[0009] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Various features shown in the following embodiments can be combined with each other.
[0010] Incidentally, a program for realizing the software appearing in one embodiment may be provided as a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium, or may be provided so as to be downloadable from an external server, or may be provided so that the program is started on an external computer and its functions are realized on a client terminal (so-called cloud computing).
[0011] Furthermore, various information processing according to an embodiment may realize input and output corresponding to the input. Here, the form of information referenced in such information processing (hereinafter referred to as reference information) is not limited as long as an output is obtained as a result of the input. The reference information may be, for example, rule-based information such as a database, a lookup table, or a predetermined function (including a decision formula such as a regression formula constructed using a statistical method), a trained model that has previously trained the correlation between input and output, or a large-scale language model that can output a desired result by inputting a prompt.
[0012] In one embodiment, the term "unit" may include, for example, a combination of hardware resources implemented by a circuit in the broad sense and software information processing that can be specifically realized by these hardware resources. In one embodiment, various information is handled, and this information is represented, for example, by physical values of signal values representing voltage or current, high or low signal values as a binary bit set consisting of 0 or 1, or quantum superposition (so-called quantum bits), and communication and calculations can be performed on the circuit in the broad sense.
[0013] Furthermore, a circuit in a broad sense is a circuit realized by at least an appropriate combination of a circuit, circuitry, a processor, a memory, etc. The processor may be a general-purpose processor or a dedicated circuit. That is, it includes application specific integrated circuits (ASICs), programmable logic devices (e.g., simple programmable logic devices (SPLDs), complex programmable logic devices (CPLDs), and field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs)), etc.
[0014] 1. Hardware Configuration In this section, the hardware configuration of one embodiment will be described.
[0015] 1.1 Information Processing System 1 FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing an information processing system 1. The information processing system 1 includes an information processing device 2 and a user terminal 3. The information processing device 2 and the user terminal 3 are configured to be able to communicate with each other via a telecommunications line. In one embodiment, the information processing system 1 is made up of one or more devices or components. For example, if the information processing system 1 is made up of only the information processing device 2, the information processing system 1 can be the information processing device 2. These components will be described below.
[0016] 2 is a block diagram showing the hardware configuration of the information processing device 2. The information processing device 2 includes a communication bus 20, a communication unit 21, a storage unit 22, and a processor 23. The communication unit 21, the storage unit 22, and the processor 23 are electrically connected via the communication bus 20 inside the information processing device 2.
[0017] <Communication Unit 21> The communication unit 21 is preferably a wired communication means such as USB, IEEE 1394, Thunderbolt (registered trademark), or wired LAN network communication, but may also include wireless LAN network communication, mobile communication such as 3G / LTE / 5G, or BLUETOOTH (registered trademark) communication as needed. In other words, it is more preferable to implement the communication unit 21 as a collection of multiple communication means. In other words, the information processing device 2 may communicate various information from the outside via the communication unit 21 and the network.
[0018] <Storage Unit 22> The storage unit 22 stores various pieces of information defined above. This may be implemented, for example, as a storage device such as a solid state drive (SSD) that stores various programs and the like related to the information processing device 2 executed by the processor 23, or as a memory such as a random access memory (RAM) that stores temporarily required information (arguments, arrays, etc.) related to program calculations. The storage unit 22 stores various programs, variables, etc. related to the information processing device 2 executed by the processor 23.
[0019] <Processor 23> The processor 23 processes and controls the overall operations related to the information processing device 2. The processor 23 is, for example, a central processing unit (CPU) not shown. The processor 23 realizes various functions related to the information processing device 2 by reading out predetermined programs stored in the storage unit 22. In other words, information processing by software stored in the storage unit 22 is specifically realized by the processor 23, which is an example of hardware, and can be executed as each functional unit included in the processor 23. These will be described in more detail in the next section. Note that the processor 23 is not limited to being single, and multiple processors 23 may be provided for each function. A combination of these may also be used.
