The alarm method comprises the steps of: firstly, updating a fiber grating wavelength reference value; and then, performing time domain processing on the wavelength sequences received by the fiber grating signal demodulator to distinguish the operation states of the optical fiber vibration detectors, and entering a pre-alarm state if the operation states of the detectors are normal and an abnormal signal is captured; and distinguishing the frequency domain of the wavelength information of the abnormal signal at the pre-alarm state, and retaining the effective illegal intrusion behavior information to finish the alarm process. The intrusion prevention system of the invention has the advantages of high sensitivity, good alarm performance and low false alarm rate.
