expert system, the rules in the rule base are matched through an
inference engine, and a fault diagnosis result and state evaluation are generated; outputting a graded early warning
signal according to a fault diagnosis result, reinforcing monitoring when a fault in an
incubation period is triggered, and stopping maintenance when a fault in a
critical period is triggered; and optimizing rule base parameters by adopting a grid search method, adjusting rule weights by taking a
test set F1
score greater than or equal to 0.85 as an objective function, and deploying the optimized rule base into an online
monitoring system.
