The invention provides a processing method for zirconia all-porcelain dentures. The processing method comprises the following steps: S1, scanning; S2, processing; S3, crystallization; S4, applicationof porcelain; S5, try-in and adjustment; S6, finishing of porcelain; and S7, glazing. The processing method provided by the invention eliminate potential corrosion of non-noble metal and harm of non-noble metal to human beings; a zirconia material is used, the zirconia material has good biocompatibility, a beautiful natural color, stable physical and chemical properties, the properties of the zirconia material are close to the properties of teeth, and dental plaques hardly adhere onto the zirconia material; direct CAM abrasive machining is employed for a part of sintered zirconia materials toprepare dental restorations like a dental crown and a bridge pontic, and the dental restorations are fully sintered to obtain all-porcelain restorations with excellent mechanical properties, good adaptability and requirement-meeting aesthetic performance; and the processing method meets the requirements for high efficiency, high quality and economic performance, has high processing efficiency, greatly reduces time for oral treatment, significantly shortens the course of treatment and mitigates the pain of patients.
