DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0042] The application will be further described below with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments. The following description is merely illustrative of the basic principles of the application and is not intended to limit the application.
[0043] The embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which the same or similar components have the same or similar reference numbers throughout. The embodiments described below are exemplary only, and are not intended to limit the present application.
[0044] With the development of technology, autonomous cleaning devices have become more and more popular, and floor cleaning work in units such as homes and offices has gradually been replaced by autonomous cleaning devices. Most autonomous cleaning devices achieve the cleaning function of the ground through a cleaning device. During cleaning, hair and other linear objects on the ground are easily entangled on the outer circumference of the cleaning device and the rotating shaft. If there are too many entanglements, it will affect the cleaning function, or even cause the cleaning device to stop and damage the machine.
[0045] Common hair cutting treatments are directed at the outer circumference of the cleaning device, cutting the hair entangled on the outer surface of the cleaning device. There are few targeted treatments for hair entangled on the rotating shaft, and because the rotating shaft is exposed, cutting the rotating shaft can easily cause injury to the user.
[0046] Based on the above considerations, the present application proposes a cleaning device that can cut and clean the entanglements entangled on the rotating shaft, and can reduce the risk of being cut by the cutting piece when the user uses it by mistake, and improve the safety of use.
[0047] The cleaning device according to the embodiments of the present application is described below with reference to FIGS. 1-11.
[0048] The cleaning device 100 provided by the embodiments of the present application is installed on a cleaning equipment and mainly used for cleaning a to-be-cleaned object. The cleaning device 100 provided by the embodiments of the present application can automatically clean the winding object wound on the rotating shaft 121 during the cleaning process, reduce the influence of the winding object on the cleaning device 100, improve the working effect of the cleaning device 100, and improve the service life of the cleaning device 100.
[0049] Please refer to FIGS. 1-4. The cleaning device 100 provided by the embodiments of the present application comprises a shell 110, a rolling brush 120 and a cutting piece 130. The shell 110 is provided with a mounting hole 112, and the hole wall of the mounting hole 112 is provided with a containing groove 113. The rolling brush 120 comprises a rotating shaft 121 and a cleaning part 122 mounted on the rotating shaft 121, and the rotating shaft 121 penetrates the mounting hole 112. The cutting piece 130 is arranged in the containing groove 113.
[0050] Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 2. The shell 110 is the main body of the entire cleaning device 100, used for supporting and mounting the rolling brush 120 and the cutting piece 130. The shell 110 is provided with a mounting space 111, and the cleaning part 122 of the rolling brush 120 is rotatably mounted in the mounting space 111.
[0051] In some embodiments, the cleaning part 122 can be in a strip shape. The cleaning part 122 can be arranged along the extension direction of the rotating shaft 121. Specifically, the cleaning part 122 can be arranged in a straight line along the extension direction of the rotating shaft 121, or arranged in an arc shape along the extension direction of the rotating shaft 121, or arranged in a spiral shape along the extension direction of the rotating shaft 121. The specific mode is not limited.
[0052] Please refer to FIGS. 2 and 3. The shell 110 is provided with the mounting hole 112, which can be in communication with the mounting space 111. The mounting hole 112 is provided for the rotating shaft 121 to penetrate, i.e., the rotating shaft 121 can be mounted in the mounting hole 112. The rotating shaft 121 of the rolling brush 120 is generally longer than the cleaning part 122, so that the end of the rotating shaft 121 can extend out of the mounting space 111 through the mounting hole 112 and be supported on a bearing or coupled with a power mechanism.
[0053] Please refer to FIGS. 3 and 4. The distance between the cutting piece 130 and the rotating shaft 121 can be greater than the distance between the opening of the containing groove 113 and the rotating shaft 121.
[0054] It can be understood that, in order to enable the winding on the rotating shaft 121 to enter the accommodating groove 113, the opening of the accommodating groove 113 is arranged towards the rotating shaft 121, so that the opening of the accommodating groove 113 is the part of the accommodating groove 113 closest to the rotating shaft 121. In order to facilitate the cutting member 130 to cut the winding on the rotating shaft 121, the blade part 131 of the cutting member 130 is arranged towards the rotating shaft 121, and the distance between the cutting member 130 and the rotating shaft 121, i.e. the distance between the blade part 131 of the cutting member 130 and the rotating shaft 121.
