[0015] The following is a description of certain embodiments of the present disclosure in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0016] In certain embodiments, unless otherwise asserted, the term "connection" should be understood in a relatively broad sense, for example, it may be an electrical connection, or it may be the internal connection of two components, it may be directly connected, or it may be indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. For ordinary technicians in the technical field, the meaning of the term may be understood according to particular circumstances.

[0017] In certain embodiments, the terms "first\second\third" when applicable are employed to distinguish similar objects, and do not necessarily represent a particular order for the objects. It may be understood that "first\second\third" may be interchanged in a particular order or sequence where permitted. The objects distinguished by "first\second\third" may be interchanged where appropriate, so that the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented in an order other than those illustrated or described herein.

[0018] In certain embodiments, the present disclosure provides an electronic, described in view of FIG. 1 to FIG. 7.

[0019] In certain embodiments, the electronic device includes: a first body 100, a connection assembly 400, a second body 200 and a deformable screen 300. The connection assembly 400 includes a panel group 410, and the panel group 410 includes at least four flat panels; the second body 200 is connected to the first body 100 through the connection assembly 400; the deformable screen 300 includes a first part 310 supported onto the first body 100 and a second part320 supported onto the second body 200, and a deformable part 330 positioned between the first part 310 and the second part 320.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 5, when the first body 100 and the second body 200 are in the first device posture through the connection assembly 400, the panel group 410 of the connection assembly 400 constitutes a flat surface for supporting the deformable part 330 in the first state. At this time, the deformable part 330 in the first state is in a flat state based on the flat surface support.

[0021] When the first body 100 and the second body 200 are ata second device posture through the connection assembly 400, the panel group 410 of the connection assembly 400 generates an accommodation space for accommodating and protecting the deformable part 330 in the second device state. In certain embodiments, the accommodation space includes a polygonal space formed of at least four panels; the polygonal space formed by the panel group 410 may make the deformable part 330 in the second device state in the shape of a teardrop shape or U-shape, thereby preventing the deformable part 330 from being damaged due to bending of dead corners.

[0022] When the electronic device changes between the first device posture and the second device posture, each flat panelin the panel group 410 of the connection assembly 400 switches between the flat surface and the accommodation space based on the corresponding motiontrack of each flat panel.

[0023] In certain existing technologies, the electronic device may include a door panel structure and a deformable screen structure; the deformation area of the deformable screen structure may be supported by the door panel structure. However, during use, some door panel structures do not move adaptively, and the door panel structure does not stably support the deformation area of the deformable screen structure, making the adaptability of the electronic device poor. For example, the passive door panel in the electronic device does not move with the relative movement of the two main bodies of the electronic device. The passive door panel contacts some structures atan angle to force the passive door panel to move; at this time, since the passive door panel does not move all the time, the passive door panel may not adapt to the deformation of the deformation area of the deformable screen structure, so that the deformation area of the deformable screen structure has a large contact force with the passive door panel, or the deformation area of the deformable screen structure is spaced from the passive door panel. The passive door panel does not stably protect the deformation area of the deformable screen structure. For example, when the electronic device falls, when the contact force between the passive door panel and the deformationarea of the deformable screen structure is large, under the action of the impact force, the passive door panel may damage the deformation area of the deformable screen structure. When the distance between the passive door panel and the deformation area of the deformable screen structure is large, under the action of the impact force, the deformation area of the deformable screen structure may move around and cause a large displacement, which makes it easy to damage the deformation area of the deformable screen structure in these existing technologies.

[0024] In certain embodiments of the present disclosure, when the electronic device changes between the first device posture and the second device posture, each panel in the panel group 410 of the connection assembly 400 switches between a formation of a flat surface and a formation of the accommodation space based on the corresponding motion track of each panel. At this time, each panel may adapt to the deformation of the deformable part 330 and move, and each panel and the deformable part 330 may maintain a relatively stable positional relationship. During the process of the electronic device changing between the first device posture and the second device posture, each panel may protect the deformable part 330 of the deformable screen 300.

[0025] In certain embodiments, the term "flat panel" does not necessarily refer to a panel being mathematically flat or geometrically flat; rather, the term "flat" refers to a state of the panel being less curved than the state of the deformable part 330 of the deformable screen 300 when the deformable part 330 is at a deformed position, such as when the deformable part 330 is at the second device posture.

[0026] In certain embodiments, when the electronic device falls during the change between the first device posture and the second device posture, since each panel and the deformable part 330 may maintain a relatively stable positional relationship, at this time, through the limiting effect of each panel, the deformable part 330 is not be greatly deformed, thereby preventing the deformable part 330 from being damaged due to excessive deformation of the impact force during the fall.

[0027] In certain embodiments, the structure of the electronic device is not limited. For example, the electronic device may be a laptop. For another example, the electronic device may be a mobile phone. For another example, the electronic device may be a game console.

[0028] In certainembodiments, the structure of the first body 100 is not limited. For example, the first body 100 may be a plate-shaped structure. For another example, the first body 100 may be a frame-shaped structure.

[0029] In certain embodiments, the structure of the second body 200 is not limited. For example, the second body 200 may be a plate-shaped structure. For another example, the second body 200 may be a frame-shaped structure.

[0030] As an example, the first body 100 and the second body 200 are two bodies of a laptop computer. As another example, the first body 100 and the second body 200 are two bodies of a folding mobile phone.