[0020] 1.3 User Terminal 3 The user terminal is a terminal owned by a user. The user terminal is assumed to be the terminal 3 operated by the user. The user terminal may be a smartphone, tablet terminal, computer, or any other device that can access the information processing device 2 via a telecommunications line.
[0021] 3 is a block diagram showing the hardware configuration of the user terminal 3. The following description will be given using the user terminal 3 as an example. The user terminal 3 includes a communication bus 30, a communication unit 31, a storage unit 32, a processor 33, a display unit 34, and an input unit 35. The communication unit 31, the storage unit 32, the processor 33, the display unit 34, and the input unit 35 are electrically connected via the communication bus 30 inside the user terminal 3. The description of the communication unit 31, the storage unit 32, and the processor 33 is omitted because they are the same as the description of each unit in the information processing device 2.
[0022] <Display Unit 34> The display unit 34 displays a screen of a graphical user interface (GUI) that can be operated by the user. The display unit 34 may be included in the housing of the user terminal 3 or may be externally attached. Specifically, the display unit 34 may be implemented as a display device such as a CRT display, a liquid crystal display, an organic EL display, or a plasma display. It is preferable that these display devices be used appropriately depending on the type of user terminal 3.
[0023] <Input Unit 35> The input unit 35 accepts operation inputs made by the user. The operation inputs are transferred as command signals to the processor 33 via the communication bus 30. The processor 33 can execute predetermined control or calculations based on the transferred command signals as necessary. The input unit 35 may be included in the housing of the user terminal 3 or may be attached externally. For example, the input unit 35 may be implemented as a touch panel integrated with the display unit 34. When the input unit 35 is implemented as a touch panel, the user can input tap operations, swipe operations, etc. to the input unit 35. Instead of a touch panel, a switch button, a mouse, a QWERTY keyboard, etc. can be used as the input unit 35.
[0024] 2. Functional Configuration In this section, the functional configuration will be described. FIG. 4 is a functional block diagram showing the functions of the information processing device 2. As described above, information processing by software stored in the storage unit 22 can be specifically realized by hardware (specifically, the processor 23), and executed as each functional unit included in the processor 23. In other words, the information processing system 1 includes each functional unit in a program.
[0025] Specifically, the processor 23 includes, as its functional units, a reception unit 231, a calculation unit 232, a management unit 233, an acquisition unit 234, and a display control unit 235.
[0026] The reception unit 231 is configured to receive various pieces of information as a reception step. Specifically, the reception unit 231 is configured to receive information via the communication unit 21 or the storage unit 22 and read the information into the working memory. Preferably, the reception unit 231 receives a selected keyword input via the input unit 35 of the user terminal 3 or the like.
[0027] The calculation unit 232 is configured to execute various calculations as calculation steps. Specifically, the calculation unit 232 may calculate the diversity for each user based on the information received by the reception unit 231.
[0028] The management unit 233 is configured to manage various pieces of information to be stored that are related to the information processing of this embodiment as a management step. Note that "manage" means maintaining a state in which various pieces of information are stored in a storage medium and at least this information can be acquired, modified, deleted, etc. The storage medium that stores the various pieces of information may be the storage unit 22 of the information processing device 2, an external storage medium, or may be managed in a distributed manner using blockchain technology. Preferably, the management unit 233 may manage keywords selected by the user by the reception unit 231 and priorities corresponding to each keyword.
[0029] The acquisition unit 234 is configured to acquire various pieces of information from the user terminal 3 or other devices as an acquisition step. Specifically, the acquisition unit 234 may acquire various pieces of information accepted by the acceptance unit 231, or various pieces of information calculated by the calculation unit 232, etc.
[0030] As a display control step, the display control unit 235 displays various pieces of information stored in the storage unit 22 or screens containing such information in a manner that is viewable on a terminal such as the user terminal 3. This allows various pieces of information to be presented to a user operating the user terminal 3. The display control unit 235 controls visual information such as screens, images, icons, and messages to be displayed on the display of the terminal. The display control unit 235 may generate only rendering information for displaying the visual information on the terminal.