[0055] The distance between the cutting member 130 and the rotating shaft 121 is greater than the distance between the opening of the accommodating groove 113 and the rotating shaft 121, which means that, in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 121, the distance between the cutting member 130 and the rotating shaft 121 is greater than the distance between the opening of the accommodating groove 113 and the rotating shaft 121. Hereinafter, the distance between the cutting member 130 and the rotating shaft 121 and the distance between the opening of the accommodating groove 113 and the rotating shaft 121 are all the distances in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 121.
[0056] The distance between the cutting member 130 and the rotating shaft 121 is greater than the distance between the opening of the accommodating groove 113 and the rotating shaft 121, and the cutting member 130 is arranged in the accommodating groove 113, which means that the cutting member 130 is entirely accommodated in the accommodating groove 113, and the cutting member 130 does not protrude out of the opening of the accommodating groove 113, i.e. the blade part 131 of the cutting member 130 is entirely accommodated in the accommodating groove 113. During the replacement or maintenance of the rolling brush 120, since the blade part 131 is entirely inside the accommodating groove 113 and does not protrude out of the opening of the accommodating groove 113, the user basically does not contact the blade part 131, which can reduce the risk of the user being scratched and improve the installation usability.
[0057] In some embodiments, the width of the accommodating groove 113 is narrow, which facilitates the winding to enter and at the same time makes it inconvenient for the user's body part to enter the accommodating groove 113, so that when the user contacts the mounting hole 112 part during use, only the opening of the accommodating groove 113 can be touched and the cutting member 130 cannot be contacted, which reduces the risk of being cut by the cutting member 130 and improves the use safety.
[0058] During the working process of the rolling brush 120, the rotating shaft 121 rotates in the mounting hole 112. The accommodating groove 113 is arranged on the side wall of the rotating shaft 121, and the cutting member 130 is arranged in the accommodating groove 113, so that the cutting member 130 can correspond to the rotating shaft 121. During the rotation of the rotating shaft 121, the winding wound on the rotating shaft 121 can enter the accommodating groove 113 and pass through the cutting member 130 to be cut into small sections by the cutting member 130 and then fall off from the rotating shaft 121, thereby reducing the winding on the rotating shaft 121 and improving the service life of the rolling brush 120. By arranging the cutting member 130 in the accommodating groove 113, the probability of the user directly touching the cutting member 130 with the hand during use is reduced, thereby improving the use safety.
[0059] According to the cleaning device 100 provided by the embodiments of the present application, the winding on the rotating shaft 121 can be cut and cleaned by arranging the cutting member 130 in the mounting hole 112. The cutting member 130 is arranged in the accommodating groove 113, so as to reduce the probability of being cut by the cutting member 130 due to accidental touch of the user during use, and improve the safety of use.
[0060] Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4. According to some embodiments of the present application, the side of the rotating shaft 121 can be provided with an extension 1211, and at least part of the extension 1211 can extend into the accommodating groove 113.
[0061] Because the cutting member 130 is completely accommodated in the accommodating groove 113, in order to improve the cutting efficiency of the winding on the rotating shaft 121, the side of the rotating shaft 121 can be provided with an extension 1211, and the extension 1211 protrudes from the side wall of the rotating shaft 121, so that at least part of the extension 1211 can extend into the accommodating groove 113, so that the extension 1211 can be closer to the cutting member 130. When the winding is wound on the rotating shaft 121, part of the winding can be wound on the surface of the extension 1211. When the extension 1211 extends into the accommodating groove 113, the winding wound on the extension 1211 also extends into the accommodating groove 113, so as to improve the cutting efficiency and cutting effect.
[0062] It can be understood that the end of the extension 1211 away from the side wall of the rotating shaft 121 is arranged at a distance from the cutting member 130, so as to avoid that the surface of the extension 1211 is scratched by the cutting member 130 during rotation of the rotating shaft 121. The distance between the extension 1211 and the cutting member 130 is small, so that small winding can also be cut. The distance can be 1mm-3mm, which is not limited in detail.
[0063] The extension 1211 can be at least one of the following structural forms:
[0064] First, the extension 1211 is annularly arranged outside the rotating shaft 121.
