The server device 120 can be various types of computing systems / servers capable of providing computing capabilities, including but not limited to mainframes, edge computing nodes, computing devices in a cloud environment, etc.

[0039] It should be appreciated that the structure and function of the various elements in the environment 100 are described for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to imply any limitation on the scope of the present disclosure.

[0040] Conventionally, if a user wants to view notifications, the user can provide a trigger for a notification viewing entry corresponding to a type of notification the user wants to view to view the notification. For example, if a user wants to view notifications generated by other users following the user, the user can trigger a following list viewing entry to view notifications generated by other users following the user. In this case, if the user wants to view multiple types of notifications, the user needs to perform multiple operations, which can result in poor efficiency of the user viewing notifications.

[0041] In addition, conventionally, if a user wants to view multiple notifications of a target type, the multiple notifications are all provided to the user, and it is difficult for the user to find a notification that should be paid more attention from the multiple notifications. This can affect the efficiency of the user viewing notifications and obtaining useful information.

[0042] In addition, conventionally, an electronic device can only provide a user with a notification directly in response to obtaining the notification. Although this can ensure the real-time nature of the user obtaining the notification, providing the user with the notification multiple times in a short period of time can affect the user experience of the user.

[0043] In view of this, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an improved solution for message notification is provided. According to the solution of the present disclosure, at least one notification for a first user is obtained. The at least one notification is respectively generated in response to an interactive behavior associated with the first user performed by at least one second user. Association information between the first user and the at least one second user is determined. Based at least on the association information and the at least one notification, notification message content for the first user is generated. The notification message content is provided to the first user.

[0044] In this way, the notification message content to be provided to the user for viewing can be dynamically determined in combination with the association information between multiple users and the notification triggered based on the interactive behavior. This helps to improve the efficiency of the user obtaining the notification.

[0045] Some example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with continuous reference to the drawings.

[0046] FIG. 2 shows a flowchart of a process 200 for message notification according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. For ease of discussion, the process 200 will be described with reference to the environment 100 of FIG. 1. The process 200 can be implemented at the client device 110 and / or the server device 120. For ease of description, the process 200 is described by way of example with the process 200 being implemented at the server device 120.

[0047] It should be noted that if the process 200 is described by way of example with the process 200 being implemented at the client device 110, some operations described with reference to the client device 110 can need the assistance of the server device 120 to be completed. It should be noted that the operations performed by the client device 110 can be specifically performed by a related application and / or a digital assistant installed on the client device 110.

[0048] At block 210, the server device 120 obtains at least one notification for a first user, the at least one notification being respectively generated in response to an interactive behavior associated with the first user performed by at least one second user.

[0049] In the text, for ease of discussion, the user to which the notification needs to be provided is referred to as the “first user”, and the user performing the interactive behavior to trigger the notification is referred to as the “second user”. It should be noted that “first” and “second” here do not contain any implicit order or other implications.

[0050] Each of the at least one notification can be generated in response to an interaction behavior performed by a second user in association with the first user. The interaction behavior may, for example, include an interaction behavior performed by the second user on the first user, which may, for example, include but is not limited to a follow, an unfollow, a private chat, a special attention, and the like performed by the second user on the first user. The interaction behavior may, for example, also include an interaction behavior performed by the second user on content published by the first user, where the content published by the first user may, for example, be a post, multimedia content (including but not limited to an image, a text, a picture-text, a video, an audio, and the like), a comment, and the like, and the interaction behavior performed by the second user on the content published by the first user may, for example, include but is not limited to a like, a collection, a forward, a comment, and the like.

[0051] In some embodiments, alternatively or additionally, the interaction behavior may, for example, also include an interaction behavior performed by the second user on a digital assistant published by the first user, which may, for example, include but is not limited to a collection, a like, a use of the digital assistant, a comment on the digital assistant, and the like. For example, an interaction area (e.g., a forum, and the like) for various digital assistants published in a publishing platform or a creating platform of the digital assistant can be provided, in which a user can publish a post for a specific digital assistant for discussion, comment on the post, like, collect, and the like on the digital assistant. In such a case, the creator or the administrator of the digital assistant can be the recipient of the notification.