[0031] 3. Information Processing The information processing of the first embodiment will now be described.
[0032] 3.1 Overview of Processing The information processing system 1 includes at least one processor 23, and the processor 23 is configured to execute a program to perform the following functions. In other words, the information processing method includes the following steps of the information processing system 1. From another perspective, the program causes a computer to execute the steps of the information processing system 1. FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing an overview of the processing executed by the information processing system 1. Each step shown in FIG. 5 will be described below.
[0033] First, as a management step, the management unit 233 manages a plurality of keywords and the priorities corresponding to each keyword (step S001). Here, the plurality of keywords are at least one of predetermined terms indicating well-being-related behaviors, and have been determined by the user's successive selections. Next, as a first display control step, the display control unit 235 displays the plurality of keywords selected by the user in a manner that allows the user to grasp the corresponding priorities (step S002).
[0034] According to this aspect, the user can more accurately grasp the actions that made them feel happy from the past to the present and their priorities. Therefore, the user can look back on and deepen their understanding of the actions that made them feel happy from their own subjective perspective, which is expected to make the user feel even more happy or well-being.
[0035] The perception of well-being or happiness varies from user to user, and people's thoughts and values tend to change in response to changes in their environment and experiences more than users themselves realize. Therefore, by looking back at the actions that make them feel happy that they have recorded up to now, users can reexamine their own values.
[0036] 3.2 Specific Example of Information Processing FIG. 6 is an activity diagram showing a specific example of processing executed by the information processing system 1. The specific example may fall within the scope defined in the above-mentioned overview. In the specific example, a user periodically records his or her own values and grasps changes in the values over time or comparisons with those of an organization. In this embodiment, an example of a value is to record "recent actions that made him or her feel happy." In addition, in this embodiment, the user is described as belonging to a specific organization.
[0037] As a management step, the management unit 233 of the information processing device 2 manages a plurality of keywords that have been selected by the user and the priority corresponding to each keyword. Here, the plurality of keywords are at least one of predetermined terms that indicate well-being-related actions, and are determined by the user sequentially selecting them. Hereinafter, in this embodiment, keywords are assumed to be verbs that indicate human actions, and may also be referred to as actions.
[0038] First, the processor 23 executes a login process (activity A100). For example, the processor 23 receives input of login information (ID and password) and a login instruction via the user terminal 3. Next, the processor 23 determines whether the received login information matches the information stored in the storage unit 22. If the login information matches, i.e., if the user authentication process is successful, it becomes possible to link the information selected and received in activity A101 and subsequent activities to the user ID.
[0039] In response to the success of the user authentication process in activity A100, the display control unit 235 displays a reception screen 5 for receiving a selection from the user (activity A101) as a second display control step. Details of the reception screen 5 will be described later.
[0040] Next, the receiving unit 231 receives a selection input of multiple keywords from the user (activity A102). The keywords are selected by the user from pre-defined terms that indicate well-being-related behaviors. In this embodiment, the terms that indicate well-being-related behaviors are defined by verbs. Specific examples of terms may include "feeling like one is growing," "treat each other with a smile," or "accept each other's differences."
[0041] Preferably, the receiving unit 231 may receive input from the user by associating keywords with priorities for each keyword. Here, the priorities are indicators that indicate the relative positions of multiple keywords selected by the user. In this embodiment, as an example of priorities, an example will be described in which the order in which the user selects keywords is associated with the keywords, but the present invention is not limited to this.
[0042] Next, the management unit 233 associates the keywords received by the user in activity A102 with their priorities, and stores and manages them in the storage unit 22 (activity A103).
[0043] Next, as an acquisition step, the acquisition unit 234 acquires the degree of diversity of the keywords (activity A104). Specifically, first, the calculation unit 232 calculates the diversity for each user based on the information stored and managed in activity A103. Next, the acquisition unit 234 acquires the calculated diversity. In this embodiment, an index called diversity is acquired as an example of the degree of diversity. Diversity is an index that indicates the diversity of behaviors indicated by keywords selected by users. A specific method for calculating diversity will be described in detail later. The acquired diversity is managed in the storage unit 22.
