Description

A highly efficient sealing container structure Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the field of sealed container structure technology, and in particular to a highly efficient sealing container structure. Background Technology

[0002] The sealing methods used in various containers commonly used in food and beverage retail stores are flawed. These containers often use tear-off labels to indicate that they have not been opened; however, this non-full-seal method cannot guarantee a tight seal once the lid is closed, it only indicates that the lid has not been fully opened. Another common practice is to seal the food or beverage in plastic film using high-temperature pressing. However, this method is not only inconvenient for consumers to open, but may also release plasticizers due to the high temperature, posing a potential health threat to consumers, especially children. In addition, this method is unhygienic and aesthetically pleasing, and increases additional equipment and tooling costs as well as packaging time.

[0003] A search revealed Chinese patent application number 202222471151.8, which discloses a milk tea cup, including a cup body, a lid, a sealing ring, a lid latching plate, and a cup body latching plate. The sealing ring is disposed on the lid. The lid latching plate is disposed on the sealing ring. The cup body latching plate is disposed on the cup body. The lid latching plate and the cup body latching plate are correspondingly latched. The milk tea cup in the aforementioned document has the following shortcomings: although it meets the requirements for holding milk tea, its sealing ability is insufficient, and in practical applications, it cannot effectively detect whether the cup has been opened, thus requiring further improvement. Summary of the Invention

[0004] The purpose of this invention is to address the shortcomings of existing technologies by proposing a highly efficient sealing container structure.

[0005] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:

[0006] A highly efficient sealing container structure, comprising:

[0007] The container body has an outward-flaring container edge on its top outer side.

[0008] The container lid has an annular rim on the outer bottom of the lid that fits the edge of the outward-folding container. The inner bottom of the annular rim has multiple spaced elastic locking parts. When the container lid is installed on the container body, the elastic locking parts engage with the inner bottom of the outward-folding container edge to achieve a sealed structure.

[0009] An annular limiting part is provided on the outer side of the annular cover edge to restrict the annular cover edge from deforming outward. The annular limiting part is a closed-loop structure and is provided with a brittle fracture groove that is easy to break. A pull handle is provided near the brittle fracture groove of the annular limiting part. The brittle fracture groove breaks the closed loop of the annular limiting part, thereby releasing the restriction on the annular cover edge.

[0010] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the top of the container lid is provided with a lid baffle, and a semi-enclosed groove is provided between the outer side of the lid baffle and the container lid.

[0011] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner side of the bottom edge of the outward-folding container is provided with intermittently distributed reinforcing ribs between the container body and the outer edge.

[0012] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the container lid is replaced with an inner lid and an outer lid, wherein the inner lid has an inner edge on the outer side of its bottom, and the inner edge is adapted to the edge of the outward-folding container; the outer lid is slightly larger than the inner lid, and an annular edge is provided on the outer side of the bottom of the outer lid; the annular edge of the outer lid is engaged with the inner side of the bottom of the outward-folding container edge by an elastic locking part, and the inner edge is located between the annular edge and the edge of the outward-folding container, thereby realizing the assembly of the outer lid, the inner lid, and the container body;

[0013] Among them, there are one or more brittle fracture grooves, which are set on the edge of the annular cover. When there are multiple brittle fracture grooves, they are distributed in a spaced manner on the outer side of the annular cover.

[0014] The outer cover is provided with a folding part, and the bottom inner side of the outer cover is provided with a folding groove for easy folding. The folding part is folded based on the folding groove. The inner cover is provided with a first opening, and the folding part of the outer cover is provided with a first sealing part that matches the first opening. The detachable first sealing part is inserted into the first opening to achieve a seal.

[0015] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the annular limiting part is replaced by an integral connection to the inner side of the annular cover edge, and two brittle connecting parts are provided in the middle of the annular limiting part, and the middle part of the two brittle connecting parts is connected to the folding part.

[0016] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the top of the inner cover is provided with a cavity, and the inner wall of the bottom of the outer cover is provided with a locking strip that matches the cavity; when the outer cover is closed, the locking strip is engaged in the cavity.

[0017] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the outer cover is provided with a protruding buckle, and the folding part of the outer cover is provided with a fastening part adapted to the protruding buckle, the protruding buckle being located on the folding trajectory of the fastening part; when the folding part is folded, the protruding buckle and the fastening part are engaged to fix the folding part in the open state.

