Abstract

The present application provides an end cover assembly, an energy storage apparatus, and an electrical device. The end cover assembly comprises an end cover, an explosion-proof valve, a lower insulating member, a pole, and a lead. The end cover is provided with a first through-hole and an explosion-proof hole, and the first through-hole and the explosion-proof hole are spaced apart from each other. The explosion-proof valve is mounted on the end cover and covers the explosion-proof hole. The lower insulating member is provided with a second through-hole, and the second through-hole is in communication with the first through-hole. The lower insulating member is provided with a boss. The boss is located between the explosion-proof valve and the second through-hole and spaced apart from both the explosion-proof valve and the second through-hole, and is configured to abut against a battery cell assembly. The boss is provided with a first vent hole, and the first vent hole passes through the boss in the length direction of the lower insulating member. The pole passes through the first through-hole and the second through-hole. The lead is located on the side of the boss away from the explosion-proof valve and is fixedly connected to the pole.
