Abstract

The disclosure relates to a method implemented by computer means for determining correspondences between features of a structure in a sequence of images, the method comprising: obtaining a dynamic set of key points associated with positions in a reference image; for each feature identified in a given image of the sequence: determining (131, 151, 171, 191, 192) a correspondence between the feature and a reference key point of a set of reference key points based on a similarity criterion; updating (210, 220, 310, 320, 330, 330, 331) the dynamic set of key points based on the determined correspondence and at least one predefined rule for assigning positions and associated values to the features; and dynamically excluding (211) key points from the dynamic set of key points based on their associated values exceeding a predefined threshold.
