Abstract

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an anchor user equipment (UE) may monitor, at a first time during a first low-power wake-up signal (LP-WUS) occasion, for a first transmission of an LP-WUS transmitted by a network node, wherein the LP-WUS is associated with waking up a main radio (MR) of the anchor UE. The UE may receive, using a low-power wake-up radio (LP-WUR) at a second time and before an occurrence of a second LP-WUS occasion, a re-transmission of the LP-WUS, wherein the re-transmission of the LP-WUS is transmitted by a companion UE that detected the first transmission of the LP-WUS. Numerous other aspects are described.