[0031] In certain embodiments, the deformable screen 300 is flexible or deformable. The first part 310 of the deformable screen300 may be fixedly connected to the first body 100 by means of snap connection, bonding, or the like. The second part 320 of the deformable screen 300 may be fixedly connected to the second body 200 by means of snap connection, bonding, or the like. The deformable part 330 of the deformable screen 300 is not fixed so that the deformable part 330 of the deformable screen 300 may be adaptively deformed.

[0032] The first device posture may be that the first body 100 and the second body 200 are in a flattened state, at which point the angle betweenthe first body 100 and the second body 200 may be 180 degrees plus or minus operational allowance in degrees, such as plus or minus 5 to 10 degrees. Here, the first body 100 and the second body 200 may meet the coplanar condition, at which point the first body 100 and the second body 200 may be co-planar or substantially co-planar.

[0033] In the first device posture, the panel group 410 of the connection assembly 400 forms a flat surface, and the flat surface is used to support the deformable part 330 in the first state. At this time, the deformable part 330 is in a flat state, and the deformable screen 300 as a whole is a larger flat screen 300, so that the user may watch videos or input information through the larger flat screen 300.

[0034] The second device posture may be that the first body 100 and the second body 200 are in a folded state, and at this time, the angle between the first body 100 and the second body 200 may be 0 degrees plus or minus operational allowance in degrees, such as plus or minus 5 to 10 degrees. Here, the first body 100 and the second body 200 may be stacked together to facilitate the storage and carrying of the electronic device.

[0035] In the second device posture, the panel group 410 of the connection assembly 400 constitutes an accommodation space, and the deformable part may be at least partly received and hence protected within the accommodation space. Since the accommodation space includes a polygonal space composed of at least four panels, at this time, the deformable part 330 in the second state may form a smooth arc structure. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the deformable part 330 in the second state is in a water drop shape; for another example, the deformable part 330 in the second state is in a U shape, so that the accommodation space may prevent the deformable part from being crushed due to excessive local deformation. The accommodation space may protect the deformable part 330 in the second state, and prevent the deformable part from being damaged by foreign objects during the process of storing and carrying the electronic device.

[0036] In certain embodiments, the deformable part 330 changes between the first state and the second state as the electronic device changes between the first device posture and the second device posture; each of the at least four panels in the panel group 410 contacts the deformable part 330 in the second state.

[0037] In certain embodiments, since at least four panels are in contact with the deformable part 330 in the second state, the shape of the deformable part 330 may be stably in the second state; since at least four panels are in contact with the deformable part 330 in the second state, the deformable part 330 in the second state may be prevented from being damaged due to excessive deformation when encountering a large impact force. As an example, a user walks with an electronic device in the second device posture, and the electronic device in the second device posture falls to the ground. The electronic device in the second device posture may otherwise encounter a large impact force with the ground. Since at least four panels are in contact with the deformable part 330 in the second state, at least four panels together may offset or absorb the impact force otherwise encountered by the deformable part 330 in the second state, thereby preventing the deformable part 330 in the second state from shaking and deforming significantly due to the impact force.

[0038] In certain embodiments, not all but only one, two, or three of the at least four plates in the panel group 410 may contact the deformable part 330 in the second state, and the remaining plates in the at least four plates in the panel group 410 may also have a small gap with the deformable part 330 in the second state so not directly contacting the deformable part 330. Since the gap between the remaining plates and the deformable part 330 in the second state is small, the problem of large shaking and deformation of the deformable part 330 in the second state due to the impact force may be prevented. As an example, two plates in the panel group 410 are in contact with the deformable part 330 in the second state, and the other two plates in the panel group 410 have a small gap with the deformable part 330 in the second state.

[0039] In certain embodiments, the panel group 410 may include at least: a first panel group and a second panel group. The first panel group may include at least two first panels 411; the second panel group may include at least two second panels 412; where the first panel 411 is rotatably connected to the second panel 412; since the first panel 411 is rotatably connected to the second panel 412, when the electronic device changes between the first device posture and the second device posture, there may be force transmission between the first panel 411 and the second panel 412, so that the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 may move in the corresponding motion track to adapt to the deformation of the deformable part 330 and reduce the distance between the flat panel and the deformable part 330.

[0040] The number of the first panels 411 is not limited. For example, the first panel group may include two first panels 411. The number of the second panels 412 is not limited. For example, the second panel group may include two second panels 412.

[0041] The relative positional relationship between the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 is not limited. For example, the two second panels 412 are positioned between the two first panels 411. The two first panels 411 are positioned close to the body side, the first body 100 and / or the second body 200, and the two second panels 412 are positioned away from the body side. As an example, one of the two first panels 411 is arranged adjacent to the first body 100, the other of the two first panels 411 is arranged adjacent to the second body 200, and the two second panels 412 are arranged adjacent to each other, so that the deformable screen 300 is jointly supported by the first body 100, one first flat panel 411, one second panel 412, another second panel 412, another first panel 411 and the second body 200. For another example, two first plates 411 are positioned between two second panels 412. The two second panels 412 are positioned close to the body side, and the two first plates 411 are positioned away from the body side. As an example, one of the two second panels 412 is arranged adjacent to the first body 100, and the other of the two second panels 412 is arranged adjacent to the second body 200. The two first plates 411 are arranged adjacent to each other, so that the deformable screen 300 is supported by the first body 100, one second panel 412, one first panel 411, another first panel 411, another second panel 412, and the second body 200.