[0044] The diversity may be acquired from a storage medium or the like external to the information processing device 2. For example, a transmission unit (not shown) of the information processing device 2 may transmit information stored and managed in activity A103 to an external server via the communication unit 21. Subsequently, the acquisition unit 234 may acquire the diversity calculated in the external server via the communication unit 21.
[0045] Here, a case where the receiving unit 231 of the information processing device 2 receives a display request from a user will be described. In such a case, as a first display control step, the display control unit 235 displays a plurality of keywords selected by the user in a manner that allows the user to grasp the corresponding priorities (activity A105). Specific display manners will be described later. Note that if the information processing device 2 does not receive a display request from the user, it returns to activity A101 and repeats the process.
[0046] The above is the flow of processing.
[0047] 4. Related technical matters
[0048] Next, technical matters relating to the information processing explained in FIG. 6 will be explained with reference to FIGS.
[0049] (Reception screen 5) Fig. 7 shows an example of the reception screen 5 displayed on the display unit 34 of the user terminal 3. The reception screen 5 is an example of a screen displayed in activity A101 of Fig. 6. The reception screen 5 includes areas 51 to 53, objects 54 and 55, and a table T1. The table T1 includes a plurality of panels P. Each panel P has text information (keywords) that indicates a well-being-related behavior drawn on it.
[0050] Here, an example of a process in which the reception unit 231 receives input from a user will be described. First, in response to receiving input from a user for one of the multiple panels P displayed on the display unit 34 of the user terminal 3, a keyword drawn on the panel for which the input was received is associated with a priority level (1st). Next, the display control unit 235 displays the selected keyword in a manner that is included in the area 51. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7 , in response to receiving input from a user for panel P217, the reception screen 5 is displayed in a manner that includes the keyword "contribute" drawn on panel P217 in the area 51. At this time, the keyword "contribute" drawn on panel P217 means, for example, the behavior that made the user feel happiest between the time of the previous recording and the time of input, i.e., the behavior that is ranked first in the user's selection order (an example of a priority).
[0051] Next, in response to the reception unit 231 receiving further input from the user, the keyword drawn on the panel P that received the input is associated with the selection order (2nd), and the reception screen 5 is displayed in a mode in which the keyword is included in area 52. Thereafter, the same process is repeated, and the keyword drawn on the panel P that received the input is associated with the selection order (3rd), and the reception screen 5 is displayed in a mode in which the keyword is included in area 53.
[0052] When the user has completed the selection input for panel P, he or she presses object 54. In response to the reception unit 231 receiving the input for object 54 from the user, the selected keywords and their priorities are stored in the storage unit 22 in a manner that associates them with each other. Hereinafter, the series of processes from receiving the selection for panel P from the user to storing information in the storage unit 22 in response to receiving the input for object 54 from the user may be referred to as "recording."
[0053] According to this aspect, it is possible to reduce the time and effort required for the user to perform input operations. In other words, by reducing the burden on the user for each recording, it is expected that the user will record more frequently. Therefore, it is possible to obtain information with high temporal resolution, and it is possible to accurately grasp the changes in the user's values.
[0054] Furthermore, through the user's recording operation, the user selects keywords that directly express their behavior. In other words, through this recording operation, the user has the opportunity to visualize and reflect on the actions that made them happy. Therefore, by repeatedly performing this recording operation, it is expected that the user will have more opportunities to pay attention to the actions that lead to their own happiness, and that this will encourage desirable behavioral changes.