[0018] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner cover is provided with a guide portion, which is located outside the first opening and has a U-shaped or C-shaped structure.

[0019] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner cover is replaced with a sealing film, which is then sealed to the top of the container body.

[0020] As a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the outer cover is replaced with an inner cover connected by a connecting piece, the two ends of which are respectively connected to the edges of the outer cover and the inner cover;

[0021] The annular limiting part is replaced by a part located on the inner side of the top edge of the annular cover. The annular limiting part is connected to the baffle part, and the baffle part and the annular limiting part form a closed loop structure. A brittle groove is provided at the connection between the annular limiting part and the baffle part.

[0022] The folding part is replaced by a part on both sides of the outer cover. A side hook is provided on one side of the folding part, and the position of the side hook is adapted to the baffle part. A first sealing part is provided on one folding part, and a second sealing part is provided on the other folding part. A second opening adapted to the second sealing part is provided on the inner cover.

[0023] The annular cover edge and the outer cover body are replaced with a separate design. The outer cover body is detachably fastened to the inner cover body. When the annular cover edge is fastened to the inner side of the outward-folding container edge of the container body through the elastic locking part, the annular cover edge covers the outer side of the inner cover edge and the outward-folding container edge, and the baffle part is inserted into the side hook part, so as to realize the combination and fixation of the outer cover body, the inner cover body and the container body.

[0024] The beneficial effects of this invention are as follows:

[0025] 1. This invention, by setting up a container body, a container lid, and an annular limiting part, can achieve a sealed structure based on the cooperation of the elastic locking part and the outward-folding container edge. At the same time, the design of the annular limiting part can also play a reinforcing role, preventing the elastic locking part from detaching from the outward-folding container edge and improving the structural strength. In addition, due to the setting of a brittle-break groove and other structures, during disassembly, the annular limiting part can be destroyed by breaking the brittle-break groove, thereby releasing the deformation restriction on the annular lid edge, so that force can be applied to deform the annular lid edge, causing the elastic locking part to detach from the outward-folding container edge, thus completing the disassembly.

[0026] 2. In the solution of the present invention, the brittle groove needs to be broken during disassembly. This process is irreversible, so it is easy to distinguish whether the container structure has been opened. In addition, even if the annular limiting part is broken, the container lid can still be engaged with the outward-folding container edge based on the elastic locking part, thus preserving the sealing ability and improving practicality.

[0027] 3. By setting a cover baffle and a semi-enclosed groove, the present invention can fold the cover baffle downward or upward by destroying the semi-enclosed groove, thereby facilitating use.

[0028] 4. This invention employs a multi-layered lid structure with an inner and outer lid. During use, the folding section can be folded based on the folding groove, exposing the first opening for easy access. Alternatively, the outer lid can be removed directly, or both the inner and outer lids can be removed together, offering high flexibility. Removing the outer lid requires breaking the brittle groove, allowing users to easily observe whether the container has been opened, enhancing its practicality. Furthermore, due to the inherent structural strength of the annular lid edge, a certain sealing capability is maintained through the elastic locking part and the snap-fit of the outward-folding container edge, facilitating multiple uses.

[0029] 5. By setting up a brittle-break connecting part and other structures, since the folding part is connected to the annular limiting part, when it needs to be opened, the brittle-break connecting part must be broken to cause the annular limiting part to break. In this way, it is easy to identify whether the container has been opened and used, thus improving its practicality.

[0030] 6. By setting a split annular cover edge, the present invention can break the baffle part through a brittle groove when it is needed to open, thereby releasing the restriction of the hook part on the opposite side, so that the folding part can be opened for use; in addition, the breaking of the baffle part makes the annular cover edge easier to deform, thereby making it easy to remove the annular cover edge from the edge of the outward-folding container; this method can help users distinguish whether the container has been opened, thus improving practicality.

[0031] 7. Because the outer cover and inner cover are connected by a connecting piece, the outer cover can be opened for use as needed, or the connecting piece can be broken to remove the outer cover; this solution provides a variety of different ways of use and is highly flexible. [0042] The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

[0043] Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below. Examples of these embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are only used to explain the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

[0044] Example 1: A highly efficient sealing container structure, as shown in Figures 1-3, includes:

[0045] The container body 1 has an outwardly flared container edge 9 on its top outer side;

[0046] The container lid 3 has an annular cover edge 5 on the outer bottom of the container lid 3 that is adapted to the outward-folding container edge 9. The inner bottom of the annular cover edge 5 has multiple spaced elastic locking parts 8. When the container lid 3 is installed on the container body 1, the elastic locking parts 8 are engaged with the inner bottom of the outward-folding container edge 9 to achieve a sealed structure.