[0065] In this embodiment, the extension 1211 can be annularly arranged, and the extension 1211 is annularly arranged on the side wall of the rotating shaft 121. The coverage range of the extension 1211 is large, and at least part of the extension 1211 is located in the accommodating groove 113 during rotation of the rotating shaft 121. The winding located on the side of the extension 1211 will pass through the cutting member 130, so as to improve the cutting effect and improve the cutting efficiency.
[0066] Second, the extension 1211 is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft 121.
[0067] In this embodiment, the extension 1211 can be a protrusion on one side of the rotating shaft 121, so that during the rotation of the rotating shaft 121, the extension 1211 can enter the accommodating groove 113 or be completely separated from the accommodating groove 113, and when the extension 1211 enters the accommodating groove 113, the hair wound around the extension 1211 is cut.
[0068] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, according to some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of baffles 114 can be arranged in the mounting hole 112, and the gap between two adjacent baffles 114 can form the accommodating groove 113.
[0069] The inner wall of the mounting hole 112 can be provided with a baffle 114 extending towards the rotating shaft 121, and a plurality of baffles 114 are arranged to form the accommodating groove 113 between two adjacent baffles 114, and the end face of the baffle 114 close to the rotating shaft 121 is the opening of the accommodating groove 113. The number of baffles 114 is not limited herein, and there can be two or more than two baffles 114.
[0070] In some embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, there are three baffles 114, which can define two accommodating grooves 113, and at least one cutting element 130 can be arranged in each accommodating groove 113, i.e., one cutting element 130 can be arranged in one accommodating groove 113, or two cutting elements 130 can be arranged in one accommodating groove 113, or three cutting elements 130 can be arranged in one accommodating groove 113. The number of cutting elements 130 in one accommodating groove 113 is not limited.
[0071] In some embodiments, two cutting elements 130 are arranged in the two accommodating grooves 113, i.e., one cutting element 130 is arranged in one accommodating groove 113, and two cutting elements 130 are arranged to improve the cutting effect on the winding, and the winding can be cut by the other cutting element 130 when the winding is not cut by one cutting element 130.
[0072] According to some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of baffles 114 can be arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 121 to form a plurality of accommodating grooves 113 in the mounting hole 113, and at least one cutting element 130 can be arranged in each accommodating groove 113, so that the plurality of cutting elements 130 are arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 121, i.e., the plurality of cutting elements 130 can cut the winding at different positions along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 121, thereby improving the cutting effect on the winding.
[0073] It can be understood that in the present example, the extension 1211 corresponds to at least two accommodating grooves 113, i.e., at least one extension 1211 is arranged in one accommodating groove 113.
[0074] It should be noted that, in order to facilitate the penetration of the rotating shaft 121 through the mounting hole 112 and avoid the interference of the baffle 114 with the rotating shaft 121, the end face of the baffle 114 close to the rotating shaft 121 is provided with an arc segment, and the center of the arc segment is coaxially arranged with the axis of the rotating shaft 121. This arrangement can make the distance between the rotating shaft 121 and the arc segment substantially the same during rotation, reduce the risk of interference between the rotating shaft 121 and the baffle 114 during rotation, and improve the stability of the rotating shaft 121.
[0075] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, according to some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of baffles 114 can be arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 121. For a single baffle 114, the baffle 114 can be arranged along the radial direction of the rotating shaft 121, so that the accommodating grooves 113 formed by two adjacent baffles 114 extend along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 112, so as to facilitate the extension 1211 to be turned into the accommodating groove 113 when the rotating shaft 121 rotates around the axis.
[0076] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the dimensions of the plurality of baffles 114 in the radial direction of the mounting hole 112 can be arranged differently, so that the distances between the baffles 114 and the rotating shaft 121 are different.
[0077] In FIG. 5, along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 121, the height of the baffle 114 farthest from the cleaning part 122 among the plurality of baffles 114 is the highest, the baffle 114 is closest to the end of the rotating shaft 121, and the distance between the baffle 114 and the rotating shaft 121 is the smallest, so that the baffle 114 can have a certain limiting effect on the winding on the rotating shaft 121, and reduce the possibility of the winding moving from the mounting hole 112 to the outside of the housing 110 through the rotating shaft 121. The heights of the other baffles 114 are relatively low, so that the distances between the other baffles 114 and the rotating shaft 121 are relatively wide, thereby facilitating the movement of the winding wound on the rotating shaft 121 to the position corresponding to the accommodating groove 113, and facilitating the cutting and cleaning by the cutting member 130.
