Description

[0001] BOTTLE CONVEYING SYSTEM

[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD

[0003] The invention relates to a conveying system for conveying bottles in a bottle filling line along a production line, comprising at least a first holder and at least a second holder against which the bottles are leaned.

[0004] PRIOR ART

[0005] Conveyors in the bottle filling line are important components that ensure safe and continuous conveying of bottles from entrance to exit throughout the production process. These conveyors are generally used to guide bottles to the filling, capping, labeling, and packaging stages. The bottles are transferred from the input conveyor to the filling line, where the filling process is carried out, and then they are made ready for packaging by passing the final inspections through capping, labeling, and exit conveyors. However, the conveyors used in the filling line are optimized for a specific type of bottle.

[0006] Therefore, when bottles of different sizes and shapes have to be processed, it may be necessary to make changes to the conveyor settings. When different types of bottles arrive, the capacity of existing conveyor systems to convey, align or secure bottles may be insufficient. This leads to disruptions in the filling process. This can cause serious efficiency losses, especially in filling lines operating at high speed. In such a case, additional apparatus or other extra adjustment mechanisms may be required to adapt the conveyors along the line according to the type of bottle. In addition, the speed and alignment adjustments of the conveyors are constantly monitored and controlled to adapt to changing bottle sizes, reducing the overall efficiency of the filling line.

[0007] As a result, all the above-mentioned problems have made it imperative to make an innovation in the relevant technical field.

[0008] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a bottle conveying system for eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages and bringing new advantages to the relevant technical field.

[0009] An object of the invention is to provide an efficient bottle conveying system.

[0010] To achieve all the objects mentioned above and that will emerge from the following detailed description, the present invention is a conveying system for conveying bottles in a bottle filling line along a production line, comprising at least a first holder and at least a second holder against which the bottles are leaned. Accordingly, its novelty is that the first holder is connected to a first conveyor movable on a horizontal axis in order to grip bottles of different sizes, the second holder is connected to a second conveyor movable parallel to said first holder, it comprises at least a first drive element for moving the first conveyor, and it comprises at least a second drive element for moving the second conveyor. This ensures that the bottles are gripped evenly from both sides and conveyed safely and smoothly along the line.

[0011] A possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that said second holder is relatively shorter than the first holder. Thus, different sizes can be easily conveyed.

[0012] Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the first holder and the second holder lie perpendicular to the horizontal axis. This ensures that the bottles are secured on both sides and conveyed in a safer and more stable way.

[0013] Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that said first holder and second holder are in the form of a rectangular rod. This ensures that the bottles are gripped with a large surface area, allowing a tighter grip and preventing damage to the surfaces during conveyance.

[0014] Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one connection plate in the upper proximity of the first conveyor, which enables the connection of the filling group and the capping group. Thus, the installation of the filling group and the capping group is achieved.

[0015] Another possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that said connection plate comprises at least one mounting hole. This enables easy and simple mounting. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0016] Fig. 1 shows a representative isometric view of the conveying system of the invention.

[0017] Fig. 2 shows a representative front view of the conveying system of the invention.

[0018] Fig. 3 shows a representative top view of the conveying system of the invention.

[0019] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0020] In this detailed description, the subject of the invention is explained by way of example only for a better understanding of the subject, which shall not create any limiting effect.

[0021] Fig. 1 shows a representative isometric view of the conveying system of the invention. Accordingly, the conveying system (10) ensures that bottles are conveyed safely and stably along a production line. The conveying system (10) can be easily connected to the desired production line. The conveying system (10) comprises at least a first conveyor (20). The first conveyor (20) runs along the horizontal axis (I) and moves along the horizontal axis (I). The conveying system (10) comprises at least one connection plate (11). The connection plate (11) is located in the upper proximity of the first conveyor (20). The connection plate (11) runs along the conveyor and is parallel to the horizontal axis (I). The connection plate (11) comprises at least one mounting hole (111). The mounting hole (111) is aligned on the connection plate (11) at regular intervals and extends along the length of the connection plate (11). The mounting hole (111 ) is essentially a hole.

