Claims

1. An information processing system comprising: a collection function that collects screen images and operation information that represent the contents displayed on the screen of a worker terminal while a worker is operating the worker terminal to interact with an object; a filtering setting function that accepts filtering settings that pre-select the object from which the screen images and operation information are to be collected; and a storage function that provides a storage location for storing the collected screen images and operation information.

2. The information processing system according to claim 1, wherein the collection function determines the screen images and operation information to be collected based on a preselected filtering setting.

3. The information processing system of claim 1, wherein the collection of the screen images and the operation information is performed by storing the screen images and the operation information in the storage location, and the storage function determines the screen images and the operation information to be stored based on a preselected filtering setting.

4. An information processing system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the filtering settings include settings for selecting the object in which the worker is involved in collecting the screen image and the operation information, and whether or not to record the operation information for the object.

5. The information processing system according to claim 4, wherein the target includes an application program used by the worker, a data file created by the worker, and a web page accessed by the worker, and the filtering setting includes a setting to exclude the screen image and operation information generated during personal use by the worker of the target.

6. An information processing device having a processor, which executes collection of screen images and operation information representing the contents displayed on the screen of the client device while a worker is operating the client device and interacting with an object, based on pre-selected filtering settings.

7. A program that causes a computer to realize a function of collecting screen images and operation information representing the contents displayed on the screen of a client device while a worker is operating the client device and interacting with an object, based on pre-selected filtering settings.
