[0010] The present invention relates to the hinge wedge, which serves as a ramp support in addition to protecting the hinges positioned on the rear panel or rear bollard of the vehicle against impacts in trailer and semi-trailer type vehicles, which meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.
[0011] Based on the known state of the art, the object of the present invention is to increase the resistance of the developed hinge wedge against impacts by producing it from solid material and to ensure that it also functions as a ramp support.
[0012] The object of the present invention is to enable the door hinge shaft to be mounted by means of the bearing located on the hinge wedge.
[0013] Another object of the present invention is to enable horizontal spanset mounting thanks to the slot in the hinge wedge.

CLAIMS1. A Hinge wedge (10), in trailer and semi-trailer type vehicles, mounted on a rear bollard (23) to protect hinges (24) positioned on a rear panel (20) or the rear bollard (23) of the vehicle against impacts, characterized by comprising;- A shaft bearing (11) positioned on which a rear door (22) hinge shaft is mounted;A mounting slot (12), which is positioned in the middle to prevent the end of the horizontal spanset from hitting the rear door (22) during the installation of the horizontal spanset and the opening and closing of the rear door (22).
2. Hinge wedge (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it is made of solid material to serve as both ramp support and the hinge (24) protection during the vehicle's reversing.