[0078] Referring to FIG. 6, according to some embodiments of the present application, the projection of the blade 131 of the cutting member 130 in the axial direction of the mounting hole 112 can be located within the baffle 114.
[0079] By arranging the projection of the blade 131 of the cutting member 130 in the axial direction of the mounting hole 112 within the baffle 114, the blade 131 of the cutting member 130 will not protrude beyond the end face of the baffle 114 in the radial direction of the mounting hole 112, so that when the user inserts his finger into the mounting hole 112 during use, only the baffle 114 will be touched, and the probability of being cut by the cutting member 130 is reduced.
[0080] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, according to some embodiments of the present application, the hole wall of the mounting hole 112 can be further provided with a guide-out piece 115 for guiding the cut-off hair out of the mounting hole 112.
[0081] After the cutting piece 130 cuts off the winding on the rotating shaft 121, the winding can directly fall off or some of the winding can still be wound on the rotating shaft 121 and not fall off. By providing the guide-out piece 115, the cut-off small winding or the end of the winding can be guided out of the mounting hole 112, specifically to the side of the mounting hole 112 facing the cleaning part 122, so as to facilitate the cleaning and recycling of the cleaning device 100, and avoid the accumulation of the cut-off winding in the mounting hole 112 or the accommodating groove 113, which affects the cutting effect.
[0082] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, according to some embodiments of the present application, the guide-out piece 115 is spirally arranged and extends along the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 121 towards the cleaning part 122.
[0083] The rotating shaft 121 generates airflow along the rotating direction thereof during rotation, and the cut-off small winding generally has an initial speed in the same direction as the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 121 under the driving of the remaining winding on the rotating shaft 121. By arranging the guide-out piece 115 to be spiral, the airflow generated by the rotating shaft 121 is guided, and the guide-out piece 115 is arranged to extend along the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 121 towards the cleaning part 122, so that the small winding slides out of the mounting hole 112 and enters the mounting space 111 of the cleaning part 122 under the guidance of the guide-out piece 115.
[0084] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, according to some embodiments of the present application, the guide-out piece 115 and the accommodating groove 113 are arranged to be staggered in the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 112.
[0085] By arranging the guide-out piece 115 and the accommodating groove 113 to be staggered, the interference of the guide-out piece 115 with the working of the cutting piece 130 is reduced, and the working of the cutting piece 130 is ensured not to be affected by the guide-out piece 115. In the example, the guide-out piece 115 and the accommodating groove 113 can be arranged to correspond in the radial direction of the mounting hole 112, so that the cut-off winding cut by the cutting piece 130 in the accommodating groove 113 directly slides out of the mounting hole 112 through the guide-out piece 115, and the cutting and cleaning effects are improved.
[0086] In an example, the accommodating groove 113 can be arranged on the upper hole wall of the mounting hole 112, and the guide-out piece 115 can be arranged on the lower hole wall of the mounting hole 112, so that the small winding cut by the cutting piece 130 quickly enters the area provided with the guide-out piece 115 and is quickly guided out under the action of the initial speed and gravity, and the guiding efficiency and effect are improved.
[0087] Referring to FIG. 7, in some embodiments, a plurality of guide-out members 115 can be provided, and the plurality of guide-out members 115 can be distributed along the circumference of the mounting hole 112. By providing a plurality of guide-out members 115, the guiding-out efficiency and effect can be improved, and the number of guide-out members 115 is not specifically limited, and the guide-out members 115 can be provided in two, three, four, or more. For example, in FIG. 7, the guide-out members 115 are provided in three.
[0088] Referring to FIG. 7, according to some embodiments of the present application, the part of the hole wall of the mounting hole 112 near the side of the cleaning part 122, except the part provided with the accommodating groove 113, can be in a trumpet shape.
[0089] By providing the part of the hole wall of the mounting hole 112 near the side of the cleaning part 122 in a trumpet shape, after the cutting member 130 cuts off the winding object, the small pieces of the winding object can be conveniently dropped out of the mounting hole 112, and the probability of the small pieces of the winding object accumulating in the mounting hole 112 can be reduced.