[0055] An example of the panel configuration of the reception screen 5 will now be described. Panels P211 to P218 are arranged around the first panel, panel P11. Here, the behavior "acknowledge" depicted on panel P11 and the behaviors depicted on panels P211 to P218 (e.g., "feeling growth" and "smiling") are related to each other. In other words, the reception screen 5 displays a plurality of user-selectable panels P corresponding to each behavior, arranged in a list view. The plurality of panels includes at least a first panel P1 and a second panel P2 adjacent to each other. Furthermore, the first behavior corresponding to the first panel P1 and the second behavior corresponding to the second panel P2 are related to each other. Similarly, the relationship between panel P12 and panels P221 to P228, etc., is similar. According to this configuration, the user can identify the behavior that makes them feel happier from among the related behaviors. This allows the user to more accurately record their own behaviors that make them feel happy.
[0056] More preferably, the second actions corresponding to panels P211 to P218 may be specific examples of the first action corresponding to panel P11, which is the first panel. In other words, the first action may be an action that belongs to a higher concept than the second action. For example, in FIG. 7, the first action "acknowledge" corresponding to the first panel P11 is an action that belongs to a higher concept than the second action "smile" corresponding to the second panel P212 adjacent to the first panel P11. Even more preferably, the first action corresponding to the first panel P11 in FIG. 7 may be an action that belongs to a higher concept than the actions corresponding to panels P211 to P218 arranged around panel P11. According to this embodiment, panels showing specific actions are arranged around the panel showing the higher concept of the action, allowing the user to more accurately select an action that makes them feel happy.
[0057] More preferably, the reception screen 5 may have a plurality of panels P arranged in a matrix. In FIG. 7 , the table T1 has nine panels P arranged vertically on the reception screen 5 and nine panels arranged horizontally on the screen, for a total of 81 panels P arranged in a matrix. Furthermore, a first panel, panel P11, and panels P211 to P218 arranged around panel P11 may form a single collection A1. In other words, the plurality of panels P may be arranged in an array so as to form the table T1 as a whole, and the table T1 may be configured to be divisible into a plurality of collections (e.g., collections A1 and A2). Each of the plurality of collections may include a first panel P1 and a plurality of second panels P2 arranged adjacent to the first panel P1. According to this embodiment, collections in which panels depicting actions representing subordinate concepts are arranged around a panel depicting an action representing a higher-level concept are regularly arranged. Therefore, the user can more accurately select the actions that make him or her feel happy.
[0058] More preferably, a specific region located approximately in the center of the table has multiple third panels P3 arranged therein, and the behavior corresponding to each of the third panels P3 in the specific region is at least one of the first behaviors, and the behavior is defined as the specific behavior. The third panels P3 corresponding to the specific behavior and the first panel P1 are arranged in the same direction, starting from approximately the center of the table. Specifically, in FIG. 7, the third panels P31 to P38 are arranged in the center of the table T1, and panel P30 is further arranged approximately in the center. The region in which panels P30 to P38 are arranged is defined as the specific region. For example, both panel P31 and panel P11 have the keyword "admit" drawn on them. Furthermore, the third panel P31 and the first panel P11 are arranged in the same direction, starting from panel P30, located approximately in the center of the table T1. According to this aspect, the user can first select a panel from the specific area that corresponds to an action that made the user happy, then move their gaze from approximately the center of table T1 toward the selected panel, and then select a panel that depicts text information indicating a specific action. This provides a guide for the user to select a panel.
[0059] (Results screen 6) Figure 8 shows an example of the results screen 6 displayed on the display unit 34 of the user terminal 3. The results screen 6 is an example of a screen displayed in activity A105 of Figure 6. The results screen 6 includes multiple panels P. The configuration of the multiple panels P is the same as that of Figure 7, so a description thereof will be omitted.
[0060] The results screen 6 includes information indicating keywords selected by users during a predetermined period. This information includes visual information that allows users to understand the frequency with which the keywords were selected. For example, panels P corresponding to the keywords are displayed in different colors or intensities depending on the frequency with which the keywords were selected. For example, in FIG. 7 , panels P217 and P245 are particularly frequently selected among the multiple panels P included in the results screen 6. Furthermore, panels P225 and P231 are relatively less frequently selected by users than panels P217 and P245, but relatively more frequently selected than the other panels. This allows users to accurately understand the relative relationships between the actions that make them feel happy.
