Abstract
The present invention provides a rear-view mirror and an image display method of a rear-view mirror. The present invention: when a rear image input from a rear camera installed at the rear of a vehicle is output via a display included in the rear-view mirror, outputs a corresponding area of the rear image at a first magnification in a central area of the display; outputs corresponding areas of the rear image at a second magnification smaller than the first magnification in both side areas; and outputs corresponding areas of the rear image at a magnification gradually decreasing from the first magnification to the second magnification in the direction from the central area toward the side areas in boundary areas between the central area and both side areas. Due to this configuration, the present invention can output blind spot images that are continuously recognizable on a display of a limited size without excessive reduction of objects.
