When people with stable, unique states and the ability to remain incorruptible were born, this pattern was not studied or made public. This state of affairs persists to this day. Churches are almost exclusively populated by women of retirement age. Young people, with rare exceptions, are absent.Pregnant women attend church occasionally, but they should be the majority. After baptism, children are not encouraged to regularly participate in church services. Yet, the period of intrauterine development is the most important in a person's life. The birth of the prophet Moses serves as proof of the importance of intrauterine development. He was born and breastfed by his mother. He was then adopted by the daughter of an Egyptian pharaoh. However, at the age of 80, he conversed with God and performed miracles. From the age of three, after his adoption, his lifestyle changed dramatically, but this had no spiritual impact. The importance of intrauterine development is also evidenced by the lack of births of people with stable, unique conditions during life. This may be due to the lack of continuous prayer during the intrauterine development of offspring.

Safety for those practicing the Phenomenon method and for those around them is guaranteed by the Gospel: "You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name, He may give you. This I command you, that you love one another." (John 15:16) If love is present, the Phenomenon will manifest; if love is absent, the Phenomenon will not manifest.

Scientists will make discoveries and inventions in all fields of science without unnecessary experimentation. An example is M.V. Lomonosov's prediction about the presence of water in the atmosphere of Venus when illuminated by the sun from the opposite side, creating a rainbow halo around the star. Law enforcement agencies will have officers who can quickly recover from serious injuries. Society will be filled with law-abiding citizens, eliminating the need for a law enforcement apparatus. At the cellular level, the cause of disease will disappear. Everyone will be healthy. Athletes will be unrivaled. And so on.
