Abstract
Description
[0001] CENTRAL AND MANUAL UNLOCKING MECHANISM IN VEHICLES
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The present invention relates to an unlocking mechanism that enables conventional door handles located on vehicle doors in vehicles to operate in an integrated manner with the central lock.
[0004] The invention provides a more ergonomic use by a large internal space.
[0005] State of the Art
[0006] For the door handles of vehicles, handles designed according to its place are used both inside and outside. There is a door mechanism that allows the doors to be opened. In existing applications, there is sufficient space in the doors for conventional door handles, central lock motor and lock mechanism, and central unlocking process can be achieved by utilizing push / pull effects in different axes. Especially in mini vehicles, the systems applied to conventional vehicles cannot be used in narrow spaces due to the lack of sufficient mounting and movement space. The use of these systems in mini vehicles results in a lot of space loss and ergonomic inefficiency.
[0007] As a result, due to the inadequacy of the solutions to meet the needs described above, a development in the relevant technical field has become necessary.
[0008] Brief Description of Invention
[0009] The invention is inspired by existing situations and aims to solve the above-mentioned problems.
[0010] The purpose of the present invention is to unlock the door by means of a handle mechanism front plate which transmits the necessary drive for unlocking the door by moving the central lock drive part with the help of a rotating part mounted on the door lock cylinder. Another purpose of the invention is to provide a more ergonomic use with a large internal space.
[0011] Another purpose of the invention is that it can be used in both traditional door handles and central locking systems.
[0012] Another purpose of the invention is to be economical.

[0029] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0030] In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the inventive system are described only for the purpose of better understanding the subject matter. The invention comprises a door lock plate (1) carrying the mechanism on it, an outer door handle (2) for opening the door, lock closing plate (3), which prevents the door from opening by staying between a door lock pin (3.1.) and a lock bolt (3. 2) with the movement it receives from the central lock motor (4), the central lock motor (4) that activates and deactivates the central lock system, the inner door handle (5) that allows the door to be opened from inside the cabin, the locking mechanism (6) that keeps the door closed in a locked position, the handle mechanism front plate (7) that transmits the necessary drive for unlocking the door and the lock cylinder (8) that allows the doors to be locked and unlocked via a mechanical key. It drives the lock closing plate (3) at the end of the outer door handle (2), which is mounted on the door lock plate (1) and connected to the lock cylinder (8) and brings the central lock motor (4) to the open position and unlocks. After the door is closed and locked again, by pressing the inner door handle (5), the movement is transmitted to the locking mechanism (6) with the handle mechanism front plate (7) and the lock is unlocked.
Claims
CLAIMS1. An unlocking mechanism which enables opening and closing of handles (2, 5) of vehicles (10), characterised by comprising:• lock closing plate (3), which prevents door from opening by staying between door lock pin (3.1.) and lock bolt (3.2.) via movement received from central lock motor (4),• the central lock motor (4) that activates and deactivates the central locking system,• locking mechanism (6) that keeps the door closed in a locked position, • handle mechanism front plate (7), which transmits necessary drive for opening the door lock.
2. The unlocking mechanism according to claim 1 , characterized in that the unlocking mechanism can be used in both conventional door handles and central locking systems.
