The present disclosure relates to a rock drilling arrangement, a rock drilling rig and a method The rock drilling arrangement comprises a drill string extending along a central axis and a drill head comprising at least two electrodes located at a lower end of said drill string. The drill head is configured to be applied to a mineral substrate and form a drilled hole in the mineral substrate by passing a high voltage current pulse between the at least two electrodes via the mineral substrate. The rock drilling arrangement further comprises a cylindrical casing encompassing the drill head and encompassing at least a lower poron of the drill string extending along the central axis to the drill head. The rock drilling arrangement also includes a fluid transfer arrangement comprising a fluid supply conduit to supply a liquid fluid to an applicaon area of the drill head. The cylindrical casing has a posion aligned to the posion of the drill head and is configured to be adjacent to the mineral substrate during drilling.