[0061] Furthermore, the results screen 6 may include network information N. Here, the network information N may be, for example, a linear connection of multiple panels that were frequently selected simultaneously by the user during a single recording session. For example, in FIG. 8 , visual information indicates that panel P217 "Contribute" was frequently recorded simultaneously with panel P245 "Build new relationships" and panel P231 "Have something to say." This type of configuration allows users to understand the behaviors selected simultaneously by the user. Therefore, users can understand the trends in behaviors that make them feel happy.
[0062] (Results Screen 7) Fig. 9 shows an example of the results screen 7 displayed on the display unit 34 of the user terminal 3. The results screen 7 is an example of a screen displayed in activity A105 of Fig. 6. The results screen 7 includes an area in which a graph GR1 is displayed that indicates the number of times selections were received from users for each action during a predetermined period.
[0063] The graph GR1 has an X-axis 7x, which indicates the keywords drawn on the panel P that received the user's selection, as the horizontal axis, and a Y-axis 7y, which indicates the number of times each keyword was selected on each panel P as the vertical axis. The display control unit 235 may display the number of times each keyword on the X-axis 7x was selected in a manner that allows the order in which each keyword was selected to be distinguished. For example, as shown in area 70 of FIG. 9 , the keyword "having something to say" was selected a total of 13 times by users over a predetermined period of time. Furthermore, area 70 includes visual information 71 to 73. That is, the keyword "having something to say" was selected first 10 times, as indicated by visual information 71. The keyword "having something to say" was selected second 2 times, as indicated by visual information 72. Similarly, the keyword "having something to say" was selected third 1 time, as indicated by visual information 73. Here, the order of selection is the order in which selections are received from the user on the reception screen 5 of FIG. 7, and corresponds to the areas 51 to 53 containing the keywords selected and received from the user.
[0064] According to this aspect, the user can grasp the frequency and priority of the actions that make the user feel happy, which the user has selected, and thus can further deepen his or her understanding of the actions that make the user feel happy.
[0065] (Results Screen 8) Figure 10 shows an example of the results screen 8 displayed on the display unit 34 of the user terminal 3. The results screen 8 is an example of a screen displayed in activity A105 of Figure 6. The results screen 8 includes an area for displaying a graph GR2 showing actions selected by the user and their selection order over a predetermined period of time. In other words, as a first display control step, the display control unit 235 displays continuous changes in the keywords selected by the user and the corresponding priorities in a manner that allows the user to grasp them.
[0066] Graph GR2 has an X-axis 8x, which indicates the time when a selection was received from a user, as the horizontal axis, and a Y-axis 8y, which indicates the keywords selected by the user via the panel, as the vertical axis. In FIG. 10, the X-axis 8x indicates that the information received from the user is aggregated on a daily basis. Preferably, the display control unit 235 may also display the keywords selected on the X-axis 8x in a manner that allows the user to distinguish the order in which the keywords were selected. Here, the selected order refers to the order in which the selection was received from the user in FIG. 7, and corresponds to the areas 51 to 53 containing the keywords selected by the user.
[0067] Area 80 in FIG. 10 shows three keywords selected by the user on November 1, 2023. For example, visual information 81 included in area 80 indicates that the user selected and input the keyword "have something to say" first. Similarly, visual information 82 included in area 80 indicates that the user selected and input the keyword "build new relationships" second. Furthermore, visual information 83 included in area 80 indicates that the user selected and input the keyword "contribute" third. This aspect allows for continuous changes in the items that make the user feel happy to be understood. Furthermore, the difference in priority corresponding to each item allows for accurate understanding of the accuracy of the actions that make the user feel happy and their priorities. As shown in FIG. 10 , the result screen 8 is displayed in an aspect that includes, for example, a large amount of visual information 81 corresponding to the keyword "have something to say." This indicates that the keyword "have something to say" is frequently selected first by users. Therefore, it can be understood that the action of "having something to say" is an action that makes the user feel particularly happy compared to other actions.