[0047] An annular limiting part 2 is provided on the outside of the annular cover edge 5 to restrict the annular cover edge 5 from deforming outward. The annular limiting part 2 has a closed-loop structure and is provided with a brittle fracture groove 6 that is easy to break. A pull handle 7 is provided near the brittle fracture groove 6 of the annular limiting part 2. The closed loop of the annular limiting part 2 is destroyed by the fracture of the brittle fracture groove 6, thereby releasing the restriction on the annular cover edge 5.

[0048] By setting up structures such as the container body 1, container lid 3, and annular limiting part 2, the structure can be sealed based on the cooperation of the elastic locking part 8 and the outward-folding container edge 9. At the same time, the design of the annular limiting part 2 can play a reinforcing role, preventing the elastic locking part 8 from disengaging from the outward-folding container edge 9, thus improving the structural strength. In addition, due to the setting of structures such as the brittle-break groove 6, during disassembly, the annular limiting part 2 can be destroyed by breaking the brittle-break groove 6, thereby releasing the deformation restriction on the annular lid edge 5, so that force can be applied to deform the annular lid edge 5, causing the elastic locking part 8 to disengage from the outward-folding container edge 9, thus completing the disassembly.

[0049] This solution requires breaking the brittle groove 6 during disassembly, and this process is irreversible, thus making it easy to distinguish whether the container structure has been opened. In addition, even if the annular limiting part 2 is damaged, the container lid 3 can still engage with the outward-folding container edge 9 based on the elastic locking part 8, preserving the sealing ability and improving practicality.

[0050] For ease of use; as shown in Figure 1, the top of the container cover 3 is integrally provided with a cover baffle 4, and a semi-enclosed groove 11 is provided between the outer side of the cover baffle 4 and the container cover 3.

[0051] By setting the cover baffle 4 and the semi-enclosed slot 11, the cover baffle 4 can be folded down or up by breaking the semi-enclosed slot 11, thus facilitating use.

[0052] To enhance structural strength and robustness, as shown in Figure 3, reinforcing ribs 10 are integrally provided between the inner bottom of the outward-folding container edge 9 and the container body 1 in a spaced manner.

[0053] By setting reinforcing ribs 10, the structural strength can be improved, preventing the outward deformation of the container edge 9 from causing structural loosening and thus improving reliability.

[0054] The container structure, the container body 1 and the container lid 3 can be adapted cup-shaped, bucket-shaped, bowl-shaped, box-shaped structures. From a top view, the overall structure can be circular, elliptical, square, rectangular or other polygonal structures. The container lid 3 can be an upwardly raised or downwardly recessed structure, as well as other shapes, etc., which will not be elaborated here.

[0055] During assembly, the container structure allows the container body 1 and the container lid 3 to move closer to each other, or to move closer to each other from one side to the other, so that the elastic locking part 8 can be fastened to the outward-folding container edge 9 to complete the installation between the container body 1 and the container lid 3.

[0056] In addition, when setting the annular limiting part 2, the annular limiting part 2 can be pre-connected with the annular cover edge 5 of the container cover 3 before the installation between the container body 1 and the container cover 3 is completed, or the installation between the container body 1 and the container cover 3 can be completed first, and then the annular limiting part 2 can be installed on the outside of the annular cover edge 5.

[0057] Other methods equivalent to the above are not elaborated here.

[0058] Example 2: A highly efficient sealing container structure, as shown in Figures 4 and 5. This example makes the following modifications based on Example 1: The container cover 3 is replaced with an inner cover 17 and an outer cover 18. The inner cover 17 has an inner cover edge 15 on its outer bottom side, which is adapted to the outward-folding container edge 9. The outer cover 18 is slightly larger than the inner cover 17, and an annular cover edge 5 is located on the outer bottom side of the outer cover 18. The annular cover edge 5 of the outer cover 18 is engaged with the inner bottom side of the outward-folding container edge 9 by an elastic engaging part 8, and the inner cover edge 15 is located between the annular cover edge 5 and the outward-folding container edge 9, thereby realizing the assembly of the outer cover 18, the inner cover 17, and the container body 1.

