paperboard, natural fibers are subjected to hydrophobic modification, so that the deep filtering
paperboard is endowed with uniform hydrophobic performance, the interaction between the surface of the
paperboard and a
filter cake layer can be reduced, and a
filter cake is convenient to peel off. The hydrophobic
natural fiber can be uniformly dispersed in water without additional treatment on the hydrophobic
fiber, so that the hydrophobic
fiber does not need to be subjected to pre-hydrophilic treatment in the paperboard preparation process, the process is simple, and the cost is low. The low-melting-point fibers are used as a binder, surface fibers of the deep filtering paperboard can be reinforced, when the deep filtering paperboard scrapes a
filter cake, the surface fibers cannot fall off, the deep filtering paperboard has great
wet strength and bending strength, and compared with a traditional deep filtering paperboard, the deep filtering paperboard has the advantages that the surface fibers are not prone to falling off; and when a filter cake is scraped, the filter cake can be prevented from being damaged due to bending and twisting in a wet state. The
filter press disclosed by the invention is low in cost and convenient to use, and has a relatively high practical value.
