Abstract
The present invention relates to a prefabricated joint and, more specifically, to an integrated insulator having a structure in which a unit used as an insulating material and an insulating container are integrally formed, and a prefabricated joint. An integrated insulator of a prefabricated joint according to the present invention comprises: an epoxy unit in which a conductive metal center electrode to which a conductor of a power cable is coupled is formed in the center, an epoxy insulator is molded on the outer periphery of the center electrode, flanges are formed at both ends for fastening with adjacent components, respectively, and the inner surface is interfacially bonded to a rubber stress cone; and an insulating container integrally molded on the outer periphery of one side of the epoxy unit and having a screw tap formed thereon for fastening with adjacent components.
