Claims

1. A non-human animal containing cells with an expression cassette containing the coding sequence for corisin.

2. The non-human animal according to claim 1, wherein Corisin is a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having 85% or more identity with the amino acid sequence shown in any of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 11.

3. The non-human animal according to claim 1, wherein Corisin is a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence having 85% or more identity with the amino acid sequence shown in any of Sequence IDs 1 to 11, and having at least one selected from the group consisting of apoptosis-promoting activity, blood coagulation-promoting activity, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-inducing activity, and cellular senescence-inducing activity.

4. The non-human animal according to claim 1, wherein the expression cassette further comprises a coding sequence for a human albumin signal peptide.

5. The non-human animal according to claim 1, wherein the non-human animal is a rodent.

6. The non-human animal according to claim 1, wherein the number of copies of the coding sequence for Corisin in the whole genome of the cell is 5 or more.

7. A model animal comprising a non-human animal as described in claim 1, for pathological analysis of organ fibrosis or inflammatory diseases and / or screening of therapeutic or prophylactic agents.

8. A fertilized egg or embryo that develops in a non-human animal as described in claim 1.

9. Cells comprising a Corisin expression cassette having an amino acid sequence that is 85% or more identical to the amino acid sequence shown in any of Sequence IDs 1 to 11, and having at least one selected from the group consisting of apoptosis-promoting activity, blood coagulation-promoting activity, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)-inducing activity, and cellular senescence-inducing activity.

10. A method for screening for prophylactic agents, ameliorative agents, and / or exacerbating agents of organ fibrosis or inflammatory diseases, using a model animal according to claim 7, a fertilized egg or embryo according to claim 8, or cells according to claim 9.
