[0007] A companion animal refers to an animal that humans keep close to for emotional support and companionship. Proper management and care of these animals are crucial as improper management may lead to disease, infection, and even death of the animals. Individuals and communities face several significant challenges related to animal management.
[0008] One major issue is the lack of accessible veterinary information. Veterinary doctors and compounders, both in the government sector and private practice, are not readily accessible to the public. In rural areas, a single government-appointed doctor often serves multiple villages, making it difficult for people to identify the responsible doctor for their village and to know their current location. Additionally, in scenarios involving animal bites such as snake bites, dog bites, cat bites, and insect bites, people often lack information on which hospitals provide the necessary treatments and medications. This delay in finding appropriate medical care can be critical and life-threatening.
[0009] Furthermore, in regions near forests or wildlife habitats, animals such as snakes (particularly cobras and king cobras), tigers, and elephants sometimes enter homes and farms. Residents often do not have immediate access to information about the nearest snake catchers or forest officers who can handle such situations safely.
[0010] Additionally, there is no dedicated platform for users to raise complaints about animal- related issues. Many issues occur in public areas, including stray animals, neglected pets, and the like, but there is no streamlined way for the public to report these problems to the appropriate authorities.
[0011] Moreover, animal competitions, such as Ongole bull competitions, sheep fighting tournaments, dog shows, and buffalo shows, occur in different regions, but there is no centralized platform for people to learn about upcoming events or view the win / loss history of specific animals. Besides, individuals who manage animal farms, bird farms or own pets often lack basic information about common or seasonal health issues, necessary vaccinations, and appropriate dietary guidelines for their animals and birds. Zoo visitors typically have no prior knowledge of the animals present, which can impact visiting experience and planning. Moreover, those who run animal farms, and bird farms or keep animals lack a common platform for buying or selling animals, such as buffalo, sheep, goats, cows, bulls, and chickens.
[0012] Hence, there is a need for an improved system and method for integrated animal and bird care and information which addresses the aforementioned issue(s).
[0013] OBJECTIVES OF THE OF INVENTION The primary objective of the invention is to provide users with detailed information about veterinary hospitals, doctors, and compounders, including contact details, current locations, and distances from the user.
[0014] Another objective of the invention is to offer users critical information on hospitals that provide treatments for animal bites, such as rabies vaccinations, antivenoms and the like.
[0015] Yet another objective of the invention is to provide users with contact details for snake catchers and forest department staff.
[0016] Yet another objective of the invention is to facilitate users in raising complaints and seeking assistance from municipality and village panchayat staff regarding issues related to street animals and other local animal-related concerns.

[0020] In accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, a system for integrated animal and bird care and information is provided. The system includes a processing subsystem hosted on a server. The processing subsystem is configured to execute on a network to control bidirectional communications among a plurality of modules. The processing subsystem includes a receiving module. The receiving module is configured to receive user information for registering a user. The user information includes name, mobile number, and location information of the user. The processing subsystem includes an information provider module operatively coupled to the receiving module. The information provider module is configured to provide a first set of information about a plurality of veterinary hospitals, doctors, compounders based on the location information of the user. The first set of information includes hospital name, sector, name and contact details of doctor and compounder, location, and distance to the user. The system (100) includes a processing subsystem (105) hosted on a server (108). In one embodiment, the server (108) may include a cloud-based server. The processing subsystem (105) is configured to execute on a network (115) to control bidirectional communications among a plurality of modules. Before going to the hospital user “X” did the first aid as guided by the system (100). The user “X” then notices that the snake is hiding somewhere nearby and uses the information provider module (125) to access information about snake catchers and forest officers. User “X” calls them for assistance in safely removing the snake. In addition, user “X” uses the complaint module (130) to raise the complaint request regarding public areas disturbed by snakes, posing dangers to both animals and humans to the relevant authorities based on his / her location. User “X” also utilizes the information provider module (125) to access detailed health information for their dog and chickens, including the health issue name, type of health issue, recommended medicine, food diet, and vaccination details. User “X” is impressed by the comprehensive information about hospitals that offer rabies vaccinations, antivenom for specific snake bites, and medication for animal bites from animals to animals and birds, animals to humans. Consequently, user “x” suggests the system to other people. Further, the user “X” utilizes the system (100) to get real-time updates about upcoming animal competitions, obtain detailed information about different zoos, including names, locations, lists of animals, visiting fees, and distances from current location, and even to buy or sell animals and birds.

A system (100) for integrated animal and bird care and information comprising: a processing subsystem (105) hosted on a server (108) and configured to execute on a network (115) to control bidirectional communications among a plurality of modules, wherein the plurality of modules comprising: a receiving module (120) configured to receive user information for registering a user, wherein the user information comprises name, mobile number, location information of the user; characterized in that, an information provider module (125) operatively coupled to the receiving module (120), wherein the information module is configured to: provide a first set of information about a plurality of veterinary hospitals, doctors, compounders based on the location information of the user, wherein the first set of information comprises hospital name, sector, name and contact details of doctor and compounder, location, and distance to the user; provide a second set of information about the hospitals that offer rabies vaccinations, antivenom for specific snake bites, and medication for animal bites from animal to animal and bird, animal to human based on the location of the user, wherein the second set of information comprises name of the hospital, sector, and contact details; provide a third set of information about snake catchers and forest department staff based on the location of the user, wherein the third set ofinformation comprises name and contact details of the snake catchers and forest department staff members; and provide a fourth set of information about the medication to the user, wherein the fourth set of information comprises health issue name, type of health issue, medicine to follow, food diet and vaccination details for the animals and birds; a complaint module ( 130) operatively coupled to the information provider module (125), wherein the complaint module (130) is configured to enable the user to raise a complaint request about animal issues to corresponding government department, municipality, village panchayat, or corporation based on the user's location; a notification module (135) is operatively coupled to the complaint module (130), wherein the notification module (135) is configured to notify the user about the competition of the animal, type of animal competition, list of participants, and win or loss history of animal and owner; a zoo module (140) operatively coupled to the notification module (135), wherein the zoo module (140) is configured to provide a plurality of information about the zoo to the user, wherein the plurality of information comprises name and location of zoo, list of animals in the zoo, visiting fee details, and distance from the user location; and a sale module (145) operatively coupled to the zoo module (140), wherein the sale module (145) is configured to provide information regarding the sale of the animals and birds to the user.

The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, comprising a global positioning system module (150) operatively coupled to the receiving module (120), wherein the globalpositioning system module (150) is configured to determine the location of the user and provide proximity-based information tothe information provider module (125).
3. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the notification module (135) is configured to utilize push notifications to inform the user about upcoming animal competitions.
4. The system ( 100) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the information provider module (125) employs an artificial intelligence model to analyze user preferences for providing personalized recommendations for veterinary services, medication, and animal-related events.

The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, comprising a database (118) configured to store user profiles, veterinary hospital information, details of hospitals offering medication for animal-to-animal, animal-to-bird and animal-to-human bites, information about snake catchers and forest department staff, medication details, animal event schedules, zoo attractions, sale listings, and complaint requests.