[0059] Among them, there are one or more brittle fracture grooves 6. The brittle fracture grooves 6 are set on the annular cover edge 5. When there are multiple brittle fracture grooves 6, the multiple brittle fracture grooves 6 are distributed in a spaced manner on the outside of the annular cover edge 5.

[0060] The outer cover 18 is provided with a folding part, and the bottom inner side of the outer cover 18 is provided with a folding groove for easy folding. The folding part is folded based on the folding groove. The inner cover 17 is provided with a first opening 14. The folding part of the outer cover 18 is provided with a first sealing part 20 that is adapted to the first opening 14. The detachable first sealing part 20 is inserted into the first opening 14 to achieve sealing.

[0061] By setting an inner cover 17 and an outer cover 18, a multi-layered cover structure is adopted. In use, the folding part can be folded based on the folding groove to expose the first opening 14 for easy use. Alternatively, the outer cover 18 can be removed directly for use, or the outer cover 18 and the inner cover 17 can be removed together for use, which is highly flexible. When removing the outer cover 18, the brittle groove 6 needs to be broken, which allows the user to directly observe whether the container has been opened, making it highly practical. Moreover, since the annular cover edge 5 itself has a certain structural strength, it can still maintain a certain sealing ability through the elastic locking part 8 and the snapping of the outward-folding container edge 9, which is convenient for repeated use.

[0062] For ease of use; as shown in Figure 6, the annular limiting part 2 is replaced with an integral connection to the inner side of the annular cover edge 5. Two brittle connecting parts 23 are provided in the middle of the annular limiting part 2, and the middle part of the two brittle connecting parts 23 is connected to the folding part.

[0063] By setting up a structure such as the brittle-break connecting part 23, since the folding part is connected to the annular limiting part 2, when it needs to be opened, the brittle-break connecting part 23 must be broken to cause the annular limiting part 2 to break. In this way, it is easy to identify whether the container has been opened and used, thus improving its practicality.

[0064] To improve reliability, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the inner cover 17 is provided with a cavity 16 at the top, and the bottom inner wall of the outer cover 18 is provided with a retaining strip 19 that matches the cavity 16; when the outer cover 18 is closed, the retaining strip 19 is engaged in the cavity 16.

[0065] For ease of use, as shown in Figure 4, the outer cover 18 is provided with a protruding buckle 12, and the folding part of the outer cover 18 is provided with a fastening part 22 that matches the protruding buckle 12. The protruding buckle 12 is located on the folding trajectory of the fastening part 22. When the folding part is folded, the protruding buckle 12 is engaged with the fastening part 22 to fix the folding part in the open state.

[0066] For ease of use; as shown in Figure 4, the inner cover 17 is provided with a guide portion 13, which is located outside the first opening 14 and has a U-shaped or C-shaped structure.

[0067] The container structure, the container body 1, the inner lid 17, and the outer lid 18 can be a cup-shaped, bucket-shaped, bowl-shaped, or box-shaped structure. From a top-down perspective, the overall structure can be circular, elliptical, square, rectangular, or other polygonal. The inner lid 17 and the outer lid 18 can be upwardly raised or downwardly recessed, as well as other shapes, etc., which will not be elaborated here.

[0068] During assembly, the container structure allows the container body 1, inner cover 17, and outer cover 18 to come close to each other, or to engage with one of them first and then with the last one, so that the elastic locking part 8 can be fastened to the outward-folding container edge 9 to complete the installation between the container body 1 and the inner cover 17 and outer cover 18.

[0069] Other methods equivalent to the above are not elaborated here.

[0070] Example 3: A highly efficient sealing container structure, as shown in Figure 6. This example is based on Example 2 with the following modifications: the inner cover 17 is replaced with a sealing film 21, which is sealed to the top of the container body 1; wherein the sealing film 21 is made of a material that is easily damaged, such as paper, plastic, etc.

[0071] Example 4: A highly efficient sealing container structure, as shown in Figures 7-9. This example makes the following modifications based on Example 2: the outer cover 18 is replaced by a connection between the outer cover 18 and the inner cover 17 via a connecting piece 28, with the two ends of the connecting piece 28 connected to the edges of the outer cover 18 and the inner cover 17, respectively.

