Abstract

The present invention relates to an antireflection film–coated transparent substrate that comprises a transparent substrate and an antireflection film that is provided on one principal surface of the transparent substrate. The antireflection film–coated transparent substrate has a luminous reflectance of no more than 1.0%, a luminous transmittance of 85.0%–91.0%, and an average transmittance of at least 78.0% for light of wavelengths of 900–1000 nm.