[0052] The type of the interaction behavior that can trigger the notification can depend on the specific application setting, and embodiments of the present disclosure do not make specific limitations in this aspect.

[0053] Illustratively, the server device 120 can acquire a notification generated in response to detecting a follow behavior performed by a second user on a first user, which can inform the first user that there is a second user following the first user. The server device 120 can acquire a notification generated in response to detecting a like behavior performed by a second user on multimedia content published by a first user, which can inform the first user that there is a second user performing a like behavior on the multimedia content published by the first user.

[0054] The server device 120 may, for example, cache the acquired at least one notification. Alternatively or additionally, in some embodiments, the server device 120 can also delete the cached at least one notification periodically or in response to a predetermined rule. For example, the server device 120 can delete the cached at least one notification in response to the first user viewing the at least one notification. For another example, the server device 120 can delete the cached at least one notification in response to the time that the at least one notification has been cached reaching a predetermined length of time (e.g., one month, three months, or any length of time).

[0055] At block 220, the server device 120 determines association information between the first user and the at least one second user.

[0056] In some embodiments, the association information can include historical interaction information between the first user and the at least one second user. For each second user, the historical interaction information between the second user and the first user can indicate whether the second user has ever had a historical interaction with the first user. For example, the historical interaction information can indicate whether the second user and the first user have ever had a commenting behavior, a liking behavior, a private chatting behavior, etc. Alternatively or additionally, in some embodiments, the association information can also include a social relationship between the first user and the at least one second user. For each second user, the social relationship between the second user and the first user can indicate, for example, a following relationship (e.g., the first user follows the second user, and / or the second user follows the first user), a friendship (e.g., whether the two are friends, whether the two are close friends, etc.).

[0057] In some embodiments, the association information between the plurality of users can be stored in a user database. The user database can be a database for the plurality of users. The server device 120 can obtain the association information between the at least one second user and the first user from the user database based on the respective identities of the at least one second user and the identity of the first user. The identity of each user can include, for example, the name, ID, number, avatar, label, etc. of the user. Alternatively or additionally, the user database can also be a database for the first user, in which case different users can correspond to different user databases. The server device 120 can determine, for example, a first database corresponding to the first user from a plurality of user databases based on the identity of the first user, and then obtain the association information between the at least one second user and the first user from the first database based on the respective identities of the at least one second user. It can be understood that the information in the user database can be updated in response to changes in the association information between the users.

[0058] In some embodiments, the association information can indicate a degree of association between the second user and the first user. In the interaction scenario, the degree of association between users is usually determined by historical interaction data between users and / or social relationship between users, etc. For example, the richer the historical interaction information between a certain second user and the first user (e.g., a variety of interaction behaviors occur), the closer the association between the second user and the first user. If the social relationship between a certain second user and the first user indicates that they are mutual attention relationship, and the social relationship between another second user and the first user indicates that they are one-way attention (i.e., the second user follows the first user or the first user follows the second user) relationship, the degree of association between the second user corresponding to the mutual attention relationship and the first user is greater than the degree of association between the second user corresponding to the one-way attention relationship and the first user.

[0059] At block 230, the server device 120 generates a notification message content for the first user based on at least the association information and the at least one notification. Specifically, the server device 120 can generate the notification message content for the first user based on at least the association relationship and the content of each notification and the type of each notification in the at least one notification.

[0060] In some embodiments, if the at least one notification includes a plurality of notifications, the server device 120 can further cluster the plurality of notifications based on the type of each notification in the plurality of notifications, and then generate the notification message content based on the clustering result.