[0072] The annular limiting part 2 is replaced by an integral part set on the inner side of the top of the annular cover edge 5. The annular limiting part 2 is connected to the baffle part 26. The baffle part 26 and the annular limiting part 2 form a closed loop structure. The brittle groove 6 is set at the connection between the annular limiting part 2 and the baffle part 26.

[0073] The folding part is replaced by two sides of the outer cover 18. One side of the folding part is provided with a side hook 24, and the position of the side hook 24 is adapted to the baffle part 26. The first sealing part 20 is provided on one folding part, and the other folding part is provided with a second sealing part 25. The inner cover 17 is provided with a second opening 30 adapted to the second sealing part 25.

[0074] The annular cover edge 5 and the outer cover body 18 are replaced with a separate configuration. The outer cover body 18 is detachably fastened to the inner cover body 17. When the annular cover edge 5 is fastened to the inner side of the outward-folding container edge 9 of the container body 1 by the elastic locking part 8, the annular cover edge 5 covers the outer side of the inner cover edge 15 and the outward-folding container edge 9, and the baffle part 26 is inserted into the side hook part 24, thereby realizing the combination and fixation of the outer cover body 18, the inner cover body 17 and the container body 1.

[0075] By setting a split annular cover edge 5, when it is necessary to open, the baffle part 26 can be broken by the brittle groove 6 to release the restriction of the hook part 24 on the opposite side, so that the folding part can be opened for use; in addition, the breaking of the baffle part 26 makes the annular cover edge 5 more easily deformable, so that the annular cover edge 5 can be easily removed from the edge 9 of the outward-folding container; this method can help users to distinguish whether the container has been opened, thus improving its practicality.

[0076] Furthermore, since the outer cover 18 and the inner cover 17 are connected by the connecting piece 28, the outer cover 18 can be opened for use as needed, or the connecting piece 28 can be broken to remove the outer cover 18; this solution provides a variety of different ways of use and is highly flexible in use.

[0077] The inner cover 17 is provided with an insert 29, and the outer cover 18 is provided with a slot 27 for inserting the insert 29.

[0078] By setting the insert 29 and the slot 27, the connection between the inner cover 17 and the outer cover 18 can be strengthened, preventing structural loosening and improving reliability.

[0079] The container structure, the container body 1, the inner lid 17, and the outer lid 18 can be a cup-shaped, bucket-shaped, bowl-shaped, or box-shaped structure. From a top-down perspective, the overall structure can be circular, elliptical, square, rectangular, or other polygonal. The inner lid 17 and the outer lid 18 can be upwardly raised or downwardly recessed, as well as other shapes, etc., which will not be elaborated here.

[0080] During assembly, the container structure allows the container body 1, inner cover 17, and outer cover 18 to be combined before installing the annular cover edge 5, or the annular cover edge 5 to be combined with the inner cover 17 and outer cover 18 before being installed on the container body 1, so that the elastic locking part 8 can be fastened into the outward-folding container edge 9 to complete the installation of the entire structure.

[0081] Other methods equivalent to the above are not elaborated here.

[0082] In addition, regarding the materials involved in Examples 1-4, apart from the sealing film 21, various elastic metals, plastics, starch, paper, wood, bio-based materials, etc. can be used; these will not be elaborated here.

[0083] The number and shape of the elastic engaging parts 8 are not limited; there can be two or more, or they can be a continuous structure or an intermittent arrangement.

[0084] The specific assembly process includes, but is not limited to, (fully automatic or semi-automatic) (assembly line) production assembly, manual assembly, assembly using various tools, and fully automated mechanical assembly, etc. Since it is not limited to one or more methods, it will not be listed in detail.

[0085] The specific molding methods for each component include, but are not limited to, molding during (fully automatic or semi-automatic) production (assembly line) processes (stamping, casting, injection molding, vacuum forming, blow molding, compression molding, etc.), manual production, manual production using various tools, fully automated mechanical production, etc. Since they are not limited to one or more methods, they will not be listed in detail.

[0086] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited thereto. Any equivalent substitutions or modifications made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technology disclosed in the present invention, based on the technical solution and inventive concept of the present invention, should be covered within the scope of protection of the present invention.