[0042] In certain embodiments, when the panel group 410 forms a polygonal space, the rotational connection between the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 corresponds to the tangent point of the arc surface of the deformable part 330 in the second state, so that the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 may stabilize the shape of the deformable part 330 in the second state.

[0043] In certain embodiments, the first panel 411 defines that the portion of the deformable part 330 in the second state and the second panel 412 defines that the portion of the deformable part 330 in the second state are positioned on opposite sides of the first plane K, so that the shape of the deformable part 330 in the second state is stable. The first plane K is the plane where the maximum thickness dimension of the deformable part 330 in the second state is positioned, as shown in FIG. 7; the first plane K may be perpendicular to the rotation axis.

[0044] In certain embodiments, the contact portion of the first panel 411 with the deformable part 330 in the second state and the contact portion of the second panel 412 with the deformable part 330 in the second state are positioned on opposite sides of the first plane K. In certain embodiments, the contact portion of the first panel 411 with the deformable part 330 in the second state and the portion with the smallest distance between the second panel 412 and the deformable part 330 in the second state are positioned on opposite sides of the first plane K. As another example, the portion with the smallest distance between the first panel 411 and the deformable part 330 in the second state and the portion with the smallest distance between the second panel 412 and the deformable part 330 in the second state are positioned on opposite sides of the first plane K.

[0045] In certain embodiments, when the panel group 410 forms a polygonal space, the first flat panel group provides a deformation force so that the deformable part 330 is in the second state, and the second flat panel group provides protection for the deformable part 330 in the second state. The second flat panel group may not provide a deformation force for the deformable part 330 in the second state. The second flat panel group and the deformable part 330 in the second state may be in contact or may have only a small gap, so that the second flat panel group is only used to stabilize the shape of the deformable part 330 in the second state and prevent the deformable part 330 in the second state from being greatly deformed or shaking with a large displacement under the impact force.

[0046] In certain embodiments, the first panel group is positioned near the body side, and the second panel group is positioned away from the body side. For example, the first panel group may include two first panels 411, and the second panel group may include two second panels 412, one of the two first panels 411 is positioned adjacent to the first body 100, the other of the two first panels 411 is positioned adjacent to the second body 200, and the two second panels 412 are positioned between the two first panels 411 and adjacent to each other; when the panel group 410 forms a polygonal space, the deformable part 330 in the second state is in a folded shape, and in order to transform the deformable part 330 in the first state from a flat shape to a folded shape, the two first panels 411 adjacent to the body provide a deformation force to the deformed portion so that the deformation force forms a folded second state; since the deformed portion has formed a folded second state based on the deformation force provided by the first panel 411, the second panel 412 functions to stabilize the shape of the deformed portion in the second state to prevent the shape of the deformed portion in the second state from being unstable and shaking when the electronic device falls, and the second panel 412 does not necessarily need to provide a deformation force to the deformed portion in the second state to reduce the force point of the deformed portion in the second state.

[0047] In certain embodiments, the second flat panel group may provide protection for the deformable part 330 in the second state, and provide a smaller deformation force for the deformable part 330 in the second state, so that the deformable part 330 in the second state may reach a set shape.

[0048] In certain embodiments, when the panel group 410 forms a polygonal space, the first panel group and the second panel group may both provide protection for the deformable part 330 in the second state. The first panel group and the second panel group do not provide deformation force to the deformable part 330 in the second state. In the second device posture, the first part 310 and the second part 320 of the deformable screen 300 are stacked together based on the first body 100 and the second body 200. The deformable part 330 of the deformable screen 300 may form a shape based on the relative position relationship between the first part 310 and the second part 320 of the deformable screen 300. This shape may be the same as the shape of the deformable part 330 in the second state. No external force is required to deform the deformable part 330. Protection is provided for the deformable part 330 in the second state through the first panel group and the second panel group.

[0049] In certain embodiments, the first panel group and the second panel group may both contact the deformable part 330 without providing deformation force. When the electronic device falls, the impact force at the deformable part 330 may be absorbed or offset by the first panel group and the second panel group. The first panel group and the second panel group may also have a small gap with the deformable part 330. When the electronic device falls, the first panel group 411 and the second panel 412 may absorb or offset most of the impact force at the deformable part 330, thereby preventing the deformable part 330 from deforming with a large displacement. In certain embodiments, only one of the first panel group and the second panel group may contact the deformable part 330 without providing a deformation force, and the other may have a small gap with the deformable part 330.

[0050] In certain embodiments, the connection assembly 400 may also include: a control group 420, which corresponds to the panel group 410, so that each flat panel in the panel group 410 switches between the formation of a flat surface and the formation of accommodation space based on the corresponding motion track of each flat panel.

[0051] The structure of the control group 420 is not limited. As long as the electronic device changes between the first device posture and the second device posture, the control group 420 may enable each panel in the panel group 410 to switch between the flat surface and the accommodation space based on the motion of the corresponding motion track of each tablet.

[0052] In certain embodiments, the control group 420 includes: a first group of motion tracks, a first group of motion components corresponding to the first group of motion tracks, a second group of motion tracks, a second group of motion elements corresponding to the second group of motion tracks, a first group of guide tracks, and at least two rotation arms.

