Description

Dispenser for solid cosmetic product Technical field of the invention The present invention pertains to the technical field of hygiene and cosmetics, specifically to a dispenser of a solid cosmetic product. Background of the Invention Today, the need to preserve the environment is fully recognized, and therefore, in all sectors there is a search for ecological and environmentally friendly alternatives. In the hygiene and cosmetics sector, following this trend, solid cosmetic products have been developed, such as hand and body gels, shampoos, facial cleansers and masks, which reduce waste and minimize environmental impact because one of their advantages, among others, is a significant reduction in water consumption, as well as the fact that they do not require plastic packaging. This product is sold in solid form and for its use, one can proceed in a first, less recommended way, consisting of first moistening the area of the body on which it is intended to act, moistening the solid product tablet and, subsequently, rubbing the tablet in the hands or on the part of the body to which it is intended, so that part of the product comes off and can be used. While this method of use is the simplest, it's not the most suitable. Wetting the tablet each time you use it makes the product sticky and slippery. Furthermore, leaving the product damp until the next use causes it to lose its effectiveness and accumulate dirt. Furthermore, the user does not control the amount of product they acquire each time they wet and rub the tablet, resulting in uncontrolled use. To solve this problem, solid pill dispensers appeared on the market that allow the storage of one or more pills and a precise dosage of the product by scoring the pill, which allows a part of it to be pulverized so that the user can apply it more uniformly and effectively to the desired part of the body. These dispensers are simpler and much more hygienic to use, as the user doesn't come into contact with the product tablet but instead receives the correct amount of powder or grated product directly into their hand. This is especially important when the product will be used by more than one person. However, existing dispensers have certain drawbacks, as they are very complex and, in most cases, very bulky to hold several tablets, with multiple parts that increase the weight of the dispenser and complicate its use. These are usually inefficient dispensers that rely on the weight of the product itself as the pressure force on the grater, so when the last unit is running out or the number of product units simply decreases, not enough pressure is exerted on the grater, so even if the dispenser is activated, no powdered product comes out, or an insufficient amount comes out even though there is still product inside. Another problem with these dispensers is the contact of the tablets with the outside environment, which allows moisture and dust to act on the product, putting its preservation and duration at risk. Furthermore, the grater that these dispensers usually have is made up of a metal piece that is also affected by the presence of moisture, causing it to oxidize, which will subsequently affect the dispensed product if the rust comes into contact with the product tablet. These dispensers are unsafe for use in public facilities where measures are needed to prevent theft of the contents. However, they are not entirely safe for private use either, as safety measures are also required to prevent access by children, which most dispensers also fail to meet. There is no single dispenser that is suitable for all uses and that meets certain safety and internal product maintenance requirements. Description of the invention The dispenser for solid cosmetic product presented herein comprises means for fixing to a support surface, a product containment body, and means for sliding a grater in contact with a product surface for dosing the product in powder form. The means of fixing to a support surface comprise a first base with a first face suitable for contact with the support surface and first screw elements. Furthermore, the containment body of this dispenser comprises a housing that has an interior hollow space that allows the containment of one or more units of solid cosmetic product and that has an entry and exit opening for the product units at a first and second opposite end of the housing respectively. Furthermore, the containment body comprises a second base that features airtight fastening means to the first end of the housing, coupling means to the first base with a locking element for the coupling position between both bases. Likewise, the containment body comprises means for pushing the product units towards the second end of the casing. The dispenser for solid cosmetic product proposed here represents a significant improvement over the state of the art. This is because it results in a very simple and intuitive dispenser that anyone can use. The dosing operation is straightforward, requiring only one simple step: pressing to scrape and release a dose of product. This simplicity improves efficiency and user satisfaction, as the required amount of product can be obtained with just two touches. A major advantage of this dispenser is its airtight seal, which protects the product tablets from both moisture and direct air, ensuring their preservation and quality throughout the product's lifespan. At the same time, the hollow interior of the casing, which holds the solid product, is easily accessible and allows for quick and hassle-free refills. Furthermore, thanks to the fact that the containment body has a locking element for the coupling between the first and second bases, it is guaranteed that the product units remain in place until use, preventing possible theft by third parties in public places, or improper access by children in public and private places. An unlocking element is required to access the product inside, which increases product security. Another advantage of this dispenser is that the grater is made of plastic, specifically designed to prevent rust from contact with moisture. This ensures the hygiene and durability of the grating tool and, therefore, the product itself, as well as its safety. The grating means are very precise, thus ensuring that the product tablet is used to the fullest, reducing waste and guaranteeing high product yield. The dispenser is designed to be robust and lightweight, making it easy to install and handle. The dispenser's design conforms to the shape of the hand, allowing for comfortable and effortless use. The curves and textures have been carefully crafted to provide a pleasant user experience. Aesthetically, the dispenser is elegant and professional, suitable for both private use and for use in offices, gyms, hotels, and other institutions. All its parts are accessible and removable, making cleaning and maintenance incredibly easy. Furthermore, the materials used are resistant to wear and common chemicals. These materials consist of recyclable plastics in the external components and recycled plastic in the internal components, making sustainability a key feature of this dispenser's design. Another added advantage is that it has a visual indicator that informs the user of the level of solid product units