Abstract
A reservoir tank 2 of a liquid-cooling device has: (1) a container 4 which has an opening 20 for inflow of a cooling liquid and discharge of the cooling liquid; (2) a pipe 6 which has a cylinder and a separator for dividing the cylinder into an inflow passage and a discharge passage, and in which one end is continuous to the container 4 at the opening 20; and (3) a partition 8 which is housed in the container 4 to partition the container 4 and which is continuous to the separator. The reservoir tank 2 preferably has an obstacle. This obstacle is housed in the container 4. The obstacle affects the direction of the flow of the cooling liquid in the container 4.
