A vector vibration feeder, comprising: an internal vibration body (20) and an external vibration body (30). A plurality of elastic beams (40) are connected between the internal vibration body (20) and the external vibration body (30); the plurality of elastic beams (40) are arranged radially around the central axis of the internal vibration body (20), and are arranged at intervals in the central axis direction; the plurality of elastic beams (40) are configured to allow the internal vibration body (20) and the external vibration body (30) to perform relative translational motion along the central axis and perform relative rotational motion about the central axis, and also jointly suppress the relative radial motion or tilting motion of the internal vibration body (20) and the external vibration body (30); and the center of mass of the internal vibration body (20) and the center of mass of the external vibration body (30) are both located on the central axis.
