Abstract
The invention relates to a kit for the detection of Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium avenaceum, Fusarium acuminatum, Fusarium culmorum and Fusarium graminearum. The kit comprises three pairs of forward and reverse primers for Fusarium pathogens; three probes for Fusarium pathogens; at least one DNA template; at least one buffer; at least one polymerase; deoxynucleotide triphosphates; MgCl2; forward primer, reverse primer and probe for the internal control and sterile bi-distilled water. The invention also relates to a process for the simultaneous detection of Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium avenaceum, Fusarium acuminatum, Fusarium culmorum and Fusarium graminearum from biological samples.