[0053] The first group of motion tracks may include at least two first motion tracks 421, the first motion tracks 421 are supported onto or in certain instances connected to the first panel 411, and the first motion tracks 421 and the deformable part 330 are positioned on the two opposite sides of the first panel 411; the surface of one side of the first panel 411 is used to support the deformable part 330 of the deformable screen 300, and the first motion track 421 on the other side of the first panel 411 is used to define the motion track of the first panel 411, and the first group of motion components includes at least two first motion elements 423; at least two first motion elements 423 are arranged on at least two arm bodies, and at least one first motion arm 431 of the at least two arm bodies may be arranged on the first position arm 441 in a translational manner; at least one second motion arm 432 of the at least two arm bodies may be arranged on the second position arm 442 in a translational manner; The first position arm 441 is connected to the first body 100; the second position arm 442 is connected to the second body 200; the first motion element 423 cooperates with the first motion track 421, so that the first panel 411 may move based on the first motion track 421 and adapt to the deformation of the deformable part 330.

[0054] In certain embodiments, at least one first motion track 421 is connected to the other side of each first panel 411.

[0055] In certain embodiments, the distance between the end of the first motion track 421 close to the base 401 and the first panel 411 is smaller than the distance between the end of the first motion track 421 away from the base 401 and the first panel 411; so that in the process of switching the electronic device from the first device posture to the second device posture, the first panel 411 moves both in the first direction away from the base 401 and away from the deformable part 330, thereby providing a larger space for the deformable part 330 to adapt to the deformation of the deformable part 330 and prevent the deformable part 330 from being crushed.

[0056] The shape of the first motion track 421 is not limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the first motion track 421 may be an arc track, where the first panel 411 may move more smoothly based on the first motion track 421. As an example, the first motion track 421 is a non-circular arc track. The first motion track 421 may be an elliptical arc track. As shown in FIG. 5, the first motion track 421 may be a straight track.

[0057] In certain embodiments, each arm body is provided with at least one first motion element 423, that is, the first motion arm 431 is provided with at least one first motion element 423, and the second motion arm 432 is provided with at least one first motion element 423.

[0058] In certain embodiments, the first position arm 441 is connected to the first body 100, and the second position arm 442 is connected to the second body 200; when the first body 100 and the second body 200 rotate relative to each other, the first position arm 441 and the second position arm 442 rotate relative to each other, the first position arm 441 pushes the first motion arm 431 to rotate, and the second position arm 442 pushes the second motion arm 432 to rotate, and the first motion element 423 on the first position arm 441 and the first motion element 423 on the second position arm 442 slide in the first motion track 421 respectively, so as to drive the first panel 411 to move based on the first motion track 421.

[0059] The shape of the first motion element 423 is not limited. For example, the first motion element 423 may slide and rotate in the first motion track 421. As an example, the first motion element 423 may be a columnar structure, so that the first motion element 423 may slide smoothly in the first motion track 421 and rotate in the first motion track 421. The first motion element 423 may be connected to the arm body by bonding, welding, or the like; the first motion element 423 and the arm body may be different parts of the same structural member. For example, the first motion element 423 and the arm body may be formed into an integral structure by injection molding.

[0060] In certain embodiments, the first motion arm 431 may be arranged on the first position arm 441 in a translatable manner through a slide rail and a slideway. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the first motion arm 431 is provided with a first slideway 4411, and a part of the first motion arm 431 is inserted into the first slideway 4411, so that the first motion arm 431 may be arranged on the first position arm 441 in a translatable manner. The second motion arm 432 may be arranged on the second position arm 442 in a translatable manner through a slide rail and a slideway. As shown in FIG. 2, the second motion arm 432 is provided with a second slideway 4421, and a part of the second motion arm 432 is inserted into the second slideway 4421, so that the second motion arm 432 may be arranged on the second position arm 442 in a translatable manner.

[0061] In certain embodiments, the first position arm 441 and the first body 100 may be connected to each other by bonding, clamping, or a threaded structure, and the second position arm 442 and the second body 200 may be connected to each other by bonding, clamping, or a threaded structure.

[0062] The second group of motion tracks includes at least two second motion tracks 422, and the second motion tracks 422 and the deformable part 330 are positioned on the back sides of the second panel 412: the first group of second motion tracks 422 and the second group of second motion tracks 422 of the at least two second motion tracks 422 are arranged on the base 401 at intervals along the first direction; the first motion arm 431 and the second motion arm 432 are positioned on the opposite sides of the base 401 in the first direction, and are rotatably connected to the base 401 respectively; the surface of one side of the second panel 412 is used to support the deformable part 330 of the deformable screen 300, and the second motion track 422 on the other side of the second panel 412 is used to limit the motion track of the second panel 412; the second group of motion elements includes at least two second motion elements 424, and the second motion element 424 is connected to the second panel 412. The second motion element 424 cooperates with the second motion track 422 to enable the second panel 412 to move based on the second motion track 422 and adapt to the deformation of the deformable part 330.

[0063] In certain embodiments, the first panel 411 is rotationally connected to the second panel 412. The second panel 412 may rotate relative to the first panel 411, and the position of the rotation center of the second panel 412 is determined; the angle of rotation of the second panel 412 relative to the first panel 411 is determined by the cooperation of the second motion element 424 and the second motion track 422, that is, the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 are rotationally connected to define the rotation axis of the second panel 412, and the second motion element 424 and the second motion track 422 cooperate to define the rotation angle of the second panel 412 relative to the rotation axis; The second motion element 424 cooperates with the second motion track 422 to enable the second panel 412 to move, so that during the movement of the first body 100 relative to the second body 200, the second panel 412 and the deformable part 330 may have a relatively stable position relationship. For example, during the movement of the first body 100 relative to the second body 200, the distance between the second panel 412 and the deformable part 330 is less than a first set value. The first set value is configured such that the second panel 412 and the deformable part 330 are just in contact or there is a small gap between the second panel 412 and the deformable part 330.