[0068] (Results Screen 9) Fig. 11 shows an example of the results screen 9 displayed on the display unit 34 of the user terminal 3. The results screen 9 is an example of a screen displayed in activity A105 of Fig. 6. The results screen 9 includes an area for displaying a graph GR3 that indicates the proportion of actions for which selections were accepted from the user for each predetermined period.
[0069] The graph GR3 has an X-axis 9x, which indicates the time when a selection was received from a user, as the horizontal axis, and a Y-axis 9y, which indicates the selection rate as the vertical axis. In FIG. 11 , the X-axis 9x indicates that keywords received from users are aggregated and displayed on a weekly basis. The display control unit 235 displays the keywords in a manner that allows the user to grasp the percentage of each keyword selected each week. Preferably, the calculation unit 232 aggregates the keywords received from users (corresponding to the second behavior) by category corresponding to the first behavior, and calculates the percentage of each category relative to the total as the selection rate. The display control unit 235 preferably displays visual information for each category in a distinguishable manner. In FIG. 11 , each category (corresponding to the first behavior) corresponds to visual information 91 to 98, respectively.
[0070] An example will be described using visual information 90. Visual information 90 is information obtained by aggregating keywords input from users via panel P during the first week of "Nov 2023." The keywords received from users belong to one of the categories corresponding to visual information 91 to 98. Visual information 90 also includes at least one of visual information 91 to 98. For example, in visual information 90, the percentage of users who selected keywords belonging to the "evolving" category is 7%, which is displayed by visual information 98. Similarly, the percentage of users who selected keywords belonging to the "recognizing" category is 11%, which is displayed by visual information 97.
[0071] According to this embodiment, it is possible to grasp continuous changes in the items that make the user feel happy.
[0072] In this embodiment, graph GR3 is information that compiles all of the behaviors input by the user on a weekly basis, but this is not limited to this. For example, graph GR3 may include information that compiles only the first behavior input by the user for each recording. This allows the user to better understand the relative relationships between the behaviors that make them feel happy.
[0073] (Results screen 10) Figure 12 shows an example of the results screen 10 displayed on the display unit 34 of the user terminal 3. The results screen 10 is an example of a screen displayed in activity A105 of Figure 6. The results screen 10 includes a table T1, and the table T1 includes a plurality of panels P. The configuration of the plurality of panels P is the same as in Figure 7, so a description thereof will be omitted.
[0074] If the user belongs to an organization, the result screen 10 includes visual information that allows the user to understand the difference in the selection results between the user and other members of the organization. For example, the result screen 10 may also include visual information that allows the user to understand the difference in the selection results between the user and the entire organization to which the user belongs. In other words, the user belongs to an organization together with other users, and the display control unit 235, as a first display control step, further displays visual information that supports comparison and consideration between the user and the organization or other users based on keywords selected by members of the organization (including the user).
[0075] In this embodiment, the results screen 10 is described as including visual information that allows users to understand the differences between the selection results of the user and the entire organization. Here, the selection results of the entire organization may be, for example, a summary of information selected by multiple members belonging to the organization. In this embodiment, information related to the selection results of individual users is shown by objects 101a to 101c, and information related to the selection results of the entire organization is shown by objects 102a to 102c.
[0076] First, objects 101a to 101c indicating information related to the selection results of individual users will be described. For example, objects 101a to 101c may be drawn in panels P corresponding to actions frequently selected by users. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, object 101a is drawn in the "compete" panel P. Similarly, object 101b is drawn in the "teach each other" panel P, and object 101c is drawn in the "think" panel P. Furthermore, objects 101a to 101c are drawn in different densities in the panels P depending on the number of times the keyword is selected. As shown in FIG. 12, the panels in which objects 101a, 101b, and 101c are drawn are considered to be the most frequently selected by users. The same applies to objects 102a to 102c.
[0077] 12, the keyword most frequently selected by users is "compete" depicted in panel P233. On the other hand, it can be seen that the keyword most frequently selected by the entire organization to which the user belongs is "enjoy" depicted in panel P258. Furthermore, both the user's selection results and the selection results of the entire organization include keywords belonging to the "play" and "create" categories, which indicates that some of the values that lead to happiness are relatively similar.