[0061] The type of notification may, for example, be associated with the interaction behavior corresponding to the notification. For example, if the plurality of notifications includes a group of notifications generated by the attention behavior, a group of notifications generated by the comment behavior, and a group of notifications generated by the private chat behavior, the server device 120 can determine that the plurality of notifications includes three types of notifications corresponding to the three behaviors (i.e., the attention behavior, the comment behavior, and the private chat behavior). The server device 110 may, for example, for each group of notifications of each type, generate a notification message content corresponding to the group of notifications based on the association relationship between the group of second users corresponding to the group of notifications and the first user and the group of notifications. The server device 120 may, in turn, generate the notification message content for the first user based on the plurality of notification message contents corresponding to the plurality of groups of notifications of the plurality of types. The generated notification message content may, for example, be a summary, an overview, an extraction of key information of the plurality of notification message contents to be aggregated, etc. In this way, different types of notifications can be distinguished, and it is convenient for the user to obtain notifications of various types.

[0062] In some embodiments, the server device 120 can further generate the notification message content for the first user based on the historical interaction information of the first user for at least one type of notification. Specifically, for each type of the at least one type of notification, the server device 120 can determine the historical interaction information of the first user for the type of notification. The historical interaction information can at least indicate a viewing record of the first user for the type of notification. Illustratively, the historical interaction information can indicate whether the first user has viewed the type of notification. For the type of notification that has been viewed by the first user, the historical interaction information can further indicate, for example, a time when the first user viewed the type of notification. The server device 120 can further generate the notification message content for the first user based on the historical interaction information, the association information and the at least one notification for the at least one type of notification.

[0063] In some embodiments, if the at least one notification comprises a plurality of notifications, the server device 120 can further determine respective priorities of the plurality of notifications based at least on the association information and the at least one notification. The server device 120 can determine the priorities in any suitable manner. For example, the server device 120 can determine the priorities based on predetermined rules or algorithms. For another example, the server device 120 can determine the priorities with the aid of a machine learning model. Illustratively, the closer the association information between a second user corresponding to a notification and the first user indicates that the second user is associated with the first user, the higher the priority corresponding to the notification. The closer the acquisition time (i.e., the time when the server device 120 acquires the notification) corresponding to a notification is to the current time, the higher the priority corresponding to the notification.

[0064] In some embodiments, the server device 120 can further determine the priority of a notification according to an urgency of the notification. The server device 120 can determine respective urgency of different notifications based on, for example, pre-configuration of the user and / or content in the notification. It can be appreciated that the higher the urgency corresponding to a notification, the more urgent the user needs to handle the notification. The urgency and the priority of each notification can be positively correlated. For example, the urgency of a notification belonging to an error type or containing error content can be the highest, and the priority of the notification belonging to the error type or containing the error content can be higher than that of other types of notifications. In some embodiments, the server device 120 can further determine the priority of a notification according to a type of interaction behavior that triggers the notification. For example, if the interaction behavior that triggers the notification is that another user comments on a post content, a comment content or the like of a digital assistant or other application published by the first user, the priority of the notification is higher.

[0065] In some embodiments, the server device 120 can also determine the priority of the notification based on the corresponding interaction behavior of the notification. For example, the priority of the notification corresponding to the interaction behavior of following can be higher than the priority of the notification corresponding to the interaction behavior of liking, which can be higher than the priority of the notification corresponding to the interaction behavior of commenting, and so on. In some embodiments, the server device 120 can also determine the priority of the notification based on the interaction content associated with the corresponding interaction behavior of the notification. For example, the priority of the notification corresponding to the interaction behavior of commenting can be higher if the comment content is positive (e.g., content indicating praise, compliment, or like) than if the comment content is negative.

[0066] The server device 120 can then generate the notification message content for the first user based on the respective priorities of the multiple notifications. In some embodiments, the higher the priority of a notification, the more priority the notification can be provided to the first user in the generated notification message content, and / or the more complete the description of the notification can be in the notification message content. For example, if the first group of notifications includes 100 notifications, the server device 110 can only provide the complete descriptions of the top 3 notifications with the highest priorities in the generated notification message content, and these 3 notifications can be presented before the content of the other notifications. The server device 120 can provide brief descriptions of the remaining notifications with lower priorities in the generated notification message content to ensure the brevity of the notification message content provided to the first user.