[0064] The first group of the at least two second motion tracks 422 corresponds to the second panel 412 on the first body 100 side, and the second group of the at least two second motion tracks 422 corresponds to the second panel 412 on the second body 200 side. The first motion arm 431 and the second motion arm 432 may be rotatably connected to the base 401 through a rotating shaft structure.

[0065] In certain embodiments, the first group of second motion tracks 422 and the second group of second motion tracks 422 of the at least two second motion tracks 422 are arranged on the base 401 at intervals along the first direction; the first group of second motion tracks 422 and the second group of second motion tracks 422 may be opened on the base 401, and the first group of second motion tracks 422 and the second group of second motion tracks 422 may be processed and formed, so as to ensure the relative position relationship between the first group of second motion tracks 422 and the second group of second motion tracks 422. The accuracy of the relative position relationship between the second panel 412 based on the movement of the first group of second motion tracks 422 and the second panel 412 based on the movement of the second group of second motion tracks 422 may thus be improved, so that in the first device posture, the two second panels 412 may be rendered flatter to reduce the height difference between the two second panels 412.

[0066] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, and in certain embodiments, the distance between the end of the second motion track 422 close to the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 is smaller than the distance between the end of the second motion track 422 far from the first panel 411 and the second panel 412; so that in the process of switching the electronic device from the first device posture to the second device posture, the second panel 412 moves both in the first direction away from the base 401 and close to the deformable part 330, so that the second panel 412 may adapt to the shape of the deformable part 330, reduce the distance between the second panel 412 and the deformable part 330, and provide protection for the deformable part 330 in the second state through the second panel group. When the electronic device switches from the first device posture to the second device posture, since the first panel 411 drives the second panel 412 to move a certain distance away from the deformable part 330, the end of the second panel 412 away from the first panel 411 may move toward the deformable part 330, so that the rotation connection between the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 corresponds to the tangent point of the arc surface of the deformable part 330 in the second state.

[0067] The shape of the second motion track 422 is not limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the second motion track 422 may be an arc track, where the second panel 412 may move more smoothly based on the second motion track 422. As an example, the second motion track 422 is a non-circular arc track. The second motion track 422 may be an elliptical arc track. As shown in FIG. 5, the second motion track 422 may be a straight track. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the first direction N1 is perpendicular to the axis of rotation. The axis of rotation refers to the axis of relative rotation between the first body 100 and the second body 200. The first group of first motion tracks 421, a first panel 411, the first group of second motion tracks 422, a second panel 412, the first motion arm 431 and the first position arm 441 are positioned on the side of the first body 100, and the second group of first motion tracks 421, another first panel 411, the second group of second motion tracks 422, another second panel 412, the second motion arm 432 and the second position arm 442 are positioned on the side of the second body 200, so that during the rotation of the first body 100 relative to the second body 200, the first panel 411, the second panel 412, the first motion arm 431, the first position arm 441 and the first body 100 move relative to the base 401, and the other first panel 411, the other second panel 412, the second motion arm 432, the second position arm 442 and the second body 200 move relative to the base 401.

[0068] The shape of the second motion element 424 is not limited. For example, the second motion element 424 may slide and rotate in the second motion track 422. As an example, the second motion element 424 may be a columnar structure so that the second motion element 424 may slide smoothly in the second motion track 422 and rotate in the second motion track 422. The second motion element 424 may be connected to the second panel 412 by bonding, welding, or the like; the second motion element 424 and the second panel 412 may be different parts of the same structural member. For example, the second motion element 424 and the second panel 412 may be formed into an integral structure by injection molding.

[0069] The first group of guide tracks includes at least two first guide tracks, and the first guide tracks and the deformable part 330 are positioned on the back sides of the second panel 412; the first group of first guide tracks 451 and the second group of first guide tracks 452 of the at least two first guide tracks are arranged at intervals on the base 401 along the first direction. The first end of the first rotation arm 461 of at least two rotation arm bodies cooperates with the first group of first guide tracks 451, and the second end of the first rotation arm 461 is rotatably arranged on the first position arm 441; the first end of the second rotation arm 462 of at least two rotation arm bodies cooperates with the second group of first guide tracks 452, and the second end of the second rotation arm 462 is rotatably arranged on the second position arm 442, so as to provide a guiding effect for the relative movement of the first position arm 441 and the second position arm 442 through the cooperation of the first guide track and the rotation arm body.

[0070] The shape of the first guide track is not limited. For example, the first guide track is an arc rail. As an example, the first guide track may be a circular arc rail.

[0071] The shape of the first end of the first rotation arm 461 is not limited. For example, the first end of the first rotation arm 461 is curved. As an example, the first end of the first rotation arm 461 is arc-shaped. When the first end of the arc-shaped first rotation arm 461 is inserted into the arc-shaped first guide track, the first position arm 441 is rotatably connected to the fixing member.

