A superparamagnetic Fe3O4@ clay compound material is prepared by adopting a solvent heat method according to the invention; the surface of the Fe3O4@ clay compound material is modified by using gamma-aminopropyl triethoxy silane, and then glutaraldehyde is used as a coupling agent for covalently fixing the saccharifying enzyme on the surface of the carrier; two novel carrier regenerating strategies are designed; after the saccharifying enzyme is immobilized by the regenerated carrier, the excellent properties, such as original activity, thermal stability and reusability, of the immobilized enzyme are still maintained; and the immobilized enzyme is also suitable for the regeneration of the immobilized enzyme carrier according to the covalence coupling method.

The invention relates to an iron-remover for filtering iron filings or steel chippings in ceramic slurries, comprising a magnet and a trap positioned within the range of the magnetic field of the magnet, wherein the trap is used to allow the circulation of materials and simultaneously absorb and remove the iron filings in the materials. The iron-remover provided by the invention is characterized in that the a magnetizer with low magnetic resistance is disposed within the magnetic field of the magnet and arranged along the direction of magnetic induction lines; the trap is embedded in the magnetizer. The magnetic field within the magnetizer is distributed more uniformly and then the magnetic field within the trap embedded in the magnetizer is distributed uniformly so as to avoid the uneven distribution of magnetic force. In the meanwhile, as the magnetic resistance of the magnetizer is less than that of air, the loss of magnetic force transmitted within the magnetizer by the magnetic field is decreased. Therefore, the trap has a greater intensity of magnetic force to absorb and remove the iron filings as well as a better effect for removing iron. The electric magnetic iron-removing effect of the trap is improved simultaneously from two aspects. Thus, the iron-removing effect of the whole iron-remover is more reliable.

Also, the further element includes (a) a second magnetized portion that has a polarity that is different from that of the at least one other magnetic jewelry-forming component so that it is magnetically attracted thereto or (b) a retaining structure that prevents complete separation of the body member from the at least one other magnetic jewelry-forming component when the first magnetized portion of the body member has a polarity that is the same as that of the at least one other magnetic jewelry-forming component so that it is magnetically repulsed therefrom. These components enable the jewelry article to be self-sizing by repulsion or attraction, to include the use of multiple fields to reduce damaging magnetic emanations from the article, or to control position or motion of the components in the article to provide highly desirable and unusual jewelry articles.

Functional carbon-based magnetic solid acid catalyst synthesized by using one-pot method and application thereof in catalyzing hydrolysis of bagasse to produce sugar

The invention relates to a one-pot method for synthesizing a functional carbon-based magnetic solid acid catalyst. According to the invention, nanometer ferroferric oxide, glucose, citric acid, vanillin and hydroxyethyl sulfonic acid are used as raw materials, and a novel one-step hydrothermal precipitation-sulfonation method is adopted for synthesizing the carbon-based magnetic solid acid catalyst C-SO3H@Fe3O4/C. Research results show that the synthesized catalyst has acidity of up to 1.23 mmol/g and magnetic strength of 15.65 Am<2>/kg. When the catalyst is used for hydrolyzing bagasse havingundergone alkali-freezing pretreatment at 180 DEG C, glucose with a yield of 62.59% and total reducing sugar with a yield of 73.01% can be obtained. In addition, the used catalyst can be separated and recovered under the action of an external magnetic field, and the recovery rate of the used catalyst can reach 93.18%. After the catalyst is recycled five times, the catalyst can still catalyze thehydrolysis of the bagasse to obtain glucose with a yield of 54.47% and total reducing sugar with a yield of 60.65% of total reducing sugar. The C-SO3H@Fe3O4/C catalyst provided by the invention can efficiently catalyze the conversion of bagasse into fermentable sugar, and the catalyst shows good catalytic activity and stability.
