Description

SYSTEM FOR ATTACHING TO A PANEL AND TO MULTIPLE SHEETS OF PAPER AND ASSOCIATED FRAME

[0001] The present invention relates to a system for attaching to a whiteboard panel, preferably a writing board, and to a plurality of sheets of paper, which is used as an office product, to support teaching and training, or for the visual display of information to the public.

[0002] In our daily lives, we commonly use boards designed for writing, such as whiteboards and blackboards, or boards designed to hold sheets of paper. These boards can be used as teaching aids and training tools in companies and schools, for displaying notices or announcements, or even as decorative boards on which photographs are displayed.

[0003] The state of the art also presents several options for paper-holding devices that can be attached to writing boards, allowing papers to be placed on the writing board so that the paper can be used as an additional writing support in relation to the surface of the board itself.

[0004] Figure 18 illustrates a fastening device according to the state of the art, which has hooks designed to be inserted into holes in the upper margins of sheets of paper and a groove for insertion into the upper edge of a writing frame.

[0005] These state-of-the-art fastening devices are limited in terms of the practicality of placing paper pads. The user needs to hold the fastening devices with one hand and simultaneously hold the paper pad with the other hand, both when inserting the paper pad into the fastening devices and when removing it from the device, and this step must be done independently for at least two fastening devices.

[0006] Current paper-holding devices are also impractical in terms of supporting paper sheets with dimensions significantly larger than the dimensions of the writing board they support.

[0007] The devices known in the state of the art have limitations related to the fact that they require the interconnection of a large number of components, which makes their manufacture expensive in terms of intensive labor allocation and their use impractical for the end consumer. Another disadvantage associated with known solutions is related to the fact that the various components are made of different materials, which limits their recycling after the product's lifespan and / or the replacement of components in case of malfunctions.

[0008] Additionally, state-of-the-art clamping devices are commonly riveted to the writing board, which compromises the versatility of using a single clamping device for various writing boards.

[0009] Additionally, devices known in the prior art have limitations in situations where one wishes to stop using the writing board as a support for sheets of paper and return to using it as a writing board itself, since the steps for disconnecting the connecting devices are not practical, requiring the disconnection of at least two connecting devices.

[0010] Solution to the Problem and Advantageous Effects of the Invention

[0011] In order to overcome the limitations of the prior art, a profile (1) was developed that is connected to hooks (10) by sliding fittings of a seating axis (11) in a longitudinal channel (10) of the profile (1). Additionally, a first fastening device (100) and a second fastening device (100a) are fitted to the terminal portions of the profile (1), which are configured for fitting, respectively, a third fastening device (200) and a fourth fastening device (200a). The connection between the fastening devices (100,100a) and the devices (200,200a) is made by fitting an upper projection (203,203a) into upper cavities (107,107a). The devices (200,200a) include a gap, which is configured to be removablely connected to the upper edge of a frame.

[0012] The system for attaching a whiteboard to a panel and multiple sheets of paper can be easily connected to the edge of a whiteboard, for example a writing board, causing the whiteboard to act as a support for positioning sheets of paper. In this way, the whiteboard gains greater versatility in terms of preserving its original function, that is, for example, serving as a writing surface, but also being a hybrid device that accommodates sheets of paper. Thus, the user can combine two types of writing support, which are very useful in offices, classrooms, or even conferences.

[0013] The fastening system can be a set of components that are supplementary to a frame being manufactured, but it can also be very easily adapted to pre-made frames, giving them high functional versatility.

[0014] The fastening system has the technical advantage of being able to be assembled by the end user, reducing the operating costs for the fastening system manufacturer.

[0015] The fastening system according to the invention has the added advantage that the various components can be made from a single manufacturing material, which reduces manufacturing costs, simplifies manufacturing processes, and allows for the replacement of any damaged parts. Finally, the various components can be properly separated and recycled at the end of the product's life, contributing to an environmentally friendly technical solution.

[0016] For the purpose of promoting an understanding of the principles in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention, reference will be made to the embodiments illustrated in the figures and to the language used to describe them. In any case, it should be understood that there is no intention to limit the scope of the present invention to the content of the figures. Any subsequent alterations or modifications of the inventive features illustrated herein, as well as any additional applications of the principles and embodiments of the invention illustrated, which would normally occur to a person skilled in the art possessing this description, are considered within the scope of the claimed invention.