[0072] The shape of the first end of the second rotation arm 462 is not limited. For example, the first end of the second rotation arm 462 is curved. As an example, the first end of the second rotation arm 462 is arc-shaped. When the first end of the arc-shaped second rotation arm 462 is inserted into the arc-shaped first guide track, the second position arm 442 is rotatably connected to the fixing member.

[0073] During the movement of the first body 100 relative to the second body 200, the first position arm 441 and the second position arm 442 move relative to each other, the first end of the first rotation arm 461 slides in the first group of first guide tracks 451, the second end of the first rotation arm 461 rotates adaptively relative to the first fixed wall, the first end of the second rotation arm 462 slides in the second group of first guide tracks 452, and the second end of the second rotation arm 462 rotates adaptively relative to the second fixed wall. The first position arm 441 and the second position arm 442 move relative to the base 401 based on the trajectory defined by the first guide track.

[0074] In certain embodiments, the control group 420 may include: a second group of guide tracks and a guide assembly that cooperates with the second group of guide tracks. Through the cooperation of the guide assembly and the second group of guide tracks, the movement trajectory of the first flat panel 411 may be further limited, so that the first flat panel 411 has a more stable movement trajectory.

[0075] The second group of guide tracks may include at least two second guide tracks, and the second guide tracks and the deformable part 330 are positioned on the opposite sides of the first flat panel 411: the first group of second guide tracks 453 of the at least two second guide tracks are arranged on the first position 441, and the second group of second guide tracks 454 of the at least two second guide tracks are arranged on the second position 442.

[0076] In certain embodiments, the surface of one side of the first panel 411 is used to support the deformable part 330 of the deformable screen 300, and the first motion track 421 and the second guide track on the other side of the first panel 411 are used together to define the motion track of the first flat panel 411, so as to make the motion track of the first panel 411 more stable.

[0077] In certain embodiments, the distance between the end of the second guide track close to the base 401 and the first panel 411 is smaller than the distance between the end of the second guide track away from the base 401 and the first panel 411; so that in the process of switching the electronic device from the first device posture to the second device posture, the first panel 411 moves both in the first direction away from the base 401 and away from the deformable part 330, thereby providing a larger space for the deformable part 330 to adapt to the deformation of the deformable part 330 and prevent the deformable part 330 from being crushed.

[0078] In certain embodiments, at least one second guide track is connected to or supported on the other side of each first panel 411.

[0079] The shape of the second motion track 422 is not limited. For example, the second guide track may be an arc track. As an example, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the second guide track may be an arc track, so that the first panel 411 moves along a determined trajectory relative to the base, thereby ensuring the smooth movement of the first panel 411.

[0080] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, and in certain embodiments, the first group of second guide tracks 453 may be directly opened on the first position arm 441, and the second group of second guide tracks 454 may be directly opened on the second position arm 442. Of course, the first group of second guide tracks 453 can also be opened on the structural member on the first position arm 441, and the second group of second guide tracks 454 may be opened on the structural member on the second position arm 442.

[0081] The guide assembly includes at least two guide members 455, and the guide members 455 and the first panel 411 may be connected to each other by bonding or welding. The guide members 455 and the first panel 411 may be different parts of a structural member. A guide member 455 may be connected to the other side of each first panel 411. The guide member 455 is inserted into the corresponding second guide track to achieve the collaboration of the guide assembly and the second group of guide tracks.

[0082] The shape of the guide member 455 is not limited. For example, the guide member 455 may be arc-shaped, so that the guide member 455 inserted into the second guide track provides a stable motion trajectory for the first panel 411. As an example, the guide member 455 may be in an arc shape.

[0083] The second guide track may be an arc-shaped track. When the guide member 455 is in an arc shape, the first panel 411 is rotatably connected to the base. The first panel 411 may rotate relative to the base, and the position of the rotation center of the first panel 411 is determined; the first motion element 423 cooperates with the first motion track 421 to determine the rotation angle of the first panel 411 relative to the position, that is, the axis of the second guide track is the rotation axis of the first panel 411, and the first motion element 423 cooperates with the first motion track 421 to limit the rotation angle of the first panel 411 relative to the rotation axis; the first motion element 423 cooperates with the first motion track 421. The first panel 411 may be made to move along a certain trajectory, so that during the movement of the first body 100 relative to the second body 200, the first panel 411 and the deformable part 330 may have a stable relative position relationship. For example, during the movement of the first body 100 relative to the second body 200, the distance between the second panel 412 and the deformable part 330 is less than the second set value. The second set value is configured such that the first panel 411 and the deformable part 330 are just in contact, or the second set value satisfies that there is a small gap between the first panel 411 and the deforming part 330, or the second set value satisfies that the first panel 411 provides a deformation force for the deforming part 330.

[0084] In certain embodiments, during the rotation of the first body 100 relative to the second body 200, the first body 100 moves relative to the second body 200 through the trajectory defined by the first set of guide tracks, the first panel moves through the trajectory defined by the first set of motion tracks and the second set of guide tracks, and the second panel moves through the trajectory defined by the second set of motion tracks.

