Dual-suction air conditioning system, control method for dual-suction air conditioning system, and electronic device

By employing a dual-cylinder compressor, dual expansion valves, and a dual-return design for the control valve, the problem of battery heat dissipation difficulties during indoor heating in air conditioning systems is solved. This enables independent control of air conditioning heating and battery heat dissipation, improving the overall performance and energy efficiency of the system.

Abstract

A dual-suction air conditioning system, a control method for the dual-suction air conditioning system, and an electronic device. The dual-suction air conditioning system comprises: a dual-cylinder compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor heat exchanger, a battery heat dissipation heat exchanger, a first expansion valve, a second expansion valve, and a control valve. The battery heat dissipation heat exchanger comprises a first passage and a second passage capable of exchanging heat with each other, and the second passage cools a high-temperature cooling liquid of a battery unit into low-temperature cooling liquid. The present invention realizes a dual-suction design, so that when the outdoor heat exchanger and the battery heat dissipation heat exchanger operate simultaneously, mutual influence due to different evaporation temperatures of the outdoor heat exchanger and the battery heat dissipation heat exchanger is avoided, thereby improving the independent control accuracy of air conditioning heating and battery heat dissipation. Moreover, during air conditioning heating, the system enables mutual heat exchange between the first passage and the second passage, thereby achieving both cooling of the battery and utilization of heat from the battery for air conditioning heating, significantly enhancing the energy utilization efficiency of the system and reducing the system energy consumption.