[0067] It can be appreciated that if the multiple notifications include multiple groups of notifications corresponding to multiple types, the server device 120 can also determine the priority of each notification in each group of notifications corresponding to each type, and generate the notification message content for the group of notifications based on the priorities. The server device 120 can also determine the respective priorities of the multiple types, and generate the notification message content for the first user based on the respective priorities of the multiple types and the multiple notification message contents corresponding to the multiple types.

[0068] In some embodiments, the server device 120 can generate a prompt input for the target machine learning model based on at least the association information and the at least one notification. The target machine learning model can be based on any suitable model structure, including but not limited to a Transformer model, a convolutional neural network (CNN), a recurrent neural network (RNN), a deep neural network (DNN), etc. In some embodiments, the target machine learning model can be based on a language model (LM). A language model can be capable of question-answering ability by learning from a large corpus. The target machine learning model can also be based on other suitable models. The target machine learning model may, for example, summarize, rank (e.g., rank notifications based on priority), etc. the at least one notification based on the prompt input to determine a model output corresponding to the prompt input.

[0069] The server device 120 can provide the prompt input to the target machine learning model to obtain a model output corresponding to the prompt input from the target machine learning model. The server device 120 can in turn determine the notification message content for the first user based on the model output of the target machine learning model. Illustratively, the model output can include text of the notification message content. The server device 120 can determine in advance a manner of providing the notification message content. For example, the server device 120 can provide the notification message content to the first user in the form of a card. The server device 120 can render the text of the notification message content on the card to obtain the notification message content, and in turn provide the notification message content in the form of the card to the first user. Illustratively, if the at least one notification includes multiple notifications, and the multiple notifications are of multiple types of notifications, the server device 120 can further determine text corresponding to each type of notification based on the model output (it can be understood that the text corresponding to the multiple types of notifications collectively make up the notification message content), and in turn generate a notification list, each row of which may, for example, present the text corresponding to one type of notification, which list may, for example, be the notification message content finally provided to the first user.

[0070] In some embodiments, if the at least one notification includes multiple notifications, the server device 120 can further determine to present the notifications corresponding to different priorities in different manners in the notification message content based on the respective priorities of the multiple notifications determined above. For example, the server device 120 can present the notifications corresponding to higher priorities in the notification message content in a salient manner such as bold, highlight, enlarged font, italic, underlined, etc., and present the notifications corresponding to lower priorities in the form of normal text.

[0071] At block 240, the server device 120 provides the notification message content to the first user. The server device 120 can provide the notification message content to the first user in any suitable form. For example, the server device 120 can provide a notification message of any suitable type, such as a text type, a card type, a list type, etc., to the user in the form of a pop-up window, a short message, etc., the specific content of the notification message being the notification message content determined in the above manner. The present disclosure does not limit the specific manner of providing the notification message content.

[0072] The specific manner of message notification will be described below in connection with some example scenarios of message notification.

[0073] In some example scenarios, the server device 120 can acquire the first group of notifications for the first user and generate the notification message content for the first user based on the first group of notifications in response to detecting a notification viewing request from the first user. The notification viewing request can indicate to provide the first user with notifications that have not been viewed by the first user. FIG. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a signaling flow 300 for message notification according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. For ease of discussion, the signaling flow 300 is described with reference to FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the signaling flow 300 involves a first user 310, a server device 120, a language model 320, and a database 330. Note that for ease of explanation, the signaling flow is shown from the perspective of the user in FIG. 3, as well as in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 to be described below, but in fact the operations described for the user are performed by the client device corresponding to the user. For distinction, the client device corresponding to the first user is referred to as the first client device, the client device corresponding to the second user is referred to as the second client device, and so on.

