Abstract

This medical information transmission device comprises: an input interface for inputting use state information related to the state of an endoscope during use; a control unit that converts the inputted use state information into cleaning information for cleaning the used endoscope; and an output interface that outputs the cleaning information for presentation.

Claims

1. A medical information transmission device comprising: a loading section for loading used endoscopes; a moving mechanism for moving the loading section over a specific distance; an input interface for inputting usage information regarding the usage status of the loaded endoscopes; a control unit for converting the input usage information into cleaning information for cleaning the used endoscopes; and an output interface for outputting the cleaning information for display.

2. The medical information transmission device according to claim 1, further comprising a timing unit for measuring the loading time during which the endoscope was loaded in the loading unit, wherein the control unit modifies the cleaning information according to the loading time.

3. A medical information transmission device comprising: a loading section for loading used endoscopes; a moving mechanism for moving the loading section over a specific distance; a preliminary cleaning section for performing preliminary cleaning when loading the endoscopes; usage status information regarding the usage status of the loaded endoscopes; a control unit that converts the usage status information of the loaded endoscopes into cleaning information for cleaning the loaded endoscopes in the next step according to the specifications of the preliminary cleaning; and an output interface for outputting the cleaning information for presentation.

4. The medical information transmission device according to claim 3, further comprising a timing unit for measuring the loading time during which the endoscope was loaded in the loading unit, wherein the control unit modifies the cleaning information according to the loading time.

5. A medical information transmission device comprising: an input interface for inputting usage information regarding the conditions during use of an endoscope; a control unit for converting the input usage information into cleaning information for cleaning the used endoscope; and an output interface for outputting the cleaning information for presentation.

6. The medical information transmission device according to claim 5, wherein the above cleaning information includes information specifying a cleaning method for each part of the endoscope to be cleaned.

7. The medical information transmission device according to claim 5, further comprising: a loading section for loading used endoscopes; and a moving mechanism for moving the loading section.

8. The medical information transmission device according to claim 5, wherein the input interface, control unit and output interface are movable by the moving mechanism.

9. The medical information transmission device according to claim 5, wherein the control unit converts the usage information into cleaning information by referring to a database in which the relationship between the usage information and the cleaning information is registered.

10. The medical information transmission device according to claim 5, wherein the usage information includes information on how to use the endoscope and information on dirt that has accumulated on the endoscope during use, and the cleaning information includes information on how to clean the endoscope after use.

11. The medical information transmission device according to claim 7, wherein the output interface outputs cleaning information, which includes information regarding cleaning of the endoscope performed while the used endoscope is being moved by the moving mechanism.

12. An endoscope cart having a loading section for loading used endoscopes, comprising: an input interface for inputting usage status information regarding the usage status of the endoscope; a control unit for converting the input usage status information into cleaning information for cleaning the endoscope; and an output interface for outputting the cleaning information for display.

13. The endoscope cart according to claim 12, wherein the loading section comprises a washing tank for washing the used endoscopes.

14. The endoscope cart according to claim 12, comprising: a first tank filled with cleaning fluid; a second tank for recovering the cleaning fluid; a first branch cock connecting the first tank to one end of the tubing of the used endoscope; a second branch cock connecting the second tank to the other end of the tubing of the endoscope; a pump for flowing the cleaning fluid from the first tank to the second tank via the tubing of the endoscope; and a wiping member for wiping the outer surface of the endoscope.

15. The endoscope cart according to claim 12, comprising a circuit board on which a pump control unit for controlling the pump, a wiper control unit for controlling the wiping of the wiping member, and a controller for controlling the pump control unit and the wiper control unit are mounted.

16. The endoscope cart according to claim 12, further comprising a sensor for determining the degree of contamination of the cleaning solution flowing into the second tank.

17. A medical information transmission method using an endoscope cart comprising a moving mechanism for moving a loading section for loading used endoscopes, an input interface, a control unit, and an output interface, wherein the input interface receives input of usage status information regarding the conditions of use of the endoscope, the moving mechanism controls the movement of the loaded used endoscopes, the control unit converts the input usage status information into cleaning information for cleaning the used endoscopes, and the output interface outputs the cleaning information for presentation when the endoscopes have been moved to their destination.

18. The medical information transmission method according to claim 17, wherein the endoscope is cleaned while it is being moved by the above-described moving mechanism, and the cleaning information, including information regarding the cleaning, is output for presentation.

19. A medical information transmission program that causes a computer to perform the following steps: receive input of usage information regarding the conditions under which an endoscope is used; control the movement of the loaded used endoscope; convert the input usage information into cleaning information for cleaning the used endoscope; and output the cleaning information for presentation once the endoscope has reached its destination.

20. An endoscope cart for transporting an endoscope after use from the point of use to a designated cleaning point, comprising: an input interface for inputting usage status information regarding the conditions of use of the endoscope and usage sensation information regarding the user experience of use of the endoscope; a sensor for detecting when the endoscope cart has reached the cleaning point; a control unit that converts the input usage status information into cleaning information for cleaning the used endoscope and also converts it into handling information including whether or not repair is necessary based on the usage sensation information; and an output interface for outputting the sensor's determination result, the cleaning information and the handling information for display.
