The invention discloses an air test
system design method suitable for
pressure control of an open containing cavity. The method comprises the following steps that working condition requirements are determined, air source configuration is selected, a small-power
air compression station and an
energy storage tank are adopted, and the pre-inflation pressure is 0.8 MPa or 2 MPa; an AMESIM initial model is established, an air inlet unit adopts a plurality of small-drift-
diameter high-frequency electromagnetic on-off valves to be connected in parallel to form a
matrix type control valve group, and the
matrix type control valve group is connected with an
air compression station, an
energy storage tank and a tested containing cavity to form a closed-
loop control system;
simulation verification is carried out, and pressure and flow curves are analyzed; optimizing the model and parameters, and adjusting the specification of the valve group until working conditions are met; and establishing an air test
system which is established according to the optimization model and comprises a basic rack, a pressure air source, an air storage unit, a
matrix type control valve group and a
control system. According to the method, the defects of an existing design in the aspects of economy, reliability and full working condition meeting are overcome, rapid
voltage building and stabilizing are achieved through high-
frequency matrix control, the system resolution ratio and the response speed are improved, cost is reduced, and safety is improved.