[0090] In some embodiments, in order to improve the efficiency of the small pieces of the winding object dropping out of the mounting hole 112, the part of the hole wall of the mounting hole 112, except the part provided with the accommodating groove 113, can be provided in a flared shape along the direction near the cleaning part 122, and the part of the hole wall of the mounting hole 112, except the part provided with the accommodating groove 113, can be provided in an arc-shaped trumpet shape.
[0091] Referring to FIG. 8, according to some embodiments of the present application, the cutting member 130 can be provided at an angle with the radial direction of the rotating shaft 121.
[0092] It can be understood that the extension direction of the cutting member 130, i.e., the extension direction of the blade part 131 of the cutting member 130, needs to cause the relative displacement between the cutting member 130 and the cutting object in the extension direction of the cutting member 130 in order to ensure the cutting effect. The rotating shaft 121 rotates around its axis, and the winding direction of the winding object is generally the rotation direction of the rotating shaft 121, and the winding object rotates around the circumference of the rotating shaft 121 under the driving of the rotating shaft 121. Therefore, the extension direction of the cutting member 130 needs to have a component in the radial direction of the rotating shaft 121, so that the blade part 131 can effectively cut the winding object.
[0093] In addition, due to the working characteristics of the rotating shaft 121, the winding object is generally wound around the rotating shaft 121 in the rotation direction of the rotating shaft 121, and in order to effectively cut off the winding object, the cutting direction of the cutting member 130 needs to have a component extending in the radial direction of the winding object. By providing the cutting member 130 at an angle with the radial direction of the rotating shaft 121, the component of the cutting member 130 in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 121 can be increased, so as to effectively cut off the winding object on the rotating shaft 121, and the cutting range of the cutting member 130 in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 121 can be increased, thereby improving the cutting efficiency.
[0094] In some embodiments, the cutting member 130 is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove 113, so that the cutting member 130 is opposite to the rotating shaft 121, and the installation of the cutting member 130 is facilitated.
[0095] In some embodiments, a plurality of cutting members 130 can be arranged in the accommodating groove 113, and the plurality of cutting members 130 can be arranged in the axial direction of the mounting hole 112 and / or arranged in the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 112. In this way, the coverage of the cutting member 130 is increased, and the cutting effect is improved.
[0096] Referring to FIG. 9, according to some embodiments of the present application, the shell 110 can include a mounting sleeve 140, and the mounting hole 112 can be arranged on the mounting sleeve 140.
[0097] The mounting sleeve 140 is embedded in the shell 110, and the mounting hole 112 is arranged on the mounting sleeve 140. The accommodating groove 113, the cutting member 130, and the guide member 115 can be arranged on the mounting sleeve 140. The mounting sleeve 140 with a proper size is arranged in the original shell 110, the development cost is reduced, and the popularization is facilitated.
[0098] Referring to FIG. 10, according to some embodiments of the present application, the side of the mounting sleeve 140 away from the mounting hole 112 can be provided with a mounting groove 141 in communication with the accommodating groove 113, and the cutting member 130 can be arranged in the mounting groove 141.
[0099] It can be understood that the thickness of the blade 131 of the cutting member 130 can be smaller than the thickness of the side opposite to the blade 131. The mounting groove 141 is arranged on the side of the mounting sleeve 140 away from the mounting hole 112, so that the cutting member 130 is assembled from the side of the mounting groove 141 to the accommodating groove 113. The width of the mounting groove 141 can decrease in the direction close to the accommodating groove 113, so that the cutting member 130 is fixed. After the mounting sleeve 140 is fixed in the shell 110, the mounting groove 141 is located on the side close to the shell 110, so as to further limit the cutting member 130. The assembly is simple and stable, the cutting member 130 is not easy to be detached from the side of the accommodating groove 113, and the safety in use is improved.
[0100] In addition, the cutting member 130 can be easily replaced after being seriously worn.
[0101] In other embodiments, the cutting member 130 can be integrally injection molded or integrally cast molded with the mounting sleeve 140.
[0102] Referring to FIG. 11, according to some embodiments of the present application, the mounting sleeve 140 can include a first sleeve body 142 and a second sleeve body 143, and a positioning structure 144 can be arranged at the joint of the first sleeve body 142 and the second sleeve body 143.