[0085] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the electronic device is in the process of switching from the first device posture to the second device posture. When the first body 100 rotates relative to the second body 200, the first body 100 rotates relative to the base 401 along the first group of first guide tracks 451 through the first rotation arm 461, and moves away from the base 401. The first body 100 drives the first motion arm 431 to move together through the first position arm 441. The first motion arm 431 moves both relative to the first body 100 and relative to the base 401. The first panel 411 moves based on the sliding of the guide member 455 in the first group of second guide tracks 453 on the first position arm 441 and the movement of the first motion element 423 on the first motion arm 431 in the first group of first moving rails 421. Since the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 are rotatably connected, the first panel 411 drives the second panel 412 to move away from the base 401. The second panel 412 rotates relative to the first body 100 and moves based on the movement of the second motion element 424 in the first group of second motion tracks 422. In certain embodiments, the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 are both positioned on the side of the first body 100. Here, the movement on the side of the second body 200 is similar. When the first body 100 rotates relative to the second body 200, the second body 200 rotates relative to the base 401 along the second group of first guide tracks 452 through the second rotation arm 462 and moves away from the base 401. The second body 200 drives the second motion arm 432 to move together through the second position arm 442. The second motion arm 432 not only moves relative to the second body 200 but also rotates relative to the base 401. The first panel 411 is based on the guide member 455. The first panel 411 and the second panel 412 are rotatably connected, and the first panel 411 drives the second panel 412 to move away from the base 401. At the same time, the second panel 412 rotates relative to the first body 100 and moves based on the movement of the second motion element 424 in the second group of second motion tracks 422. Here, the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 are both positioned on the second body 200 side.

[0086] In the process of switching the electronic device from the second device posture to the first device posture, the movement process of the first body 100 and the second body 200 is similar to the process of switching the electronic device from the first device posture to the second device posture, which will not be repeated here. The control group 420 may not include: the second group of guide tracks and the guide assembly. The first panel 411 moves based on the trajectory defined by the first group of motion assemblies and the first motion track 421. Alternatively, the control group 420 may not include the first group of motion tracks and the first group of motion elements. The first panel 411 may move based on the trajectory defined by the second group of guide tracks and the guide elements.

[0087] When the control group 420 includes the first set of motion tracks and the second set of guide tracks, the motion tracks of the first flat panel 411 and the second panel 412 are determined so that the first flat panel 411 and the second panel 412 may be stably in a suitable position to protect the deformable part 330 during the switching process from the first device posture to the second device posture.

[0088] FIG. 6 is a motion principle diagram of the control group 420 including the first set of motion tracks and the second set of guide tracks, where A is a rotatable rotation pair of the first motion arm 431 and the base 401, and E is a slidable sliding pair of the first motion arm 431 and the first panel 411 through the first motion track 421 and the first motion element 423, where the first motion element 423 may translate and rotate in the first motion track 421; B is a rotating pair of the first rotation arm 461 and the base 401 that may be rotated, C is a rotating pair of the first rotation arm 461 and the first position arm 441 that may be rotated, D is a translation pair of the first motion arm 431 and the first position arm 441 that may be translated, F is a rotating pair of the first panel 411 and the first position arm 441 that may be rotated, G is a rotating pair of the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 that are rotationally connected, H is a sliding pair of the second panel 412 that is slidingly connected to the base 401 through the first group of second motion tracks 422 and the second motion element 424, where the second motion element 424 may translate and rotate in the second motion track 422. In certain embodiments, the degrees of freedom of the control group 420 are: F=3×N-2×Pl-1×Ph=3×5-2×6-1×2=1, N is the number of structural parts, the structural parts are the first motion arm 431, the first panel 411, the second panel 412, the first position arm 441 and the first steering arm body, a total of 5 structural parts, Pl is the number of low pairs, P1 is the A rotation pair, B rotation pair, C rotation pair, D translation pair, F rotation pair and G rotation pair, a total of 6 low pairs, Ph is the number of high pairs, Ph is the sliding pair at E and the sliding pair at H, a total of 2 high pairs; since the control group 420 has only one degree of freedom, at this time, the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 both have a determined motion trajectory.

[0089] In certain embodiments, when the user flips the first body, when the first position arm 441 has power input for flipping movement based on the first body, the first position arm 441 drives the first motion arm 431 to rotate around the rotation center A of the first motion arm 431 during the flipping process; the first panel 411 and the first position arm 441 are hinged together by the rotating pair F, so the rotation of the first position arm 441 will also drive the first panel 411 to rotate, and the first panel 411 and the first motion arm 431 have a slidable high pair E between the first motion track 421 and the first motion element 423, and the EF line determines the deflection movement of the first panel 411; the second panel 412 is hinged together with the first panel 411 by the rotating pair G, so the rotation of the first panel 411 may transmit power to the second panel 412, and the second panel 412 and the base 401 have a sliding high pair H through the first group of second motion tracks 422 and the second motion element 424, and the GH line determines the deflection movement of the second panel 412. In summary, the movement is driven by user flipping. In certain embodiments, because the system degree of freedom is 1, the movement form is unique and will not conflict with each other. The movement of the first panel 411 is jointly driven by the movement of the first position arm 441 and the first motion arm 431, and the movement of the second panel 412 is driven by the first panel 411.

[0090] In certain embodiments, the connection assembly 400 may also include: a control group 420 and a damping group. The control group 420 corresponds to the panel group 410, so that the panel group 410 may be adaptively moved during the movement of the first body 100 relative to the second body 200 through the control group 420; the damping group is spaced apart from the panel group 410, and the damping group and the control group 420 are spaced apart in the axial direction, so that the damping group provides a damping force for the relative movement of the first body 100 and the second body 200, and the damping group does not affect the movement of the panel group 410.

