Abstract
An image processing device comprises a memory and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to: acquire a low-resolution video; acquire a plurality of first vector blocks through temporal division and spatial division of a low-resolution vector converted from the low-resolution video; input the plurality of first vector blocks into a denoising neural network, thereby acquiring a plurality of second vector blocks respectively corresponding to the plurality of first vector blocks and used to generate a high-resolution video; and output a high-resolution video generated by converting the plurality of second vector blocks, wherein, in a process of sequentially processing the plurality of first vector blocks, the denoising neural network acquires the plurality of second vector blocks on the basis of temporal consistency information obtained using an adjacent first vector block and spatial consistency information obtained using the low-resolution vector.
