Description

[0001] Portable urinal toilet

[0002] The subject of the invention is a portable urinal toilet, particularly suitable for use at mass events.

[0003] From the Chinese utility model description CN 212224112 U, is known a portable urinal toilet consisting of a base on which is a body, a urine tank, and wheels connected to the base from below. The body contains multiple urinals, each of which is connected to a urine tank. The base is hexagonal and the body contains six symmetrically arranged urinals.

[0004] From the German description of the invention DE 10044544 Al is known a portable urinal toilet consisting of urinals, separated by partition walls, and connected to a common sewage pipe. The unit contains waste tanks, and electric pumps that can be powered by photovoltaic cells.

[0005] At mass events there is a need to install a significant number of toilets, comprising urinals, but there is often a problem with limited space, making units containing one or more stalls inefficient. Transporting large multi-station toilets is difficult as they take up a lot of transport space, so there is a need to assemble and reassemble them after transport to the destination. Installation of such units at the destination is complicated and time-consuming.

[0006] A portable urinal toilet, comprising urinals connected to sewer pipes, according to the invention, is characterised in that it comprises a longitudinal main floor to which a side floor is hinged on one of its longer edges, and furthermore, an elongated vertical frame is connected to the main floor from above, located parallel to the longer edge of the main floor, and the urinals are connected to the vertical frame, whereby the vertical frame is slidably connected to the main floor, which comprises guides arranged perpendicular to the longer edges of said main floor, and the vertical frame is mounted from below in the guides.

[0007] Advantageously, the main floor is connected from below to the side floor by pneumatic actuators.

[0008] Further advantages are obtained if portable urinal toilet comprises a second side floor connected in an articulated manner to the longer edge of the main floor on the opposite side to that on which the first side floor is located, and furthermore comprises a second vertical frame located parallel to the longer edge of the main floor, and the urinals are connected to the vertical frame, wherein the second vertical frame is connected to the main floor as is the first vertical frame, wherein one of these frames is on the side of one of the side floors and the other is on the side of the other side floor.

[0009] Further advantages are obtained if the vertical frame has a privacy screen panel connected to it at the top.

[0010] Further advantages are obtained if the main floor has a post at each corner on the side where it is connected to the side floor, and each of these posts is hinged to a reinforcing barrier.

[0011] The solution, according to the invention, takes up little space during transport, thanks to the folding side floors, and the slidably fixed urinal racks. At the same time, unfolding the urinal toilet from the transport position to the use position, does not require complicated and labour-intensive operations - it is easy and fast. It reduces the need for skilled personnel to be involved in the process of installing the urinal toilet at the destination, and furthermore, by using pneumatic actuators, it is possible to reduce the number of personnel involved. The use of partition walls and baffles enhances user comfort.

[0012] The portable urinal toilet according to the invention is further explained in the manufacturing example shown in the drawing, in which, fig. 1 shows the portable toilet in the first manufacturing example in the folded position in top view; fig. 2 - the toilet in the first example in partially unfolded position in top view; fig. 3 - toilet in the first example of execution in fully extended position in top view; fig. 4 - toilet in the first example of construction in a folded position in side view; fig. 5 - toilet in the first example of construction in the unfolded position in side view; fig. 6 - toilet in the first example of construction in the folded position in front view; fig. 7 - toilet in the first example of construction in the unfolded position in front view; fig. 8 - toilet in the second example of execution in folded position in side view; fig. 9 - toilet in the second example of construction in the unfolded position in side view; fig. 10 - toilet in the second example of execution in the front view in the folded position; fig. 11 - toilet in the second example of execution in front view in unfolded position; fig. 12 - detail A of fig. 5 enlarged; fig. 13 - detail B of fig. 7 enlarged.

[0013] The portable urinal toilet, in the first embodiment, comprises an elongated rectangular main floor 1, to which two side floors 2 are connected, one on one side of one of the longer edges of the main floor 1 and the other on the other side of one of the longer edges of the main floor 1. The side floors 2 are connected to the main floor 1 by means of first joints 3 and by means of pneumatic actuators 4, which are connected at one end to the edge of the main floor 1 and at the other end to the side floor 2 from below with its central part. Two vertical frames 5 are connected to the main floor 1, one on the side of one of the longer edges of the main floor 1, and the other on the side of the opposite longer edge of the main floor 1. There are fifteen urinals 6 connected to each of the vertical frames 5, which are located on the side of the vertical frame 5 facing both longer edges of the main floor 1, with the urinals 6 on one side of the vertical frame 5 being located alternately with respect to the urinals 6 on the other side of the vertical frame 5. The urinals 6 located on a given side of the vertical frame 5 are separated from each other by partition walls 7. From below, the vertical frame 5 has three pairs of rollers 8, and each pair of rollers 8 is mounted in a guide 9 located perpendicular to the longer edge of the main floor 1. The main floor 1 has a post 10 at each of its corners, with each of these posts 10 connected to a reinforcing barrier 11 by means of second joints 12. In addition, water pipes 13 and sewage pipes 14 are connected to each of the vertical frames 5. The urinals 6 contain flush valves to which the water pipes 13 are connected. In addition, the sewage pipes 14 are connected to the urinals 6. The sewerage system and water system connections 15 are located on one end of the vertical frame 5. Each of the posts 10 contains a mechanical lock 16 for detachable connection to the side floor 2 and locking it in the folded position - vertical. On each end of the vertical frame 5, a guiding barrier 17 containing crossbars is rigidly connected to the main floor 1 at its shorter edge, and the vertical frame 5 in its extreme positions in the guides 9 is detachably connected at its ends to the crossbars of the guiding barrier 17.

[0014] The portable urinal toilet, in the second embodiment, comprises privacy screen panel 18, which are connected, at their lower edges, detachably to the vertical frames 5 by means of brackets 19, wherein the brackets 19 are screwed to the upper surface of the vertical frame 5, and the privacy screen panelsl8 are screwed to these brackets 19. In other aspects, the execution is as in the first execution example. In other respects, the embodiment is as in the first embodiment.

[0015] The principles of operation of the invention are described below.

[0016] For transport purposes, each of the vertical frames 5 is moved along the guides 9 towards the centre of the main floor 1, the reinforcing barriers 11 are folded by rotating them on the second joints 12 to a position in which their edges, located on the opposite side to the second joints 12, face each other. Next, the side floors 2 are rotated on the first joints 3, placing them in a vertical position, and their position is locked using mechanical locks 16 connecting them to the posts 10. When folded, the device takes up much less space and is suitable for transport. After placing the device in the desired location, it should be unfolded by repositioning its elements in the operating position. The water and sewage systems are connected using connections 15. In order to prevent the vertical frames 5 from moving in the guides 9, the vertical frames 5 are screwed at their ends to the guiding barriers 17.