[0091] In certain embodiments, the connection assembly 400 may not include a damping group. The control group 420 may provide a damping force for the movement of the first body 100 relative to the second body 200. For example, a damping structure is provided between the first motion track 421 and the first motion element 423. For another example, a damping structure is provided between the second motion track 422 and the second motion element 424. For another example, a damping structure is provided between the first guide track and the rotation arm body. For another example, a damping structure is provided between the second guide track and the guide assembly. The form of the damping structure is not limited. For example, the damping structure may include a deformable thin elastic sheet. For another example, the damping structure may include a friction protrusion.

[0092] In certain embodiments, description of the control group 420 stated elsewhere in this disclosure is not repeated here for brevity.

[0093] In certain embodiments, the structure of the damping group is not limited, as long as it may provide a damping force and does not affect the movement of the control group 420.

[0094] For example, the damping group may include: a shaft assembly, a first connector, and a second connector. The shaft assembly may include: at least two connecting shafts; adjacent connecting shafts of at least two connecting shafts are rotatably connected; when the first body 100 rotates relative to the second body 200, the angle change between the first body 100 and the second body 200 may be accommodated by relative rotation of adjacent connecting shafts.

[0095] Two adjacent connecting shafts may be respectively connected with gears, and the adjacent gears are meshed so that the adjacent connecting shafts may be matched and connected through the gear set. The meshed gears may provide damping force for the relative rotation of the adjacent connecting shafts. Damping plates may be provided on the adjacent connecting shafts so that the damping plates on the connecting shafts may provide damping force for the relative rotation of the rotating shaft assembly.

[0096] The number of connecting shafts of the rotating shaft assembly is not limited. For example, the rotating shaft assembly may include four connecting shafts. For another example, the rotating shaft assembly may include six connecting shafts.

[0097] The first end of the first connecting member may be cooperatively connected to the first connecting shaft on the first side of the at least two connecting shafts, or may be fixedly connected, so that the first connecting member may drive the first connecting shaft to rotate; the second end of the first connecting member may be slidably set on the first position arm 441, and the first position arm 441 is connected to the first body 100; the second end of the first connecting member may be slidably set on the first position arm 441 through a slide structure or a slide rail structure, so that the second end of the first connecting member slides relative to the first position arm 441 to adapt to the displacement of the first body 100 moving away from or close to the base 401 during the relative movement of the first body 100 and the second body 200; The displacement of the first body 100 moving away from or close to the base 401 may be offset by the sliding of the second end of the first connecting member relative to the first position arm 441.

[0098] The first end of the second connecting member may be matched and connected with the second connecting shaft on the second side of the at least two connecting shafts, or may be fixedly connected, so that the second connecting member may drive the second connecting shaft to rotate; the second end of the second connecting member may be slidably arranged on the second position arm 442; the second position arm 442 is connected to the second body 200; the second end of the second connecting member may be slidably arranged on the second position arm 442 through a slide structure or a slide rail structure, so that the second end of the second connecting member slides relative to the second position arm 442 to adapt to the displacement of the second body 200 moving away from or close to the base 401 during the relative movement of the first body 100 and the second body 200; the displacement of the second body 200 moving away from or close to the base 401 may be offset by the second end of the second connecting member sliding relative to the second position 442.

[0099] In certain embodiments, in the process of switching the electronic device from the first device posture to the second device posture. When the first body 100 rotates relative to the second body 200, the first body 100 rotates relative to the base 401 along the first group of first guide tracks 451 through the first rotation arm 461 and moves away from the base 401. The first body 100 drives the first motion arm 431 and the first connecting member to move together through the first position arm 441. The first connecting member not only slides relative to the first body 100 but also drives the first connecting shaft to rotate. The first connecting shaft drives the connecting shaft in the rotating assembly to rotate to provide a damping force. The first motion arm 431 not only translates relative to the first body 100 but also moves relative to the position arm 441. The base 401 rotates, and the first panel 411 moves based on the guide member 455 sliding in the first group of second guide tracks 453 on the first position arm, and the first motion element 423 on the first motion arm 431 moves in the first group of first motion tracks 421. Since the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 are rotatably connected, the first panel 411 drives the second panel 412 to move away from the base 401. The second panel 412 rotates relative to the first panel 411 and moves based on the second motion element 424 moving in the first group of second motion tracks 422. In certain embodiments, the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 are both positioned on the first body 100 side. The movement of the second body 200 side is similar. When the first body 100 rotates relative to the second body 200, the second body 200 rotates relative to the base 401 along the second group of first guide tracks 452 through the second rotation arm 462 and moves away from the base 401. The second body 200 drives the second motion arm 432 and the second connecting member to move together through the second position arm 442. The second connecting member not only slides relative to the second body 200 but also drives the second connecting shaft to rotate. The second connecting shaft drives the connecting shaft in the rotating assembly to rotate to provide a damping force. The second motion arm 432 is not only relative to the second body 200, but also drives the second connecting shaft to rotate. The first panel 411 moves based on the guide member 455 sliding in the second set of second guide tracks 454 on the second position arm 442 and the first motion element 423 on the second motion arm 432 moving in the second set of first motion tracks 421. Since the first panel 411 and the second panel 412 are rotatably connected, the first panel 411 drives the second panel 412 to move away from the base 401. The second panel 412 rotates relative to the first panel 411 and moves based on the second motion element 424 moving in the second set of second motion tracks 422. The first panel 411 and the second panel 412 are both positioned on the second body 200 side.