inside, facilitating maintenance and ensuring that the dispenser is always ready for use. It is therefore a very effective dispenser for solid cosmetic products, which allows for a safe dispenser that is easy to use, assemble and refill, guaranteeing the use of the product in perfect condition by creating a watertight seal and is suitable for public or private use, thanks to its small size and aesthetic and ergonomic shape. In this dispenser, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the means of fixing to a support surface comprise a first base (3) with a first face (3.1) suitable for contact with the support surface and first screw elements (not shown in the Figures). As can be seen in Figures 1, 2, 5, 8, 9.1 and 9.2, the containment body (1) comprises a housing (4) having an internal hollow space (5) that allows the containment of one or more units of solid cosmetic product. This internal hollow space (5) comprises an inlet and outlet opening (6.1, 6.2) for the product units at opposite first and second ends (4.1, 4.2) of the housing (4), respectively. The containment body (1) also features a second base (7) comprising airtight clamping means to the first end (4.1) of the housing (4), coupling means to the first base (3) with a locking element for the coupling position between the first and second base (3, 7), as shown in Figures 2, 5, 6, 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3. In addition, the containment body (1) has means for pushing the product units towards the second end (4.2) of the housing (4), as shown in Figure 2. In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the grater (2) is made of plastic. Furthermore, the sliding means for the grater (2) comprise a support (8) for the grater (2) fixed to the outer face of the second end (4.2) of the housing (4), as shown in Figures 2 and 10. The grater (2) is positioned covering the entire outlet opening (6.2) and in contact with the surface of a product unit located in said outlet opening (6.2). The grater (2) of this dispenser has been specifically designed in plastic, with teeth (9) on its surface that allow the solid product to be pulverized, as shown in Figures 11, 12.1, and 12.2. The grating means also comprise a device for driving the movement of the grater (2) in contact with the product unit. In this preferred embodiment, the support (8) of the grater (2) comprises lateral guides (10), shown in Figures 2 and 10, which allow the grater (2) to slide inside in both directions of the same direction. The actuating means consist of a push button (11) connected to the support (8) of the grater (2) by means of first springs (12), as shown in Figure 2, where the upper end (2.1) of the grater (2) is fixed to said push button (11). As can be seen in Figures 13.1 and 13.2, the push button has holes for fixing the grater (2) by means of third screw elements (13.3) and fastening elements (14) for the first springs (12). As shown in Figures 1, 2, 14.1 and 14.2, in this preferred embodiment of the invention the dispenser comprises a front cover (15) for the grater support (8) (2) with means for attaching it to said support (8). The lower end (15.1) of the front cover (15) has a dispensing opening (16) that allows the grated solid product to exit. In this embodiment, the push button (11) is arranged on the upper end (15.2) of the front cover (15), but in other embodiments the push button (11) is arranged as a covering of the entire front cover (15). In other embodiments, the support (8) of the grater (2) comprises a circular guide that allows the grater (2) to rotate within it. In this case, the drive means consist of a rotating lever connected to the grater (2). According to another aspect, the coupling means of the second base (7) to the first base (3) comprise L-shaped projections (17) emerging from a second face (3.2) of the first base (3), opposite the first face (3.1), as shown in Figures 4.1 to 4.3, and tabs (18) emerging from a first face (7.1) of the second base (7) capable of fitting into said projections (17) for a coupling position. The way in which the protrusions (17) and the tabs (18) are arranged allows the second base (7) to be moved over the first base (3) from top to bottom for the assembly of the tabs (18) on said protrusions (17) to achieve a coupling position between both bases. Furthermore, as can be seen in Figures 6, 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3, in this preferred embodiment, the locking element for the coupling position consists of a tab (19) connected to the second base (7). This tab has an additional wedge-shaped projection (20) at its end, oriented towards the first face (7.1) of the second base (7) and centered at the lower end of the second base (7). A groove (21) is located in the first base (3) corresponding to the additional projection (20) in the coupling position, allowing the additional projection (20) to engage. The fact that the additional projection (20) is connected to the second base (7) by a tab (19) facilitates a slight movement of the additional projection (20) in a direction perpendicular to the second base (7), allowing it to engage in the groove (21). In this case, the dispenser also comprises unlocking means consisting of an access channel (22) to the slot (21) which, as shown in Figures 3, 4.1 and 4.3, is located at the lower end of the first base (3), and connected to the slot (21) perpendicular to it, and an independent key (23), which can be seen in Figures 15.1 and 15.2, such that the channel (22) allows the key (23) to slide into the slot (21) to unlock the additional projection (20). Thus, when the key (23) is inserted into the channel (22), this key (23) reaches the end of the channel (22) where the slot (21) is located and upon reaching it pushes the additional projection (20) which generates an upward displacement of the second base (7) with respect to the first base (3), disassembling the projections (17) of the second base (7) with respect to the tabs (18) of the first base (3), thereby separating both bases. In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the means for pushing the product units are formed by a second spring (24) with a first end (24.1) connected by means of a connecting element (27) to the second base (7) and a second end (24.2) connected to a pushing surface (25) capable of being in contact with the product units to move them towards the outlet opening (6.2), as shown in Figure 2. As can be seen in Figures 1, 2, 5, and 8, at least one side of the casing (4) has a window (26) that allows visual access to the hollow interior (5). This makes it possible to know how much product remains for use and to refill it when necessary. In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the means for securing the first end (4.1) of the housing (4) to the second base (7) are formed by second screw elements (13.2). According to another aspect, in this preferred embodiment, the solid cosmetic product (not shown) has a cylindrical shape and the hollow space (5) inside has a circular section suitable for containing the product. In other embodiments, the solid cosmetic product may have a prismatic shape with a square or rectangular cross-section and the hollow space (5) inside has a cross-section similar to that of the product.