[0074] The first client device corresponding to the first user 310 can provide a notification viewing control, for example, by clicking on a notification entry / inbox entry, etc. The first client device can determine that the notification viewing request from the first user 310 is received in response to receiving a triggering operation (e.g., a click operation, a hovering operation, a double-click operation, a long-press operation, etc.) of this notification viewing control by the first user 310. The first client device can provide the notification viewing request to the server device 120 via a communication connection between the first client device and the server device 120 so that the server device 120 detects (301) the notification viewing request from the first user 310.

[0075] The server device 120 can further obtain, from the database 330, a first set of notifications in response to the notification viewing request, the first set of notifications comprising notifications that the first user 310 has not viewed, e.g., notifications that have been cached for the first user between the time when the user last viewed notifications and the time when the user views the notifications. The database 330 can store a plurality of notifications associated with the first user 310. Specifically, the server device 120 can send (302) a request to the database 330 to obtain the first set of notifications. The database 330 can further return (303) the first set of notifications to the server device 120 in response to the request, the first set of notifications being between the time when the user last viewed notifications and the time when the user views the notifications.

[0076] The server device 120 can generate (304) a first prompt input for a target machine learning model (e.g., the language model 320) based on the association between each second user corresponding to the first set of notifications and the first user 310, the first set of notifications themselves, the type corresponding to the first set of notifications, historical interaction information of the first user 310 with each type of notification corresponding to the first set of notifications, etc. The server device 120 can provide (305) the first prompt input to the language model 320. The language model 320 can generate a corresponding model output based on the received first prompt input and return (306) the model output to the server device 120.

[0077] The server device 120 can further determine the notification message content based on the received model output. The determination of the notification message content can refer to the above description and will not be repeated here. The server device 120 can provide (307) the notification message content to the first user 310 for the first user 310 to view (308) the notification message content.

[0078] In this way, the server device 120 can generate a notification message content for the first user based on a first set of notifications that the first user has not viewed in response to a notification viewing request from the first user. This can help the first user quickly view the content that he has not viewed and can improve the efficiency of the first user viewing notifications.

[0079] In some example scenarios, a specific digital assistant can be configured to support message service. The configuration information of the digital assistant can provide functionalities of message query and message content generation. At this time, a query message of the first user to the digital assistant can be received in the interaction of the first user with the digital assistant. The server device 120 (which can be understood as a server device corresponding to the digital assistant) can obtain a second set of notifications based on the query message and generate notification message content for the first user based on the second set of notifications. The query message can indicate to provide a specific type of notification and / or a notification corresponding to a specific time period to the first user. FIG. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a signaling flow 400 for message notification according to some other embodiments of the present disclosure. For the convenience of discussion, the signaling flow 400 is described with reference to FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 4, the signaling flow 400 involves the first user 310, the server device 120, the language model 320, and the database 330.

[0080] The first client device corresponding to the first user 310 can provide, for example, an interaction interface of the first user 310 and the digital assistant, which can be, for example, a conversation interface. The first client device can receive user input of the first user 310 via the interaction interface. The first client device can present the user input of the first user 310 in the form of conversation messages from the user in the interaction interface, and present the reply of the digital assistant to the conversation messages of the first user 310 in the form of conversation messages from the digital assistant. The first client device can determine to obtain a query message in response to the user input indicating to obtain a notification.

[0081] The first client device can provide the query message to the server device 120 via the communication connection between the first client device and the server device 120, so that the server device 120 receives the query message from the first user 310 (401). The server device 120 can determine the notification type of the notification to be queried and / or the time period corresponding to the notification to be queried based on the query message. For example, the query message is “who has followed me in the past month”, the server device 120 can determine that the notification type is the notification corresponding to the follow behavior and the corresponding time period is one month based on the query message. In the interaction with the digital assistant, the query message initiated by the user can be initiated by using natural language text and / or voice, etc.

[0082] The server device 120 can obtain a second set of notifications from the notifications associated with the first user 310 based on the determined result (i.e., the determined notification type and / or time period). In some embodiments, the server device 120 can obtain the second set of notifications from the notifications associated with the first user 310 based on the determined result by means of the plug-ins. Illustratively, the server device 120 can generate (402) a second prompt word input based on all the plug-ins associated with the digital assistant, which can instruct the target machine learning model (e.g., the language model 320) to determine at least one plug-in from all the plug-ins for obtaining the notifications and obtaining the historical interaction information and / or the social relationship between the second user corresponding to the notifications and the first user 310.