[0078] According to this aspect, users are encouraged to recognize the difference between their own subjective views and those of others in the organization, which is expected to lead to improved communication within the organization.
[0079] (Calculation of Diversity) Furthermore, the acquisition unit 234 may acquire the degree of diversity of keywords. Subsequently, as a first display step, the display control unit 235 may display the acquired degree of diversity in a manner that can be grasped by the user. For example, in at least one of the above-described result screens 6 to 10, the display control unit 235 may display the screen on the display unit 34 in a manner that includes the degree of diversity.
[0080] Here, as an example of the degree of diversity, a method for calculating diversity will be described. Diversity is an index showing the variety of multiple keywords selected by a user. In this embodiment, diversity will be described as the Shannon-Wiener diversity index for the keywords selected by a user, but is not limited to this. Specifically, the more diverse the keywords selected and the more uniform their frequencies, the higher the diversity. For example, the diversity index (an example of diversity) H' is calculated by multiplying the total number S of keywords selected by a user by the selection rate p of each keyword. i and may be defined by [Equation 1].
[0081] According to this aspect, the user can quantitatively grasp the diversity of the behaviors that make them feel happy and can understand their own evaluation of well-being, thereby understanding the trends in their subjective feelings of happiness.
[0082] The method for calculating the diversity is not limited to the above-described method. For example, the diversity may be information indicating the number (absolute value) of categories to which the keyword selected by the user belongs, but is not limited to this.
[0083] Furthermore, result screens 6 to 10 may be configured to be switchable in response to user input. For example, when result screen 6 is displayed on the display unit 34 of the user terminal 3, the display control unit 235 may transition the content displayed on the display unit 34 from result screen 6 to one of result screens 7 to 10 in response to user input. This allows the user to grasp information about their own happiness from multiple perspectives.
[0084] 5. Others The information processing system 1 according to the above-described embodiment may also be modified as follows.
[0085] For example, the arrangement of the panels P included in the reception screen 5 may be changed. More specifically, the change unit (not shown) may further change the arrangement of the panels or the actions corresponding to the panels based on a history of keyword selections received from the user as a change step. For example, the arrangement of the panels P may be changed based on a history of user action selections stored in the storage unit 22 of the information processing device 2. More specifically, for an action selected particularly frequently by the user, a panel P corresponding to an action similar to the action may be added. Furthermore, for an action selected particularly infrequently by the user, the text information depicted on the corresponding panel P may be changed to a more user-friendly expression. According to this embodiment, more optimal options for actions that make the user feel happy can be presented to the user. Therefore, the user can more accurately select an action that makes them feel happy.
[0086] For example, the reception screen 5 may be configured such that selection input for the first panel P1 is limited. That is, the reception unit 231 may be configured to only accept input via the second panel P2. Furthermore, the reception screen 5 may be configured such that, when an input for the first panel P1 is accepted, the user is prompted to select a second panel P2 related to the first panel P1. For example, in response to the acceptance of an input for the first panel P1 by the reception unit 231, the second panel P2 related to the first panel P1 may be displayed in a manner that allows it to be distinguished from the other panels P. This configuration allows the user to more accurately input actions that make them feel happy.
[0087] 8 to 12 of this embodiment, a case has been described in which a user can view his / her own result screen, but this is not limited to this. For example, a user may be able to view the result screens of other users. For example, in a given organization, a person who manages the organization may be able to view the result screens of people who belong to the organization.
[0088] The information processing device 2 may be an on-premise type or a cloud type. As the information processing device 2 in the cloud type, for example, the above functions and processes may be provided in the form of SaaS (Software as a Service) or cloud computing.
[0089] In the above embodiment, the information processing device 2 performs various storage and control operations, but multiple external devices may be used instead of the information processing device 2. That is, various information and programs may be distributed and stored in multiple external devices using blockchain technology or the like.