[0022] Fig. 2 shows a representative front view of the conveying system of the invention. Accordingly, at least one filling group (12) is connected to said connection plate (11). The filling group (12) provides the filling of bottles on the conveying system (10). At least one capping group (13) is connected to the connection plate (11). The capping group (13) tightly closes the caps of the filled bottles on the conveying system (10). The filling group (12) and the capping group (13) can be connected to the desired mounting holes (111) on the connection plate (11). In this way, the distance between the filling group (12) and the capping group (13) can be easily adjusted. The position of the filling group (12) or capping group (13) on the conveying system (10) can be easily changed on the mounting holes (111) depending on the size of the bottles or the requirements. Furthermore, thanks to the hollow mounting holes (111), additional filling group (12) and capping group (13) can be added. Depending on the size or speed of production on the conveying system (10), the operator can easily make changes.

[0023] The conveying system (10) comprises at least a second conveyor (30) parallel to the first conveyor (20). Said second conveyor (30) runs along the horizontal axis (I) and moves along the horizontal axis (I). The second conveyor (30) is located adjacent to the first conveyor (20). The second conveyor (30) is the one that is near the bottles. It comprises at least a first holder (21) extending from the first conveyor (20) to the bottles. It comprises at least a second holder (31) extending from the second conveyor (30) to the bottles.

[0024] Said second holder (31) is relatively shorter than the first holder (21). In this way, good balance and stability are achieved. The first holder (21) and the second holder (31) extend perpendicular to the horizontal axis (I). In this way, it provides a more stable and safe conveying of bottles. The second holder (31) and the first holder (21) are in the form of rectangular rods. In this way, they grip the bottle more tightly and securely. The rectangular rod form allows the first holder (21) and the second holder (31) to grip the bottles with a larger surface area. This form applies equal pressure to the surface of the bottles, preventing damage to the bottles and ensuring that the conveyance process takes place smoothly. The first holder (21) and the second holder (31) keep the bottles in a secured position, minimizing the risk of tipping over.

[0025] The first holder (21) is connected to a first conveyor (20) movable on the horizontal axis (I). The bottles are secured by leaning against this first holder (21). The first holder (21) is designed to ensure that bottles are held securely and moves on the horizontal axis (I) to accommodate bottles of all sizes.

[0026] The second holder (31) is mounted on a second conveyor (30) movable in parallel to the first holder (21). The second holder (31) is positioned to provide support from the other side of the bottles. Said second holder (31) is relatively shorter than the first holder (21) and ensures that the bottles are held securely on both sides. The shorter length of the second holder (31) and the longer length of the first holder (21) facilitate the securing of the bottles and increase the ability to adapt to the size of the bottles. The second holder (31) touches the surface of the bottles and moves the bottles along the line. The first holder (21) grips the bottle by performing the appropriate movement on the horizontal axis (I) for different bottle sizes.

[0027] Fig. 3 shows a representative top view of the conveying system of the invention. Accordingly, there is at least a first drive element (22) enabling the first conveyor (20) to be moved. This first drive element (22) moves the first conveyor (20) so that the first holder (21) moves at a uniform speed as it conveys the bottles along the line. The first holder (21) grips the bottles of the desired diameter by moving on the horizontal axis (I) with the drive it receives from the first drive element (22) for different bottle sizes. The bottles pushed by the second holder (31) are leaned against from the other side to ensure that the bottles are conveyed safely and securely.

[0028] Similarly, at least a second drive element (32) is provided for moving the second conveyor (30). This second drive element (32) allows the second holder (31) to move parallel to the first holder (21), making it possible for both holders to work in unison. This second drive element (32) controls the conveying speed of the bottles and conveys them along the conveyor at the desired speed. The first drive element (22) is connected at the corner of the conveying system (10) in its preferred embodiment. The second drive element (32) is connected to the corner opposite the first drive element (22) in its preferred embodiment. In this way, the movement of the first conveyor (20) and the second conveyor (30) takes place.

[0029] The scope of protection of the invention is specified in the appended claims and cannot be limited to what is described for illustrative purposes in this detailed description. It is clear that a person skilled in the art can produce similar embodiments in the light of what is explained above, without deviating from the main theme of the invention.