[0083] The server device 120 can provide the second prompt word input to the language model 320. The language model 320 can determine, based on the second prompt word input, a target plug-in (which can include at least one plug-in) to be invoked by the server device 120 and invocation parameters for invoking the target plug-in. The language model 320 can in turn return (403) the target plug-in and the invocation parameters to the server device 120. The target plug-in can include a first plug-in configured to obtain the notifications of the first user 310 corresponding to the notification type and / or the time period and a second plug-in configured to determine the historical interaction information and / or the social relationship between the plurality of users (or in other words, the second plug-in is configured to obtain the association information between the plurality of users). The invocation parameters for the first plug-in can include, for example, the determined notification type and / or the determined time period, and the invocation parameters for the second plug-in can include, for example, the set of second users corresponding to the second set of notifications and the user identifier of the first user 310. As mentioned previously, the user identifier can include a user name, an ID, a tag, an avatar, etc.

[0084] The server device 120 can invoke (405) the first plug-in associated with the digital assistant with the determined notification type and / or the determined time period and obtain the second set of notifications returned by the first plug-in. The server device 120 can also invoke (406) the second plug-in associated with the digital assistant with the set of second users corresponding to the second set of notifications (or in other words, the second set of second users) and the user identifier of the first user 310 and obtain the historical interaction information and / or the social relationship returned by the second plug-in. The server device 120 can in turn determine the association information between the first user 310 and the set of second users based on the historical interaction information and / or the social relationship returned by the second plug-in.

[0085] The server device 120 may, for example, generate a third prompt input for the target machine learning model (e.g., the language model 320) according to the second set of notifications, the second set of associations between the second set of notifications and the first user 310, the second set of notifications, the historical interaction information of the first user 310 with the second set of types of notifications corresponding to the second set of notifications, and the like. The server device 120 may, for example, provide (407) the third prompt input to the language model 320. The language model 320 may, based on the received third prompt input, generate a corresponding model output and return (408) the model output to the server device 120. The server device 120 may, in turn, determine the notification message content based on the received model output. The determination of the notification message content may, for example, refer to the above description and will not be repeated here. The server device 120 may, for example, provide (409) the notification message content to the first user 310 for the first user 310 to view the notification message content.

[0086] In some embodiments, the server device 120 may, in the interaction of the first user 310 with the digital assistant, provide the notification message content to the first user 310 as a reply to the query message. Specifically, the server device 120 may, for example, provide the notification message content to the first client device. The first client device may, for example, present the notification message content to the first user 310 in the form of a conversation message in the interaction interface of the first user 310 with the digital assistant.

[0087] In this way, the server device 120 may, in the interaction of the first user with the digital assistant, in response to detecting the query message indicating to provide the notification to the first user, obtain a set of notifications matching the query message, and generate the notification message content based on the set of notifications. The notification message content may, for example, be provided to the first user in the form of a reply to the query message, which may, for example, improve the efficiency of the first user viewing the notification, and enrich the interaction of the first user with the digital assistant.

[0088] In some example scenarios, the server device 120 may, in response to detecting at least one interaction behavior performed by a target second user of the at least one second user to the first user, determine at least one notification to the first user. FIG. 5 illustrates a schematic diagram of a signaling flow 500 for message notification according to yet some embodiments of the present disclosure. For ease of discussion, the signaling flow 500 is described with reference to FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 5, the signaling flow 500 involves the first user 310, the server device 120, the language model 320, the database 330, and the second user 510.

