of the beacon optical axis of the atmosphere laser communication system and achieving final optical axis positioning precision exceeding 2 mu rad. If a common CCD positioned at a receiving end needs to obtain same resolution ratio and measuring precision, an optical systemof the common CCD has large volume and heavier weight; in addition, compared with the traditional platform, the invention has obviously reduced volume and weight, thereby effectively meeting the requirement of future space laser communication for the light type of an onboard platform.

Heat resistant and fire retardant materials and methods for preparing same

A silica cement blend having an insulating, fire retarding and high temperature characteristic capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from ambient to greater than 40000 F without degradation of the concrete structure. In addition to its high temperature capabilities the blend can be produced as ultra light weight to heavy weight concrete. The silica based mixture when added to cementitious materials such as Portland cement, Class C Fly Ash, silica fume and other cementitious materials. Presented also are methods for reducing fire damage by coating interior / exterior walls, ceiling, and roofs of a building with a water based latex coating containing a fire retardant material and low heat conductivity silicas. Methods for painting internal / external walls, ceilings, and roof are also presented. This coating retains thermal blocking properties comprised of processed, expanded and / or finely milled, pyrogenic silicas and micro spheres in combination of but not limited to, one, two or more component water based polymer / copolymer latex binders and a water born fluoropolymer emulsion. The combined properties of these elements create a coating similar to paint with a high level of thermatic resistance which slows the composition break-down from fire, extreme temperatures, and restricts the thermal conductivity which helps to preserve the integrity of the substructure or underlying materials. The properties of this coating reduce or slow the potential of catastrophic fire by retarding flashover and protecting the under structure; which in turn assist fire fighters and rescue personnel by helping to retard the potential of a catastrophic fire.

The invention relates to a heavy load salvage wave compensation system of a super large floating crane, which comprises a mechanical system, a hydraulic system, a monitor system, control of a hydraulic oil cylinder, control of an accumulator and the like, wherein the mechanical system consists of a lifting drum, a plurality of sets of pulley, a steel wire rope and a large tonnage lifting hook, the hydraulic system consists of an oil cylinder, the accumulator, the hydraulic oil cylinder and a hydraulic valve, and the monitor system consists of a floating crane body displacement monitor, a floating crane ship body displacement monitor and a floating crane lifting heavy weight displacement monitor. The invention solves the problems that when the super large floating crane carries out heavy load salvage, and at the moment that a heavy weight is lifted out of water, because the heavy weight has large volume, seawater forms an eddy current to enable a floating crane ship body to be inclined and swing, and a lifting weight also swings along with the floating crane ship body and can not be controlled, solves the problems that when a large structure is lifted on the sea, waves influence the floating crane ship body to lead to difficult butting of marine platforms to ensure goods to be safely fall on a ship deck or safe offshore platform installation and allows that the ship has certain inclination to be suitable for tough working conditions of marine operation.