[0089] The server device 120 can determine at least one notification to the first user 310 in response to detecting (501) at least one interaction behavior performed by the target second user (e.g., the second user 510) to the first user 310. For example, if the server device 120 detects a following behavior of the second user 510 to the first user 310, the server device 120 can determine a notification corresponding to the following behavior. The server device 120 can record (502) the determined notification in the database 330. In some embodiments, the server device 120 can also provide (503) prompt information to the second user 510 to inform the second user of the result of the interaction behavior. For example, the server device 120 can also provide prompt information to the second user 510 to inform the second user of the success of the following.

[0090] The server device 120 can also determine whether the at least one notification is to be pushed to the first user based on the association relationship between the second user 510 and the first user 310 and the at least one notification. Illustratively, the server device 120 can obtain (504) the association relationship between the second user 510 and the first user 310 from the database 330. The server device 120 can generate (505) a fourth prompt word input for a target machine learning model (e.g., the language model 320) based on the obtained association relationship and the at least one notification.

[0091] In some embodiments, in addition to considering the association relationship between users, the server device 120 can also determine the urgency of the at least one notification and / or the type of interaction behavior triggering the at least one notification. In some embodiments, the server device 120 can generate the fourth prompt word input based on the association relationship, the notification content of the at least one notification, and the urgency of the at least one notification and / or the type of interaction behavior. For example, if the notification is an error type notification or a notification including error content, the server device 120 can determine, based on the fourth prompt word input using the language model 320, that the notification is very likely to require the first user to handle it in a timely manner. For another example, if the interaction behavior triggering the notification is other users' post content, comment content, etc. of a digital assistant or other application published by the first user, the server device 120 can determine, based on the fourth prompt word input using the language model 320, whether such a notification needs to be pushed to the user in a timely manner.

[0092] In some embodiments, the server device 120 can further generate the fourth prompt input based on a speed or a proportion of the historical notifications corresponding to the notification type of each of the at least one notification being viewed by the first user. For example, if a group of historical notifications with the same or similar notification type or content as the at least one notification are each viewed by the first user in a timely manner, the server device 120 can determine that the first user views the group of historical notifications at a relatively fast speed, and further determine that the first user can expect to obtain notifications of the same type in a timely manner. The server device 120 can determine, based on the generated fourth prompt input, that the at least one notification with the type is likely to need to be provided to the first user in a timely manner, by using the language model 320. For another example, if a group of historical notifications are not read by the first user after being provided to the first user for a long time or are directly ignored by the first user, the server device 120 can determine that notifications of the type or notifications with similar content can not need to be pushed to the first user in a timely manner in the future.

[0093] It can be understood that the server device 120 can further generate or adjust the fourth prompt input based on other predetermined strategies, which are not limited in the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the strategy for the timely pushing of notifications can be user-configurable. For example, the first user can specify the type of notifications, the content of notifications, the user triggering the notifications, and the like, which are expected to be pushed in a timely manner. In this case, whether the currently received notification needs to be provided to the first user in a timely manner can be determined based on the user-configured strategy. In some embodiments, the user-configured strategy can be included in the fourth prompt input of the language model 320, so as to be determined by the language model 320 to generate the notification message content provided to the user.

[0094] The fourth prompt input can indicate whether to determine to provide the at least one notification to the first user 310. The server device 120 can provide (506) the fourth prompt input to the language model 320. The language model 320 can generate a corresponding model output based on the received first prompt input, and return (507) the model output to the server device 120.

[0095] The server device 120 can further determine whether to provide the at least one notification to the first user based on the received model output. If the server device 120 determines to provide the at least one notification to the first user 310, the server device 120 can generate a notification message content for the first user based on at least the at least one notification and the association between the second user 510 and the first user 310. The generation of the notification message content can be referred to the above description, which is not repeated here.

[0096] Thus, the server device 120 can determine, in response to detecting the interaction behavior of the second user, whether to automatically provide the notification corresponding to the interaction behavior to the first user based on the association relationship between the second user and the first user. This can improve the efficiency of the first user obtaining the notification.

[0097] To sum up, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the notification message content to be provided to the user can be determined in combination with the association information and the notification between multiple users, and then the notification message content is provided to the user. This helps to improve the efficiency of the user obtaining the notification.
